"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand placement acceptance yang dimediasi oleh brand placement recall terhadap attitude towards brand yang ada di dalam film Habibie dan Ainun. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah brand placement acceptance, brand placement recall, dan attitude towards brand, yakni preference, loyalty, dan intention to purchase. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa jalur atau path analysis karena penelitian ini melibatkan variabel mediasi yang sederhana sehingga memungkinkan untuk menganalisanya dengan menggunakan metode regresi. Masing-masing variabel dependen dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisis jalur secara satu-persatu.
Habibie dan Ainun merupakan film paling laris sepanjang tahun 2012 lalu dengan jumlah penonton sebanyak kurang lebih 4,2 juta penonton. Dalam film ini terdapat beberapa merek dan produk yang ditempatkan di dalamnya. Merek dan produk tersebut adalah Gery Chocolatos, Sirup Markisa Pohon Pinang, Wardah, E-Toll Card Mandiri, dan Fresh Care.
Dari hasil analisis jalur, dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand placement recall memediasi brand placement acceptance secara parsial terhadap preference, loyalty dan intention to purchase. Yang berarti pada dasarnya brand placement acceptance dapat mempengaruhi preference, loyalty dan intention to purchase yang dimiliki oleh penonton film Habibie dan Ainun. Namun, dengan tambahan dari variabel brand placement recall, preference, loyalty dan intention to purchase penonton film Habibie dan Ainun akan semakin meningkat.

This study aims to determine the impact of brand placement acceptance with brand placement recall as a mediator toward attitude towards brand in Habibie dan Ainun the movie. Variables used in this study are brand placement acceptance, brand placement recall, and attitude toward brands which is contains of preference, loyalty, and intention to purchase. This study use path analysis as a method because this study involve a simple mediator variable, so it is possible to analyze it with regression method. Each dependent variables analyzed with path analysis one-by-one.
Habibie dan Ainun is the most selling film in 2012 with more than 4,2 millions viewers. In this film, there are several products and brands appear. Those are Gery Chocolatos, Sirup Markisa Pohon Pinang, Wardah, E-Toll Card Mandiri, and Fresh Care.
From the outcome of path analysis, we can conclude that brand placement recall partially mediate brand placement acceptance toward preference, loyalty, and intention to purchase. Which means, brand placement acceptance can affect Habibie dan Ainun viewer’s preference, loyalty, and intention to purchase by itself. However, in addition of brand placement recall, Habibie dan Ainun viewer’s preference, loyalty, and intention to purchase will increase.

"Tesis ini meneliti tentang pengaruh dari brand placement acceptance dan brand recall terhadap preference, purchase intention, consumer perceived value, dan loyalty. Dari keenam variabel tersebut, dibentuk dua model dengan target responden yang berbeda, yaitu responden bukan pengguna (non user) dan responden pengguna (user). Model non user untuk meneliti pengaruh brand placement acceptance dan brand recall terhadap preference dan purchase intention. Sedangkan untuk model user, diteliti mengenai pengaruh brand placement acceptance dan brand recall terhadap consumer perceived value dan loyalty. Data berasal dari responden usia muda, dimana 100 responden non user dan 130 responden user. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa brand placement acceptance berpengaruh terhadap brand recall, preference, consumer perceived value. Sedangkan brand recall berpengaruh terhadap preference, consumer perceived value, dan loyalty.

This thesis examines the effect of brand placement acceptance and brand recall on preference, purchase intention, consumer perceived value, and loyalty. From six variables, researcher formed two models for different respondent, that is no user and user. Non user model examines the effect of brand placement acceptance and brand recall on preference and purchase intention. User model examines the effect of brand placement acceptance and brand recall on consumer perceived value and loyalty. Data were obtained from young respondents, whereas 100 non user respondents and 130 user respondents. The result of this study showed that brand placement acceptance have direct influence on brand recall, preference, consumer perceived value. Then brand recall have direct influence on consumer perceived value, and loyalty.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Social Networking Site (SNS) Brand Community Experience dan SNS Brand Community Commitment terhadap Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention dalam konteks BTS Twitter brand community. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan anggota aktif dari komunitas brand BTS di Twitter yang berdomisili di Indonesia, berusia 18-29 tahun dan pernah membeli produk official merchandise BTS dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir. Kuesioner menggunakan platform Google Forms dan disebarkan secara online melalui Twitter. Terdapat sebanyak 419 responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini. Selanjutnya, data yang dikumpulkan diolah dengan metode Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi dari SNS Brand Community Experience yaitu Information Experience, Entertainment Experience, Homophily Experience dan Relationship-based Experience memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap SNS Brand Community Commitment dengan pengaruh paling besar dari variabel Entertainment Experience. SNS Brand Community Commitment juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention. SNS Brand Community Commitment juga memediasi secara positif hubungan antara SNS Brand Community Experience (IE, EE, HE, RE) dengan Brand Attitude dan Repurchase Intention. Selebihnya, Brand Attitude juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Repurchase Intention dan juga memediasi antara variabel SNS Brand Community Commitment dan Repurchase Intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Networking Site (SNS) Brand Community Experience and SNS Brand Community Commitment on Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention in the context of BTS Twitter brand community. The samples used in this study are active members of the BTS brand community on Twitter who resided in Indonesia, aged 18-29 years and have purchased BTS official merchandise products within the last 3 months. The questionnaire utilized Google Forms platform and was spread online through Twitter. There was a total data from 419 respondents who were successfully collected in this study. The data collected was processed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that all dimensions of the SNS Brand Community Experience, namely Information Experience, Entertainment Experience, Homophily Experience and Relationship-based Experience, have a positive influence on SNS Brand Community Commitment with the greatest influence coming from the Entertainment Experience variable. SNS Brand Community Commitment was also found to have a positive influence on Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention. Moreover, SNS Brand Community Commitment also positively mediates the relationship between SNS Brand Community Experience (IE, EE, HE, RE) with Brand Attitude and Repurchase Intention. Lastly, Brand Attitude also has a positive influence on Repurchase Intention and also mediates between SNS Brand Community Commitment and Repurchase Intention variables."

Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara signifikan bahwa bagi kelompok pengguna Samsung, brand placement acceptance dan brand recall berpengaruh pada preference, dan loyalty. Namun bagi kelompok pengguna non- Samsung, brand placement acceptance mampunyai pengaruh terhadap brand recall, tetapi tidak cukup kuat untuk memengaruhi preference dan intention to purchase, sedangkan brand recall memiliki pengaruh terhadap preference dan juga intention to purchase.

"Tesis ini menganalisis brand placement dengan menguji pengaruh dari 4 variabel, yaitu brand recall, preference, intention to purchase, dan Loyalty. Berdasarkan data dari 205 responden konsumen muda yang diuji, maka dapat diketahui bahwa brand placement tidak berpengaruh secara positif terhadap brand recall, Brand placement tidak memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap brand recall, preference, intention to purchase, dan Loyalty. Brand recall memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap preference dan loyalty. Sedangkan brand recall tidak memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap intention to purchase. Kemudian preference memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intention to purchase dan terakhir intention to purchase memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalty.

This thesis analyzes the brand placement by testing the effect of four variables, namely brand recall, preference, intention to purchase, and loyalty. Based on data from 205 respondents who tested young consumers, it can be seen that brand placement is not a positive influence on brand recall, Brand placement does not have a positive influence on brand recall or significant, preference, intention to purchase, and Loyalty. Brand recall or a significant positive influence on the preference and loyalty. While brand recall or did not have a significant positive effect on the intention to purchase. Then the preference has a positive influence on intention to purchase and intention to purchase last had an influence on loyalty."

"Konsumen sekarang sudah tidak lagi mencari brand yang hanya dapat memberikan mereka tangible benefits, tetapi juga yang dapat memberikan intangible benefits. Mereka mencari brand yang dapat memikat dan menyentuh hati, sesuatu yang menarik. Konsumen menginginkan sesuatu yang lebih dari sebuah produk, mereka ingin merasakan sesuatu untuk merasa puas. Penting bagi sebuah brand untuk mengaplikasikan experiential marketing, untuk mencapai keberlanjutan pada bisnis. Yang kedepannya, dapat melahirkan konsumen yang loyal pada brand. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukan hasil yang signifikan terhadap efek dari pengimplementasian brand experience terhadap terbentuknya brand loyalty, dengan efek mediasi terhadap hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa efek positif dari brand experience terhadap brand loyalty yang dimediasi oleh perceived quality, brand love, dan brand trust, dengan menggunakan konteks studi brand Sejauh Mata Memandang. Metode purposive sampling digunakan untuk mengambil data dari 196 responden yang berusia 15 hingga 65 tahun, yang sebelumnya telah membeli produk dari Sejauh Mata Memandang dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. PLS-SEM kemudian digunakan untuk mengolah data tersebut. Penemuan pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa efek dari brand experience terhadap brand loyalty terbukti tidak signifikan. Meskipun begitu, hubungan keduanya dimediasi secara signifikan melalui brand love dan brand trust.

Consumers nowadays are no longer looking for brands who can only provide them with tangible benefits, but also ones with intangible benefits as well. They seek brands who can captivate their senses and touch their hearts with something that is fascinating, real and authentic. Consumers want more than a product, they want experience to be satisfied. It is critical for brands to practice experiential marketing in order to achieve business sustainability. Ultimately this would also result in loyal consumers towards the brand. Previous studies have shown significant results from implementing brand experiences towards building brand loyalty—with mediating effects in the relationship. This study aims to examine the positive effect of brand experiences towards brand loyalty mediated by perceived quality, brand love, and brand trust, in the context of Sejauh Mata Memandang. Purposive sampling methods were used to collect data from 196 respondents aged 15 to 65 who had purchased any products from Sejauh Mata Memandang in the previous year. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was then used to process the data collected. The findings of this study suggest that the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty has been proven to be positively insignificant. However, the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty are mediated by brand love and brand trust."

"Tesis ini membahas pengaruh dari Gamification terhadap Brand Loyalty melalui Perceived Value dan Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden yakni pengguna Go-Points layanan dari Go-Jek yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan dari Gamification dengan Brand Loyalty baik secara langsung atau melalui mediasi dari Perceived Value dan Customer Satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat mediasi parsial antara variabel Gamification terhadap Brand Loyalty. Walaupun terbukti memengaruhi Brand Loyalty secara langsung, Koefisien jalur yang dimiliki oleh Gamification lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan koefisiensi jalur berdasarkan mediasi dari Perceived Value dan Customer Satisfaction.

This thesis discusses the effect of Gamification on Brand Loyalty through Perception of Value and Customer Satisfaction as intervening variable. The approach used in this study is the approach with Go Points service user respondents from Go Jek domiciled in Jabodetabek. Data analysis is done by using analysis and path analysis to prove the relationship of Gamification with Brand Loyalty either directly or through mediation from Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial mediation between the variables of Gamification to Brand Loyalty. Although it is proven to directly affect Brand Loyalty, Path coefficient owned by Gamification is smaller than the level of access to Perception Value and Customer Satisfaction. "

"Brand extension merupakan strategi yang penting dilakukan bagi setiap merek. Sebuah merek induk atau parent brand mengembangkan produk baru yang berbeda menggunakan strategi merek yaitu memanfaatkan brand equity dan brand relationship yang sudah dimiliki oleh merek induk tersebut untuk mempermudah penerimaan brand extension kepada pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis customer brand relationship terhadap brand extension acceptance dan brand equity terhadap brand extension acceptance dari pengguna Instagram Shop. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan teknik pengambilan data purposive sampling melalui kuesioner online. Data dihasilkan dari 210 konsumen Instagram Shop untuk memberikan dukungan kuat untuk model penelitian. Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis multivariat dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara customer brand relationship terhadap brand extension acceptance, serta adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara brand equity terhadap brand extension acceptance dari pengguna Instagram Shop di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Instagram Shop dapat memaksimalkan customer-brand relationship, dengan membangun ikatan yang kuat kepada pengguna Instagram, dan memanfaatkan brand equity untuk konsumen dapat dengan mudah menerima brand extension dari Instagram yaitu Instagram Shop dengan serta meningkatkan kualitas, keamanan, dan kegunaan dari Instagram Shop.

Brand extension is an important strategy for every brand. A parent brand develops a new product that is different using a brand strategy, namely utilizing the brand equity and brand relationships already owned by the parent brand to facilitate the acceptance of brand extensions to customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the customer brand relationship to brand extension acceptance and brand equity to brand extension acceptance from Instagram Shop users. The research method uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and purposive sampling data collection techniques through online questionnaires. Data was generated from 210 Instagram Shop consumers to provide strong support for the research model. The data analysis technique in this study used multivariate analysis with simple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between customer brand relationship and brand extension acceptance, as well as a significant positive relationship between brand equity and brand extension acceptance of Instagram Shop users during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study recommends that Instagram Shop can maximize customer-brand relationships, by building strong bonds with Instagram users, and utilizing brand equity so that consumers can easily accept brand extensions from Instagram, namely Instagram Shop by increasing the quality, security, and usability of Instagram Shop."

"Penelitian ini mengkajipengaruhbrand experience terhadap brand satisfaction, brand trust dan brand loyaltydi Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia. Enam hipotesis dikemukakan dan secara empiris untuk mengujinya satu set data sampel yang terdiri dari 150 responden dikumpulkan di Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand satisfaction dan brand loyalty secara signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, implikasi managerial dibuat dan keterbatasan serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan baru untuk literatur brand management yang sudah ada di Indonesia.

This study examines the influence of consumer brand experience on brand satisfaction, brand trust and brand loyalty in Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia. Six hyphotheses are posited and in order empirically test them, a sample data set of 150 was collected from Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia.
The result indicate that brand experience positively influence brand satisfaction and brand loyalty in a significant way. Drawing from the study's findings, managerial implications are discussed and limitations and future research are suggested. By and large, this study immensely contributes new knowledge to the existing body of brand management literatur in Indonesia.
