"Tesis ini menganalisis brand relationship dengan menguji pengaruh dari empat variabel, yaitu kepuasan, kualitas alternatif, investasi hubungan, dan frekuensi yang berhubungan dengan perilaku, terhadap komitmen konsumen merek asli sekaligus imitasi produk fashion kategori affordable luxury, serta hasil dari hubungan tersebut berupa kemungkinan pembelian kembali dan dukungan terhadap merek asli. Berdasarkan data dari 155 konsumen muda yang diuji menggunakan Relationship Investment Model, maka dapat diketahui bahwa komitmen tidak berpengaruh secara positif pada kemungkinan pembelian kembali merek asli, sedangkan komitmen berpengaruh secara positif pada dukungan konsumen terhadap merek asli.

This thesis analyzed brand relationships with examined the effect of four variables, which are satisfaction, quality of alternatives, relationship investment, and behavioral frequency, toward commitment of genuine and counterfeit-item of affordable luxury fashion products consumers, and the relationship outcomes: repurchase likelihood and brand support. From the data that examined using the Relationship Investment Model of 155 young consumers, it was shown that commitment positively unrelated to repurchase likelihood of genuine brand, whereas commitment positively related to genuine brand support."

"Penelitian ini membahas sikap konsumen milenial terhadap heritage luxury brand dan motivasi pembelian konsumen terhadap heritage luxury brand, dengan melakukan studi pada merek Louis Vuitton. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yang merupakan milenial sekaligus konsumen dari merek Louis Vuitton, peneliti ingin mengeksplorasi bagaimana sikap milenial terhadap heritage luxury brand dan bagaimana motivasi pembelian yang dimiliki milenial dalam mengonsumsi produk Louis Vuitton. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, motivasi pembelian milenial terhadap produk heritage luxury brand didasari oleh karakteristik dari produk atau merek, terutama dari segi kualitas, ketahanan, dan value yang dimiliki produk, yang dinilai klasik serta timeless. Selain itu, kelompok sosial juga menjadi salah satu elemen yang mendorong adanya motivasi pada milenial dalam mengonsumsi heritage luxury brand. Secara umum, motivasi pembelian milenial terhadap heritage luxury brand sebagian besar didorong oleh karakteristik produk itu sendiri.

This research discusses millennials’ consumer attitudes and purchase motivation towards heritage luxury brands by conducting a study on Louis Vuitton. Through a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews with informants who are, as well, consumers of Louis Vuitton, this study explores millennials’ behavior towards heritage luxury brands and the motivation behind their purchase of Louis Vuitton products. The result shows that mostly, the purchase motivation is driven by the product value, especially in terms of quality, durability, and the inheritance value, which describes the sustainability and timelessness of the products. In addition, social group is also one of the elements that motivates millennials to consume heritage luxury brand. In general, millennials take hold of motivation towards heritage luxury brand heritage that mostly relies on the characteristics of the product.

"Hasil penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan darivariabel karakteristik merek toko dan promosi merek nasional yang terdiri dari Value Consciousness; Smart Shopper Self Perception; Brand Loyalty; Store Loyalty; Impulsiveness. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitianeksploratif dan deskriptif yang dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode. Respondenpenelitian ini berjumlah 110 orang responden yang mempunyai aktivitas berbelanja di retail atau eceran kurang dari 6 bulan terakhir. Model penelitian dengan empat belashipotesis diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasilpenelitian menyatakan bahwaValue Consciousness mempunyai pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap merek toko begitupun dengan Brand Loyalty juga mempunyai hubungan signifikan dan positif dengan merek toko dan merek nasional.Value consciousness mempunyai hubungan tidak signifikan terhadap merek nasional dan brand loyalty; begitupun smart shopper self-perception; store loyalty; impulsiveness tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap merek nasional dan merek toko.

The results of this study aimed to determine the positive and significant impact of the variable characteristics of the store brand and national brand promotion which consists of Value Consciousness; Smart Shopper Self Perception; Brand Loyalty; Store Loyalty; Impulsiveness. This study used exploratory and descriptive research design is done once in a period. This survey respondents totaled 110 respondents who have activities in retail or retail shop less than 6 months. Research model with four teen hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study states that the Value Consciousness has a significant and positive influence on brand stores as well as with Brand Loyalty also has a significant and positive relationship with store brands and national brands. Value consciousness has no significant relationship to the national brand and brand loyalty; as did the smart shopper self - perception; store loyalty; impulsiveness did not have a significant influence on national brand and store brand.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa merek iPhone dinilai memiliki asosiasi asosiasi di benak konsumennya dan dimensi dimensi asosiasi merek merupakan salah satu faktor yang melatar belakangi keputusan pembelian konsumen iPhone.

The objective of this research is to analyze the brand association and the consumer purchase decision of iPhone This research applied quantitative approach The samples of this research is 162 students of FISIP UI that were iPhone users collected using non probability sampling and purposive technique This research used questionnaire as research instrument and analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis
The results of this research indicate that the iPhone rsquo s brand associations has embedded in the minds of consumers and the dimensions of brand association is one of the background factors of consumer rsquo s purchasing decision of iPhone.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara sifat-sifat psikologis konsumen seperti kesadaran terhadap nilai, kerentanan terhadap pengaruh normatif, dan kebutuhan terhadap keunikan; terhadap perilaku terhadap merek, hubungan antara perilaku terhadap merek dan keinginan membeli kembali, dan apakah pengetahuan konsumen mempengaruhi kebutuhan konsumen terhadap keunikan. Hipotesis diuji dengan metode regresi sederhana dan berganda, dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 22.
Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sifat-sifat psikologis dan perilaku terhadap merek, dan perilaku terhadap merek juga mempengaruhi niat pembelian kembali. Sementara pengetahuan konsumen tidak mempengaruhi kebutuhan terhadap keunikan konsumen.

This research focuses on finding out the relationship between consumer rsquo s psychological traits such as value consciousness, susceptibility to normative influence, and need for uniqueness towards brand attitude, the relationship between brand attitude and repurchase intention, and whether consumer knowledge affects the consumer rsquo s need for uniqueness. The hypotheses are tested with the simple and multiple regression method, using the SPSS version 22.
This research found that there is a significant relationship between psychological traits and brand attitude, and brand attitude also influence the repurchase intention. While consumer knowledge does not affect the need for uniqueness for the consumer.

"Skripsi ini menganalisis unsur-unsur yang mempengaruhi ekuitas merek berbasis konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi unsur ekuitas merek berbasis konsumen pada Telkomsel operator jaringan seluler di Jakarta. Elemen faktor yang diteliti adalah Kesadaran Merek, Asosiasi Merek, Persepsi Kualitas, Kepercayaan terhadap Merek, dan Loyalitas terhadap Merek.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Nonprobability sampling, wilayah penelitian di Jakarta. Teknik dari pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data yang diperoleh dari 110 responden, diolah dengan menggunakan SPPS 17,0 menggunakan metode Pearson Corellation, Cochran, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Regresi Berganda.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kesadaran Merek, Loyalitas terhadap Merek dan Kercayaan terhadap Merek memilik dampak yang positif dalam Ekuitas Merek Berbasis Konsumen pada Telkomsel, sedangkan Asosiasi Merek dan Persepsi Kualitas tidak mempengaruhi secara positif dalam Ekuitas Merek Berbasis Konsumen pada Telkomsel.

This essay analyzes the elements that affect the consumer-based brand equity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the elements of consumer-based brand equity on the mobile network operator Telkomsel in Jakarta. Factor elements that researched are Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty.
This research uses research methods descriptive with technique sampling using method Non-probability sampling, territory research in Jakarta. Technique of data collection is done through the deployment questionnaires, the data obtained from the 110 respondents, processed with using the SPPS 17.0 using method Pearson Correlation, Cochran, Test Assumptions Classical, and Multiple Regression.
From the results of this study concluded that Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty and Brand Trust in a positive effect on Consumer-Based Brand Equity on Telkomsel, while the Brand Association and Perceived Quality does not affect positively the Consumer-Based Brand Equity.

"Victorias Secret dinaungi oleh perusahaan L Brands memiliki sub produk yaitu fragrance. Victoria`s Seceret diharapkan dapat meningkatkan preferensi konsumen terhadap merek tersebut dalam menghadapi persaingan dengan merek lainnya sehingga akan memunculkan minat beli konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand personality terhadap minat beli pada produk fragrance Victorias Secret. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden perempuan yang belum pernah membeli produk fragrance Victorias Secret. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling. Model penelitian diuji dengan analisis regresi linier melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa brand personality berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli pada produk fragrance Victorias Secret.

Victoria's Secret is a subsidary brand from the parent company, L brand, which have some sub product such as fragrance. Victoria's secret is expected to increase consumen preference towards the brand to compete with its competitors. So that, Victoria 39s secret is expected to stimulate consumen to buy the product. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of brand personality towards purchase intention on Victorias Secret fragrance products. This research based on quantitative approach. The data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 women who never made a purchase on Victoria rsquo s Secret fragrance products. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The research model was tested with linier regression analysis using SPSS. The result of this research shows that brand personality has a significant impact towards purchase intention on Victorias Secret fragrance products.

"Skripsi ini mengadopsi dari penelitian yang pernah dilakukan mengenai pengaruh Asosiasi Merek terhadap Respon Konsumen. Tujuan utama dari skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh aspek Asosiasi Merek yang terdiri dari Guarantee Function, Personal Identification Function, Social Identification Function, dan Status Function terhadap Intensi Pembelian konsumen Stellar Neckwear.
Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang diambil dari konsumen yang sudah pernah membeli produk di Stellar Neckwear. Metode yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda. Penelitian ini juga dilengkapi dengan analisis pelengkap Celebrity Endorser untuk mencari selebriti yang cocok menjadi endorser Stellar Neckwear.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hanya satu aspek Asosiasi Merek yaitu Guarantee Function yang memiliki pengaruh siginifikan terhadap Intensi Pembelian. Sedangkan aspek Personal Identification Function, Social Identification Function, dan Status Function tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Intensi Pembelian.

This thesis is adopted from the studies that have been conducted on the effect of brand associations on consumer response. The main objective of this thesis is to investigate how aspects of the brand associations such as Guarantee Function, Personal Identification Function, Social Function Identification and Status Function influence of consumer purchase intention Stellar neckwear.
This study used samples taken from consumers who have bought products on Stellar neckwear. The method used in this paper is a multiple regression analysis. The study also comes with a complementary analysis Celebrity endorser to find a celebrity endorser that matching with Stellar Neckwear.
These results indicate that just one aspect of Brand Association, Guarantee Function, has a significant influence on purchase intention. While the other aspects Personal Identification Function, Social Identification Function and Status Function have no significant effect on purchase intention.

Situasi global yang semakin kompetitif menyebabkan City branding saat ini semakin diperlukan. Penggunaan strategi city branding mengalami perkembangan dari hanya berbasis pencitraan dan komunikasi satu arah, menuju pengelolaan merek melalui relationship management yang berasal dari perspektif Ilmu Public Relations (PR). Selanjutnya, perkembangan teknologi menyebabkan pembangunan dan pembinaan hubungan tidak hanya dapat dilakukan melalui komunikasi secara langsung, namun juga melalui media sosial. Relationship management pada ranah media sosial merupakan bagian dari praktik kerja baru seorang PR professional. Pembahasan tentang strategi branding untuk destinasi wisata di media sosial pada tulisan ini dimulai dengan menganalisa penggunaan media sosial oleh Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Jakarta. Dengan menganalisa konten pada periode Oktober s.d 10 Desember 2014, akan digali informasi mengenai cara penggunaan media sosial oleh Dinas Pariwsata dan Kebudayaan DKI Jakartadan efektifitasnya dalam membangun hubungan dan interaksi dengan publik. Hasil analisa konten pada platform media sosial pariwisata Jakarta menunjukkan, konten cenderung mengarah pada promosi menjelang diselenggarakannya acara-acara di Jakarta seperti pameran, acara olahraga, dan hiburan. Topik yang berhubungan dengan kebudayaan dan sejarah tidak terlalu menonjol. Penggunaan media sosial tidak banyak memicu partisipasi publik. Dari analisa ini, pada bagian akhir tulisan, penulis merumuskan strategi branding melalui relationship management untuk memperkuat branding destinasi wisata Kota Jakarta.

ABSTRACTGlobal high competitive situation makes city branding is increasingly needed. The use of city branding strategies have evolved from images based strategy and one-way communication, towards relationship management from the perspective of Public Relations (PR) diciplines. Furthermore, the development of technology led to the relationships management not only can be done through face-to-face communication, but also through social media. Relationship management in social media is a part of the new PR practices. This paper is aimed to provide an alternative approach to Jakarta's destination branding through relationship management strategy in social media. The discussion in this text will be begin by analyzing social media content which is managed by the Jakarta Department of Tourism and Culture, as government communication platform to increase Jakarta tourism publicity. This analysis was conducted to determine how the uses of social media effectiveness for publications. The content analysis will be the basis of the argument whether relationship management in social media can be developed. The analysis carried out during the period October to 10 December 2014. By using observation and literature studies as the methodology of data collection, the authors construct an argument about an alternative solutions for branding Jakarta tourism through relationship management approach. The results of the content analysis on Jakarta tourism social media platform, shows that government still tend to use one-way communication strategy. Their social media are dominated by event publication. Topics related to culture and history, which is has strong relations with the Jakarta tourism vision, is not too obtrusive. The use of social media is not a lot of trigger public participation. "Penelitian ini secara empiris menguji tentang kredibilitas merek. Secara khusus studi ini menganalisis kredibilitas merek Bloop pada distro Bloop di Jakarta. Distro akan melakukan sesuatu hal pada mereknya agar bisa mendapatkan kredibilitas. Dalam hal ini perlu adanya pertimbangan-pertimbangan yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan.
Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari responden yang mengunjungi distro Bloop yang berada didaerah Tebet, Jakarta Selatan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan analisis univariat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penarikan sample purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas merek Bloop yang ada pada distro bloop sangat baik. Penulis menyarankan kepada perusahaan untuk terus menjaga kredibilitas mereknya agar terus dipercaya konsumen.

This research is empirically examining about the Brand Credibility. Specifically, this study analysis about Bloop Brand Credibility at BLOOP Distro in Jakarta. This Distro has to create something to they brand to get credibility. Therefore BLOOP must have decided for get this credibility.
The information in this research area gotten from costumer who come to Bloop Distro. The data applying on this research is derived from several respondents which have come to shop in Bloop Distro. It is located on Tebet, South Jakarta. Finally, data were obtained and conducted by an analysis by using a Univariate analysis. This research result is show that brand credibility of Bloop Distro so good. This research used quantitative approach with simple purposive technical sampling. The writer suggest to company for continue apply the brand credibility of Bloop for defenced the brand credibility from consumer always trust it.
