"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan general self-efficacy dan readiness for change pada tenaga medis dokter yang bekerja di rumah sakit swasta yang memberlakukan kebijakan BPJS di wilayah JABODETABEK. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 101 orang yang bekerja sebagai dokter di rumah sakit swasta yang memberlakukan BPJS di Jakarta dan Bekasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan alat ukur New General Self- Efficacy oleh Chen, et al. (2001) dan Readiness for Change Scale Hanpachern (1997). Adapun teknik pengolahan data menggunakan Pearson Correlation.
Hasil yang didapat adalah terdapatnya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara keduanya dengan r = .403 (p < .01) two tailed. Hal ini berarti bahwa pada rumah sakit swasta yang memberlakukan kebijakan BPJS, semakin tinggi general selfefficacy seorang dokter, maka semakin siap mereka untuk menghadapi perubahan.

This research was conducted in order to explore the relationship between general self-efficacy and readiness for change among private hospital?s doctors in JABODETABEK. The participants on this research were 101 doctors that worked in private hospital that legalize BPJS as one of their service on Jakarta and Bekasi. This research was a quantitative research that used New General Self-Efficacy Scale by Chen, et al. (2001) and Readiness for Change Scale by Hanpachern (2001) as the measurement.
The result shows that General Self-Efficacy is positively and significantly correlated with Readiness for Change with r = .403 (p < .01), two tailed. The result shows that the higher the General Self-Efficacy, the higher will the Readiness for change be.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara optimisme dan general self-efficacy (GSE) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di Universitas Indonesia (UI). Optimisme didefinisikan sebagai ekspektasi atau pengharapan yang bersifat umum pada seorang individu, bahwa hal-hal baik akan terjadi dan hal-hal buruk hampir minim akan terjadi di masa mendatang. GSE didefiniskan sebagai persepsi dan belief individu tentang dirinya sebagai orang yang mampu untuk melakukan beragam tugas dalam berbagai macam situasi secara efektif pada konteks yang luas. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 250 partisipan mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI dengan menggunakan dua buah kuesioner, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) untuk mengukur optimisme dan General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) untuk mengukur GSE. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara optimisme dan GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000) pada mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi di UI. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi skor optimisme individu, maka semakin tinggi pula skor GSE.

The aim of this study was to investigate the correlation between optimism and general self-efficacy (GSE) among students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia. Optimism was defined as „„the generalized outcome expectancies in individuals that good things will happen in the future and bad things will be minimal”. GSE was defined as “individuals‟ perception and belief in their tendency to view themselves as capable of performing task demands across variety of different situations effectively in a broad array of contexts”. Two questionnaires, Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) measured optimism and General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) measured GSE, were used to obtain data from 250 students of Bidikmisi Scholarship at Universitas Indonesia as participants. The result of Pearson Correlation Test indicated positive and significant correlation between optimism and GSE (r = 0.263, p = 0.000). The result explained that the higher score of optimism, would be followed by higher score of GSE."

"Praktik workgroup inclusivity diperlukan agar karyawan perempuan dapat berkontribusi secara maksimal. Performa karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi, dan self-efficacy karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional non eksperimental kuantitatif untuk mengetahui peran workgroup inclusivity sebagai mediator pada hubungan antara transformational leadership dengan self-efficacy. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 144 karyawan perempuan yang bekerja di perusahaan dengan mayoritas karyawan laki-laki pada rentang usia 21 - 57 tahun di daerah Jabodetabek dengan pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap self-efficacy melalui mediasi penuh dari inklusivitas (c’ = 0.0112, SE = 0.0355, p = 0.7516, CI[-0.0588, 0.0813]). Adanya penemuan ini membuat workgroup inclusivity dan transformational leadership menjadi penting untuk dipraktikkan oleh perusahaan agar karyawan perempuan memiliki self-efficacy yang baik.

The practice of workgroup inclusivity is necessary so that female employees can contribute maximally. Employee performance can be influenced by leadership styles, organizational climate, and employee self-efficacy. This study is a non-experimental quantitative correlational research to determine the role of workgroup inclusivity as a mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and self-efficacy. The participants in this study were 144 female employees who worked in companies with a majority of male employees, aged between 21 and 57 years, in the Jabodetabek region, with a minimum work experience of 1 year. The research results showed that there is an influence of transformational leadership on self-efficacy through the full mediation of inclusivity (c’ = 0.0112, SE = 0.0355, p = 0.7516, CI[-0.0588, 0.0813]). This finding highlights the importance of practicing workgroup inclusivity and transformational leadership by companies to ensure that female employees have good self-efficacy."

"Implementasi integrasi teknologi khususnya di bidang pendidikan di Indonesia penting untuk dilaksanakan, namun masih ditemukan guru-guru yang belum terbuka terhadap perubahan dan tidak yakin akan kemampuannya untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi di dalam kelas. Penelitian korelasional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterbukaan terhadap perubahan dan self-efficacy for technology integration pada guru sekolah dasar (SD). Sebanyak 88 guru SD yang berasal dari empat SD Negeri di Jakarta dan empat SD Negeri di Bogor berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini.
Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Computer Technology Integration Survey (CTIS) yang diadaptasi dari Wang, Ertmer, dan Newby (2004) untuk mengukur self-efficacy for technology integration dan The Innovativeness Scale (TIS) yang diadaptasi dari Van Braak (2001) untuk mengukur keterbukaan terhadap perubahan, yang terdiri dari faktor technological innovativeness dan faktor general innovativeness.
Hasil Pearson Correlation menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara technological innovativeness (r = 0,366, p < 0,01) maupun general innovativeness (r = 0,406, p < 0,01) dan self-efficacy for technology integration pada guru SD di Jakarta dan Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menyarankan kepada sekolah dan pemerintah untuk memberikan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keterbukaan terhadap perubahan dan keyakinan untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi pada guru sekolah dasar.

Implementation of the technology integration especially in the field of education in Indonesia is important to be implemented, but still found the teachers were not yet open to change and are not confident in their ability to integrate technology in the classroom. This correlational study aims to seek the relationship between openness to change and self-efficacy for technology integration among elementary teacher.
Computer Technology Integration Survey (CTIS) was used to assess self-efficacy for technology integration (Wang, Ertmer, & Newby, 2004) and The Innovativeness Scale (TIS) was used to assess openness to change that consists of technological innovativeness factor and general innovativeness factor (Van Braak, 2001). 88 elementary teachers from four public elementary schools in Jakarta and four public elementary schools in Bogor participated in this study.
The result of this study showed a positive and significant correlation between technological innovativeness and self-efficacy for technology integration (r = 0,366, p < 0,01) and also between general innovativeness and self-efficacy for technology integration (0,406, p < 0,01) among elementary teacher in Jakarta and Bogor area. Based on this result, it is suggested for school and government to provide technology training for elementary teacher in order to improve their openness to change and self efficacy to integrate technology.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier pada siswa kelas 12 di Jabodetabek. Keberfungsian keluarga diukur menggunakan alat ukur Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II FACES II dan Family Communication Scale FCS. Sedangkan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier diukur menggunakan alat ukur Career Decision Self-Efficacy Short Form CDSE-SF. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 333 siswa kelas 12.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara keberfungsian keluarga dengan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier pada siswa kelas 12 di Jabodetabek. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi keberfungsian keluarga yang dipersepsikan siswa maka semakin tinggi pula efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini juga memperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat dua dimensi keberfungsian keluarga yang berperan secara signifikan terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier pada siswa kelas 12 yaitu dimensi fleksibilitas dan dimensi komunikasi.
Pada penelitian ini, kontribusi keberfungsian keluarga terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier hanya 7, kemungkinan besar terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang berkontribusi terhadap efikasi diri dalam keputusan karier. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian selanjutnya perlu dipertimbangkan faktor eksternal lainnya seperti peran guru atau teman sebaya pada siswa kelas 12.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between family functioning and career decisions self efficacy on 12th grade students in Jabodetabek. Family functioning is measured by Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale II FACES II and Family Communication Scale FCS. Meanwhile, career decisions self efficacy is measured by Career Decision Self Efficacy Short Form CDSE SF. The total of sample used in this study amounts to 333 students of 12th grade.
The result of this study indicates a significant positive relationship between between family functioning and career decisions self efficacy on 12th grade students in Jabodetabek. This result indicates that the higher the family functioning that is perceived by 12th grade students, the higher their career decision self efficacy become. This study also found the result that there are two dimensions of family functioning that contribute significantly to career decision self efficacy on 12th grade students which is flexibility and communication.
In this study, the contribution of family functioning to career decision self efficacy is only 7, most likely there are other factors that contribute to career decision self efficacy. Therefore, further research should consider other external factors such as the role of the teacher or peer group on 12th grade students.

"Salah satu hal yang berkaitan dengan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karier adalah keyakinan individu dalam melakukan tugas yang diperlukan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan karier (efikasi diri). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri pengambilan keputusan karier (Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy) dengan kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karier (Career Decision-Making Difficulties) pada siswa SMA di Jabodetabek. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Short-Form (CDMSE-SF) dan Career Decision Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ). Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 198 siswa SMA Negeri di Jabodetabek dengan proporsi 71.7% siswa perempuan, 25.8% siswa laki-laki, dan rata-rata usia 17 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy dengan Career Decision-Making Difficulties pada siswa SMA Negeri di Jabodetabek. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber literatur mengenai kesulitan pengambilan keputusan karier pada siswa SMA dan memberikan pemahaman mengenai pentingnya efikasi diri dalam proses pengambilan keputusan karier.

One of the factors related to career decision-making difficulties is an individual's belief in their ability to perform the tasks required in the career decision-making process (self-efficacy). This study aims to examine the relationship between Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Decision-Making Difficulties among high school students in the Jabodetabek area. The measurement instruments used in this study are the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Short-Form (CDMSE-SF) and the Career Decision Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ). The participants in this study were 198 students from public high schools in the Jabodetabek area, with a proportion of 71.7% female students, 25.8% male students, and an average age of 17 years. The results of the study showed a significant negative relationship between Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Decision-Making Difficulties among high school students in the Jabodetabek area. This research is expected to serve as a literature source on career decision-making difficulties among high school students and provide an understanding of the importance of self-efficacy in the career decision-making process."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai hubungan antara self-esteem dan perilaku kekerasan pada remaja laki-laki di wilayah Jabodetabek.
Jenis perilaku kekerasan yang diukur antara lain perkelahian fisik, tawuran,tindakan melukai orang dengan senjata, tindakan melukai seseorang hingga membutuhkan perawatan dokter, vandalisme, perilaku mengancam dengan senjata, perilaku mengancam tanpa senjata, dan bullying (menjahili orang lain, mempermalukan orang lain di depan umum, memanggil nama orang dengan sebutan lain, dan mengancam akan melukai orang lain). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan alat ukur Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale untuk mengukur self-esteem. Daftar perilaku kekerasan yang digunakan adalah alat ukur yang telah diadaptasi dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik statistik Pearson Product-Moment Correlation. Partisipan berjumlah 311 remaja laki-laki yang berada di komunitas dan lembaga pemasyarakatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara self-esteem dan perkelahian fisik pada remaja laki-laki di wilayah Jabodetabek (r = 0.24; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Selain itu, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara selfesteem
dan perilaku mengancam tanpa senjata pada remaja laki-laki di wilayah Jabodetabek (r = 0.231; p = 0.000, signifikan pada L.o.S 0.01). Tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara self-esteem dan jenis perilaku kekerasan lainnya.

This research was conducted to find the relationship between self-esteem and violence behavior among male adolescents in Jabodetabek Area. Type of violent behavior being measured include physical fights, group fights, used a weapon in a fıght, hurt someone badly enough to need bandages or care from doctor or nurse, vandalism, threatening behavior with a weapon, threatening behavior with and without weapons, and bullying (teased others, humiliate someone, call the person's name with another name, and threatened to hurt someone else). This research used a quantitative approach and using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale to measuring self-esteem. List of violent behavior that is used is a measure that has been adapted from previous studies. Data was analyzed using Pearson Product-Moment Correlation technique. The participants were 311 male adolescents in community and correctional-institution. The results showed that there is a significant correlation between self-esteem and physical fights among male adolescents in Jabodetabek area (r = 0.24; p = 0.000, significant at the L.o.S 0.01). In addition, there is a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and threatening behavior without weapon among male adolescents in Jabodetabek area (r = 0.231, p = 0.000, significant at the LoS 0.01). Did not reveal any significant relationship between self-esteem and other types of violent behavior."

"Tantangan hidup yang dialami oleh mayoritas individu di setiap jenjang usia tidak pernah lepas dari penampilan fisik mereka, baik di dunia nyata maupun di media sosial setiap harinya, dengan tantangan untuk menerima diri sendiri menjadi salah satunya. Upaya yang paling menonjol yang dilakukan individu untuk menjaga penampilan fisik dan kondisi mental mereka adalah dengan berolahraga. Berolahraga juga didukung secara masif di berbagai bagian di setiap negara, dengan area Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek) sebagai area yang memiliki banyak sekali akses pendukung latihan fisik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara perilaku latihan fisik dan penerimaan diri pada perempuan emerging adults yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional, penelitian ini mengukur perilaku latihan fisik melalui frekuensi latihan mingguan dan penerimaan diri menggunakan Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (USAQ). Di antara 139 partisipan yang berusia 18-24 tahun, hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya korelasi positif yang signifikan antara perilaku latihan fisik dan penerimaan diri (rs = 0.128, p = 0.067).

The life challenges experienced by the majority of individuals at every age level never escape their physical appearance, both in the real world and on social media every day, with one of them being the challenge to accept themselves. One of the most prominent efforts that individuals do to maintain their physical appearance and mental state is by exercising. Exercise is also massively supported in various parts of each country, with the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) areas having extensive access to physical training facilities in Indonesia. This study investigates the relationship between exercise behavior and self-acceptance among women in emerging adulthood residing in Jabodetabek. Using a quantitative correlational method with a cross-sectional design, the study measured exercise behavior through weekly exercise frequency and self-acceptance using the Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire (USAQ). Among 139 participants aged 18-24, the results showed no significant positive correlation between exercise behavior and self-acceptance (rs = 0.128, p = 0.067)."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara traits dan creative selfefficacy (CSE) pada guru TK. Traits adalah dimensi dari perbedaan kecenderungan individu untuk menunjukan pola pemikiran, perasaan dan tindakan yang konsisten (McCrae dan Costa, 2003). Sementara itu, CSE merupakan keyakinan yang sementara pada individu mengenai kemampuan dirinya untuk melakukan tugas spesifik tertentu yang membutuhkan produksi solusi-solusi baru, orisinal, atau sesuai.
Pengukuran traits menggunakan alat ukur IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) dan pengukuran CSE menggunakan alat ukur Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010) yang telah diadaptasi oleh peneliti. Partisipan berjumlah 112 orang guru TK yang berusia 20-60 tahun.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara trait neuroticism dan CTSE, serta terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness, dan conscientiousness dengan CTSE dan CPSE. Namun demikian, pada trait neuroticism tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan CPSE. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan screening kepribadian ketika perekrutan guru TK. Selain itu, guru TK juga dapat diberi intervensi sejak dini untuk meningkatkan CSE.

This research was conducted to find the correlation between nature traits and creative self-efficacy (CSE) in kindergarten teachers. Traits is dimensions of individual differences in tendencies to show consistent patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions (McCrae & Costa, 2003). Meanwhile CSE is an individual's state-like belief in his or her own ability to perform the specific tasks required to produce novel original, or appropiate solutions (Abbott, 2010).
Traits was measured using an adaptation instrumen named IPIP (Goldberg, 1999) and CSE was measured using an adaptation instrument named Revised Model Creative Thinking Self-Efficacy (CTSE) II & Creative Performance Self-Efficacy (CPSE) II Inventories (Abbott, 2010). The respondent of this research are 112 kindergarten teachers.
The results of this research show that trait neuroticism negative correlated significantly with CTSE and the trait extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness positive correlated significantly with CTSE and CPSE. But there is no significant correlation between trait neuroticism and CPSE. Based on these results, kindergarten ought to held a personality screening in teacher's recruitment and give intervention, such as training or seminar to teachers that can increase creative self-efficacy.
