"This research aimed to identify risk factors of fatigue in workers and it is a
quantitative research using cross sectional study design. The population were
laundry and kitchen workers with a sample of 125 people. The study was
conducted from October to May 2015 by using instruments such as CIS-20
questionnaire, seca scales, microtoice, and bloodpressure monitors. The results
showed that 40.8% of respondents experiencing fatigue. The analysis showed that
there was a significant relationship between shift work, workload, health status,
and quantity of sleep with fatigue. While there was no significant association
between rest period, age, nutritional status, and commuting time with fatigue.!
Therefore, it is necessary to do training on fatigue and the risk factor as well as
review on the shift schedule.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko kelelahan pada
pekerja dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain studi
cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pekerja bagian penatu dan dapur
dengan sampel sebanyak 125 orang. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bulan Oktober
2014 ? Mei 2015 dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner CIS-20,

yang bermakna antara waktu istirahat, umur, status gizi, dan waktu perjalanan
dengan kelelahan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi tentang kelelahan
serta faktor risikonya dan peninjauan kembali jadwal shift kerja."

"Shift kerja yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan dapat memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif terhadap pekerja, salah satu dampak negatifnya adalah munculnya gejala kelelahan. Kelelahan kerja dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan dan kemauan untuk melaksanakan tugas bahkan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada pekerja shift bagian produksi dan packaging di PT. X. penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 124 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Juni – Juli 2019 dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa kuesioner Occupational Fatigue Exhausted Recovery (OFER), Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), dan tracker fitbit charge 2. Hasil analisis uji regresi linier menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara shift kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kualitas tidur dengan kelelahan. Sedangkan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara beban kerja, waktu perjalanan, stress kerja, usia, status gizi, durasi kerja, waktu istirahat, pekerjaan tambahan dan status kesehatan dengan kelelahan.

Work shift which is applied by company can made a good or bad effect to the employee. One of a bad is a presence of fatigue symptom. Fatigue can affect the capability and willingness to carry out the task even if it may cause accident. This research aims to identify risk factor of fatigue in production and packaging workers at PT. X. this research is a quantitative research using cross sectional study design. The population were production and packaging workers with 124 sample of people. The study was conducted from June to July 2019 by using instrument such as Occupational Fatigue Exhausted Recovery (OFER), Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS), and tracker fitbit charge 2. The result of regression linear analysis shows that there was a significant relationship between shift workers, job satisfaction, and quality of sleep with fatigue. While there was no significant relationship between workload, commuting time, stress at work, age, nutrition status, duration of work, rest period, second job, and health status with fatigue."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran keluhan subjektif akibat kejadian tekanan panas yang memajan pekerja di area penatu dan dapur Crowne Plaza Hotel Jakarta pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 12 responden (11,4%) mengalami kejadian tekanan panas. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini pun menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tujuh keluhan yang dirasakan oleh lebih dari 50% responden yaitu, cepat haus (93,3%), banyak berkeringat (91,4%), merasa cepat lelah (67,6%), jarang buang air kecil/air seni sedikit (65,7%), lemas (59,0%), tidak nyaman dalam bekerja (56,2%), dan pusing atau berkunang-kunang (50,5%). Berdasarkah hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengendalian baik dari segi teknis, administratif, maupun personal untuk meminimalisasi keluhan subjektif dan risiko kesehatan akibat tekanan panas.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to explain the overview of subjective complaints caused by heat stress exposure among workers in laundry and kitchen area of Crowne Plaza Hotel Jakarta in 2015. This study uses observational method with cross sectional study design. 105 workers from laundry and kitchen area becomes the respondents of this study. This study shows that 12 respondents (11,4%) experienced heat stress. Moreover, there are seven subjective complaints which are felt by more than 50% workers are feeling thirsty (93,3%), sweating (91,4%), feeling tired (67,6%), jarang infrequent urination (65,7%), feeling limp (59,0%), feeling uncomfortable while working (56,2%), dan headache (50,5%). Therefore, efforts such as technical and administrative control, personal control are needed to minimize the subjective complaints and adverse health effect of heat stress.

"Aktivitas pekerjaan penatu dan pekerja kebersihan kamar memiliki risiko Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) terkait dengan postur janggal dalam durasi lama, gerakan berulang, dan rutin dilakukan setiap hari. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai risiko pekerjaan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan keluhan gejala Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) menggunakan Nordic Body Map. Hasil dari penilaian REBA pada penatu terdapat 13 pekerjaan berisiko sedang, 2 pekerjaan berisiko tinggi, dan 1 pekerjaan berisiko sangat tinggi. Pada pekerja kebersihan kamar terdapat 2 pekerjaan berisiko sedang, 3 pekerjaan berisiko tinggi, dan 1 pekerjaan berisiko sangat tinggi.
Hasil kuesioner Nordic Body Map keluhan gejala MSDs yang paling banyak dirasakan penatu pada bahu kiri dan bahu kanan. Sedangkan pada pekerja kebersihan kamar keluhan gejala yang paling banyak dirasakan pada pinggang, betis kiri, dan betis kanan. Keluhan gejala MSDs yang paling banyak dirasakan adalah pegal-pegal, sakit (nyeri), kejang (kram). Selain postur kerja, karakteristik individu pekerja juga memperberat keluhan gejala MSDs seperti usia, jenis kelamin, aktivitas fisik, dan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Sebagian besar aktivitas kerja memiliki tingkat risiko keluhan gejala MSDs sehingga diperlukan segera tindakan perbaikan sistem kerja.

Laundry workers and room attendant activities have Musculoskeletal Disorders risk in association with awkward posture in long duration, repetitive movements, and routine activity. The study was conducted to assess the working risk by using Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and Musculoskeletal Disorders symptoms by using Nordic Body Map. The REBA result shows there are 13 laundry worker?s activities with medium risk, 2 activities with high risk, and 1 activity with very high risk. For room attendant group, there are 2 activities with medium risk, 3 activities with high risk, and 1 activity with very high risk.
The Nordic Body Map questionnaire result shows the most perceived Musculoskeletal Disorders symptom by the laundry workers are the symptoms that felt on right and left shoulder. For the room attendant group the most perceived Musculoskeletal Disorders symptoms are the symptoms that felt on waist, right and left calf. The most felt Musculoskeletal Disorders symptoms that felt by the workers are aches, pain, and cramps. Besides of the working posture, the worker?s individual characteristics aggravate the MSDs symptoms like age, sex, physical activity, and Body Mass Index (BMI). Most of activities have their own MSDs symptoms level of risk that required corrective action for the design of the workplace.

"Pengemudi dump truck merupakan salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang berisiko mengalami kelelahan karena adanya faktor terkait pekerjaan dan tidak terkait pekerjaan yang dapat mempengaruhi pengemudi. Pada HSE Monthly Report pada bulan Desember 2021 didapatkan bahwa angka lagging indicator untuk night work lebih tinggi dari day work. Dari sudut pandang ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat gambaran kelelahan dan melakukan analisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck shift malam dengan sistem double shift. Penelitian dengan desain studi cross sectional dilakukan pada 130 pengemudi dump truck PT X. Faktor terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan penelitian adalah waktu kerja, kondisi pencahayaan, getaran kabin, dan beban kerja, sedangkan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan yang dilakukan penelitian adalah durasi tidur, kualitas tidur, umur, pekerjaan sampingan, indeks massa tubuh, aktifitas fisik, konsumsi minuman berenergi tinggi gula dan dukungan keluarga. Uji chi-square dilakukan untuk menganalisis keeratan hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independent sedangkan uji regresi logistik berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan variabel terikat. Prevalensi kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck adalah sebesar 37,7% dan 62,3% tidak mengalami kelelahan. Dari empat faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan yang diteliti, pencahayaan, getaran dan beban kerja memiliki hubungan secara statistik dengan kelelahan. Sedangkan dari delapan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan yang diteliti, waktu tidur, kualitas tidur, usia, pekerjaan sampingan, aktifitas fisik, dan dukungan keluarga memiliki hubungan secara statistik dengan kelelahan. Pada hasil akhir multivariat didapatkan jika beban kerja dan pencahayaan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik dengan p-value < 0,05. Untuk mengurangi kelelahan pada pengemudi dump truck PT X Jobsite TB maka disarankan melakukan pengukuran kelelahan secara rutin sesuai dengan faktor risiko kelelahan yang dominan yaitu beban kerja, dan pencahayaan.

Dump truck driver is one type of work that is at risk of experiencing fatigue due to work-related and non-work related factors that can affect the driver. In the HSE Monthly Report in December 2021, it was found that the number of lagging indicators for night work is higher than day work. From this point of view, the study was conducted to see the description of fatigue and to analyze the risk factors related to fatigue in night shift dump truck drivers with a double shift system. Research with a cross-sectional study design was conducted on 130 PT X dump truck drivers. Factors related to the work carried out by the study were working time, lighting conditions, cabin vibration, and workload, while factors not related to the work carried out by the study were sleep duration, sleep quality, age, side work, body mass index, physical activity, consumption of energy drinks. high in sugar and family support. The chi-square test was conducted to analyze the close relationship between the dependent and independent variables, while the multiple logistic regression test was used to determine the most dominant variable associated with the dependent variable. The prevalence of fatigue in dump truck drivers is 37.7% and 62.3% do not experience fatigue. Of the four work-related risk factors studied, lighting, vibration and workload were statistically associated with fatigue. Meanwhile, of the eight non-work-related risk factors studied, sleep time, sleep quality, age, side work, physical activity, and family support were statistically associated with fatigue. In the final multivariate result, it was found that the workload and lighting had a statistically significant relationship with p-value <0.05. To reduce fatigue on PT X Jobsite TB dump truck drivers, it is recommended to carry out regular fatigue measurements according to the dominant fatigue risk factors, namely workload, and lighting."

Fatigue pada pekerja merupakan sebuah risiko yang dapat timbul apabila suatu
pekerjaan dituntut untuk menggunakan tenaga fisik dan pikiran mental yang
berlebihan serta dituntut untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu yang terbatas
tanpa adanya waktu istirahat yang optimal. Fatigue merupakan risiko utama dari
pekerja shift seperti pada pekerja shift industri MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and
Overhaul) transportasi udara. Transportasi udara dituntut beroperasi selama 24/7 dan
memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhi standar kelaikudaraan. Salah satu industri MRO
adalah Perusahaan ?X?. Bekerja dalam sistem shift menjadi sumber risiko fatigue bagi
pekerjanya karena bekerja bertentangan dengan irama sirkadian tubuh, oleh karena
itu dibutuhkan penilaian keluhan fatigue pada pekerjanya sebagai langkah awal
program fatigue management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko
keluhan fatigue pada pekerja shift dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan disain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan
Oktober-Desember 2015, di bagian Domestic & International Line Maintenance
Perusahaan ?X?, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 105 responden. Hasil

obligation to fulfill the standards of aircraft airworthiness. In doing so, one of the MRO

the flight schedules. Working in shifts is a risk to the workers, especially the risk of

"Instansi XYZ di Serpong menerapkan jadwal kerja shift untuk keperluan pengoperasian dan pengamanan fasilitas nuklir dan sistem pendukungnya. Jadwal kerja shift dibagi menjadi 2 shift (12 jam per hari) dan 3 shift (8 jam per hari). Kondisi waktu kerja yang panjang dan jadwal kerja dengan sistem shift membuat karyawan lebih berisiko mengalami fatigue.
Dari sudut pandang ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan fatigue pada karyawan Instansi XYZ di Serpong. Penelitian dengan desain studi cross sectional dilakukan pada 320 karyawan Instansi XYZ di Serpong. Kuesioner yang telah divalidasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang karakteristik individu (usia, jenis kelamin, IMT, dan status kesehatan), gaya hidup (durasi tidur, hutang tidur, kualitas tidur, kebersihan tidur, aktivitas fisik, kebiasaan minum kafein, dan kebiasaan merokok), fisik (punggung statis, punggung dinamis, bahu/lengan, pergelangan tangan, dan leher), dan psikososial (waktu kerja, kerja shift, tuntutan kerja, dukungan sosial, kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja). Tes deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier ganda digunakan untuk analisis statistik.
Analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa umur, lama tidur, higiene tidur, jadwal kerja, dan stres kerja merupakan faktor yang signifikan dapat memprediksi kelelahan pada karyawan Instansi XYZ di Serpong. Berdasarkan besarnya nilai koefisien B maka faktor psikososial (jadwal kerja dan stres kerja) yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi terjadinya kelelahan.

The XYZ Institution in Serpong applies a shift work schedule for the purposes of operating and securing nuclear facilities and supporting systems. The shift work schedule is divided into 2 shifts (12 hours per day) and 3 shifts (8 hours per day). Long working time conditions and shift work schedules make workers more at risk of fatigue.
From this point of view, the study was conducted to analyze risk factors related to fatigue among workers of XYZ Institution. This descriptive-cross-sectional study was carried out on 320 workers of XYZ Institution in Serpong. A validated self-reported questionnaire was used to obtain information on individual characteristics (i.e. age, gender, BMI, and health status), lifestyle (i.e. sleep duration, sleep debt, sleep quality, sleep hygiene, physical activity, caffeine drinking habits, and smoking habits), physical (i.e. back static, back moving, shoulder/arm, wrist, and neck), and psychosocial (i.e. working time, shift work, work demand, social support, job satisfaction, and work stress) factors. Descriptive tests and multiple linear regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.
Multivariate analysis showed that age, sleep duration, sleep hygiene, work schedule, and work stress as the most significant predictors of fatigue in workers at the XYZ Institution. Based on the magnitude of the coefficient value B, psychosocial factors (work schedule and work stress) are more dominant factors affecting fatigue.

"Jumlah industri manufaktur di Indonesia semakin bertambah setiap tahun sehingga meningkatkan jumlah pekerja shift. Tingginya jumlah pekerja shift menimbulkan risiko masalah kesehatan akibat kerja seperti kelelahan. Kemampuan manajemen waktu memiliki peran dalam mengatasi kelelahan pada pekerja shift.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan manajemen waktu pekerja shift dengan tingkat kelelahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif cross-sectional dengan total sampel sebanyak 60 pekerja shift di PT. LP. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan mengenai kemampuan manajemen waktu dan kuesioner Fatigue Severity Scale untuk mengukur tingkat kelelahan.
Hasil uji analisis Chi Square menyatakan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara kemampuan manajemen waktu pekerja shift dengan tingkat kelelahan di PT. LP P=0,169, ?=0,05 . Namun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan manajemen waktu kurang baik meningkatkan risiko kelelahan pada pekerja shift. Hasil ini merekomendasikan agar dilakukan penelitian kembali dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar.

The number of manufacturing industries in Indonesia are increasing every year so that the number of shift workers are also increasing. The high number of shift workers increases the risk of occupational health problems such as fatigue. Time management ability has a role in overcoming fatigue on shift workers.
The purpose of this research is to identify the correlation between shift workers rsquo time management ability and fatigue severity. This research uses cross sectional descriptive methodology with total sample of 60 shift workers in PT. LP. The instrument was used in this study is a questionnaire that contains a statement about time management ability and Fatigue Severity Scale questionnaire to measure the fatigue severity.
Chi Square analysis test results states there is no correlation between shift workers rsquo time management ability and fatigue severity in PT. LP P 0.169, 0.05 . However, the results show poor time management increases the risk of fatigue in shift workers. This result recommends that re research be carried out with a larger sample size.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan pada pekerja pada shift malam dengan sistem Double Shift Di PT. X Proyek Y Th. 2016. Seperti kita ketahui bahwa angka kecelakaan kerja pada industri konstruksi sangat tinggi yang menelan korban jiwa yang tidak sedikit dan kerusakan properti yang cukup besar. Salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi pada kecelakaan kerja adalah kelelahan yang dialami para pekerja. Banyak defenisi tentang kelelahan, tetapi secara garis besar dapat dikatakan bahwa kelelahan merupakan suatu pola yang timbul pada suatu keadaan, yang secara umum terjadi pada setiap individu, yang telah tidak sanggup lagi untuk melakukan aktivitasnya. Kerangka Teori yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teori dari Grandjean (1988) yang ditulis dalam bukunya yang berjudul "Fitting The Task to The Man". Dimana pada tahapan sensasi kelelahan dipengaruhi oleh faktor pekerjaan yang monoton, faktor intensitas dan faktor durasi tekanan fisik dan mental pekerjaan, faktor kondisi lingkungan; suhu, pencahayaan dan kebisingan, penyakit dan faktor nutrisi yang buruk dan faktor beban mental; tanggung jawab, kekhawatiran dan adanya konflik. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya manajemen kelelahan guna meminimalkan risiko kecelakaan kerja. Rekomendasi yang diberikan diharapkan manajemen Proyek Y dimasa yang akan datang dapat memenuhi aspek keselamatan dalam melaksanakan sistem Double Shift dengan cara menerapkan Manajemen kelelahan secara konsisten dan menyeluruh untuk mencegah dan meminimalkan risiko akibat bekerja malam pada sistem Double Shift ini.

The objective of this research is to analyze the risk factors related to the fatigue level of night shift workers of Double Shift system in Project Y, X Company, year 2016. Work-related accidents on construction industry have resulted in a high number of fatalities and sizeable property damage. One of the contributing factors in workrelated accidents is fatigue felt by the workers. There are many definitions of fatigue, but the one which is generally agreed is that of a pattern which arises in a situation where individuals are no longer able to perform their activities. The theory framework used in this research is the one by Grandjean (1988), written in his book "Fitting the Task to the Man". The stages of fatigue are influenced by factors such as monotonous work, intensity and duration of work?s physical and mental stress, environmental conditions (temperature, lighting, and noise), diseases or illnesses, and poor nutrition, and mental load factors (responsibilities, worries, and conflicts). It is to be hoped that the result of this research will raise awareness of the importance of fatigue management in order to minimize the risk of work-related accidents. Recommendations given in this research are intended to help the Y Project management meet the safety aspects in the Double Shift system with the constant and thorough implementation of fatigue management to prevent and minimize risks caused by the system?s working nights."

"Latar belakang: Dokter umum harus memberikan pelayanan yang bermutu dan profesional, dimana dokter memiliki kewajiban memberikan konseling, anamnesis, pemeriksaan, pengobatan, dan menentukan tindakan medis terhadap pasiennya, hal ini berbeda dengan tenaga perawat atau nakes lainnya sehingga dokter secara tidak langsung memiliki beban kerja dengan tekanan yang lebih tinggi karena dokter memiliki wewenang dan hak untuk melakukan pelayanan kesehatan, selain itu dokter secara rutin dan berkelanjutan melakukan shif kerja lama lebih dari 12 jam tiap shiftnya beresiko tinggi mengalami kelelahan dan berhubungan dalam meningkatkan resiko kecelakaan kerja yang dampaknya bisa merugikan lingkungan kerja, dokter umum sendiri, dan keselamatan pasien jika dibandingkan dengan lama shift kerja sebanyak 8 jam perhari.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara shift kerja dan faktor-faktor risiko lain terhadap derajat kelelahan pada dokter umum yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit di Kota bekasi tahun 2022.
Metode: Metode penelitian cross-sectional dengan sifat penelitian observational berupa pengisian kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dengan menggunakan google form  kepada dokter umum yang bekerja secara shift dan non-shift di rumah sakit dengan menggunakan kuesioner IFRC (Industrial Fatigue Research Committee) yang telah dimodifikasi ke dalam bahasa Indonesia, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan quota sampling. Kemudian data di analisa dengan menggunakan  IBM SPSS versi 20, dimana data dikumpulkan dari bulan maret sampai mei 2022.
Hasil: Analisis multivariat membuktikan bahwa Pekerja yang mendapatkan jaga shift, cenderung lebih beresiko 38 kali (OR: 38,1; IK 95% :3,897-373,285, p <0,0500.
Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa shift kerja memiliki hubungan paling signifikan terhadap risiko kelelahan pada dokter umum dibandingkan dengan faktor risiko lain.

Background: General Practitioners must provide quality and professional services, which includes the obligation to provide counseling, history taking, examination, providing treatment, and determining medical actions for their patients, This is different from other health workers, in which doctors directly have a workload with high pressure. Besides that doctors regularly and continuously perform long work shifts for more than 12 hours. Each shift has high risk to induce fatigue and this is also associated with an increasing the risk of work accidents whose impacts can be detrimental to the work environment, doctors themselves, and especially to the patient safety when compared to the 8 hour work shift per day.
Method: This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional design by using of Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) 30-Item fatigue symptoms. Participants were general practitioners who work at hospital, both shift work and non-shift. They were selected by quota sampling technique. Data were collected from March to May 2022, data were analyzed by IBM SPSS Statistic ver.20.
Results: We collected data primarily through online questionnaire using Google Form Platform, multivariate analysis showed that doctors who work with shift had a risk of 38 times more to experience moderate to severe fatigue compared to doctors who worked with non-shifts. (OR:38,1 CI 95%: 3,897-373,285, p <0,05).
Conclusion: This study proves that shift workers have the most significant correlation to induce fatigue among general practitioner compared to other risk factors.
