"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh purchase involvement terhadap perceived risk, pengaruh dari perceived risk terhadap trust, pengaruh purchase involvement terhadap trust serta pengaruh trust terhadap online repurchase intention konsumen pada online merchant/online shop. Responden penelitian ini merupakan konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian barang yang bersifat low/high involvement secara online pada online merchant. Responden penelitian ini berdomisili di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya antara lain ; Bogor, Bekasi , Tangerang, Depok. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Multiple Regression. Hasil penelitian membuktikan secara signifikan bahwa Low high purchase involvement pada online merchant memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perceived risk, hanya high purchase involvement dan perceived risk yang berpengaruh terhadap trust, dan trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap online repurchase intention.Keywords : Purchase involvement, perceived risk, trust, online repurchase intention,online merchant,Online shop

ABSTRACT
AbstractThe purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of Purchase Involvement on Perceived Risk, the effect of perceived risk on trust, the effect of purchase involvement on trust, and the effect of trist on online repurchase intention. Respondents on this study are consumers who ever buy low high involvement product through online merchant online shop. Resident is resided in Jakarta and the nearest other city as Depok, Tangerang, Bogor, Bekasi. This study uses multiple regression to process the data. The results of this research show that Low high purchase involvement in online merchant has positive effect on perceived risk, only high purchase involvement and perceived risk that has positive effect on trust, and trust has positive effect on online repurchase intention. "

"Seiring dengan pertumbuhan e-commerce yang berkembang secara cepat, tercipta persaingan bisnis yang kompetitif terutama dalam pembelian tiket pesawat melalui sebuah aplikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan online trust terhadap online repurchase intention pada aplikasi Traveloka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.
Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 responden mahasiswa dan pegawai dengan rentang usia 18 ? 35 tahun yang pernah membeli tiket pesawat melalui aplikasi Traveloka dan bertempat tinggal di DKI Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Model penelitian ini di uji dengan menggunakan SPSS 21 dan multiple regression.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perceived usefulness dan online trust berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap online repurchase intention. Sedangkan, perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap online repurchase intention.

Following the growth of e-commerce rapidly, has created a competitive business particulary in buying airline ticket through application. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and online trust toward online repurchase intention on Traveloka application. This research applied quantitative approach.
The sample of this research is using 120 respondents, such as students and workers in the age range of 18 ? 35 years old who had bought airline ticket by using Traveloka application and currently living in DKI Jakarta. This research used purposive sampling method. The research model was tested by using SPSS 21 and multiple regression.
The result of this research indicates that perceived usefulness and online trust have a significantly positive impact toward online repurchase intention. On the other hand, perceived ease of use has a negative impact toward online repurchase intention.

"ABSTRAK
Pembelanjaan melalui internet terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, pada awalnya
pembelanjaan online didominasi oleh produk – produk kategori search product
seperti buku dan CD, yang menarik dalam perkembangannya produk apparel
yang tadinya dianggap experience product dengan kategori resiko tinggi
meningkat dengan sangat pesat di beberapa tahun terakhir. Selain dari alasan
tersebut penelitian yang mendalami mengenai kaitan antara trust dan perceived
value dalam internet marketing masih sangat terbatas. Berdasarkan alasan –
alasan tersebut yang membuat topik ini jadi menarik untuk diteliti. Hasil dari
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak banyak kriteria persis yang berlaku sama
untuk kedua tipe produk / website ini, diantaranya penelitian ini menemukan
bahwa kesamaan pada keduanya dimana perceived value meningkatkan purchase
intention pada keduanya, Perceived risk tidak memberikan pengaruh negatif
terhadap purchase intention bagi kedua tipe produk / website, Pengaruh trust dan
moderasi trust ternyata tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan, sedangkan pleasure
merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi kedua buah situs web. Hasil lebih
lanjut ada dalam pembahasan tesis ini.

ABSTRACT
Internet shopping is continue to rise significantly each year, in the beggining,
online shopping is dominated by products in search category such as books and
CD’s, what interesting is in the last few years one of the most increasing number
of products purchased online are clothing products, an experience product that is
considered high risk for online purchase, along with that reason is the fact that
research about value and perveived trust in internet shopping is very limited, this
is several reasons why it is interesting to conduct this research and compare the
two products / website between books and clothing. The findings shows that not
many criteria that can be applied generally to both products / website. Among
them are perceived value, perceived value do have a significant impact on
increasing purchase intention. Perceived Risk turns out to be not negatively
impact purchase intention for both products / website. The role of trust doesn’t
give a significant impact in this model. And there are a strong evidence that
pleasure have a significant effect on both of the product category, and also
directly influence purchase intention for clothing product. Results and the
complete finding of this research can be read in the full paper of this Thesis."

"Indonesia memiliki sebuah waktu khusus untuk berbelanja online setiap tahunnya dengan berbagai promosi untuk menarik konsumen yang disebut dengan Hari Belanja Online Nasional Harbolnas . Harbolnas menjadi objek pada penelitian ini yang dilakukan secara online kepada konsumen belanja online yang berdomisili di Jabodetabek saat Harbolnas. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model SEM.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara Convenience terhadap Perceived Usefulness dan Shopping Enjoyment. Perceived Usefulness dan Shopping Enjoyment terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Towards Online Shopping. Attitude Towards Online Shopping secara signifikan juga mempengaruhi Repurchase Intention.

Indonesia had a special time to shop online every year with various promotions called Hari Belanja Online Nasional Harbolnas . This research focus on Harbolnas as research objects. This research use online media targeting consumers domiciled in Jabodetabek who shopped at harbolnas. The data was processed by using Structural Equation Model SEM.
The result of this research shows that convenience have significant effect on Perceived Usefulness and Shopping Enjoyment. Perceived Usefulness and Shopping Enjoyment proved to have positive effect on Attitude Towards Online Shopping. Attitude Towards Online Shopping also significantly affect to Repurchase Intention.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh rekomendasi vlogger terhadap variabel repurchase intention . Pengaruh rekomendasi ini kemudian dibagi menjadi beberapa variabel indikator yaitu perceived usefulness, trust, dan attitude. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang menerapkan model dari penelitian sebelumnya Hsu et al.,2013 yang kemudian disesuaikan dengan kondisi objek penelitian. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan software SPSS 20, menggunakan analisa reliabilitas, validitas dan regresi berganda dan sederhana . Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel reputation memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh dari perceived usefulness, trust, dan attitude terhadap repurchase intention.

This research discusses the effect of vlogger recommendation towards repurchase intention. The effect is then observed from several variables such as perceived usefulness, trust, and attitude. This descriptive research applied model from previous research Hsu et al.,2013 that is modified to accomodate the research object. Data from this research is proccessed through SPSS 20, using realibility test, validity test, and regression tests. The result of the tests show that reputation as moderating variabel significantly influence perceived usefulness, trust, and attitude towards repurchase intention."

"Kegiatan belanja online lebih berisiko dibandingkan belanja tradisional. Akibatnya, konsumen mempersepsi risiko lebih tinggi pada saat belanja online. Kepercayaan adalah penentu tindakan dalam situasi di mana konsumen mempersepsi risiko dalam belanja online. Perceived risk merupakan ketidakyakinan konsumen tentang kerugian atau keuntungan dalam transaksi tertentu (Naiyi, 2004). Perceived risk terbagi menjadi tujuh faktor, yaitu financial risk, delivery risk, fraud risk, process and time loss risk, product risk, privacy risk, dan information risk. Sedangkan trust didefinisikan sebagai kesediaan menjadi rentan terhadap orang atau tindakan orang lain (Gefen, 2002). Trust terdiri dari tiga dimensi, yaitu integrity, benevolence, dan ability. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perceived Risk in Online Shopping atau PR-OS (Naiyi, 2004) yang diadaptasi dan Specific Online Consumer Trust atau SOCT (Gefen, 2002) yang diadaptasi. Responden 453 mahasiswa diperoleh secara accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara perceived risk dan trust pada konsumen belanja online (r = -0.408, p = 0.000). Hasil tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi risiko konsumen maka semakin rendah kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kegiatan belanja online. Dengan demikian, toko online dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dengan cara memberikan layanan yang terbaik dengan menampilkan testimonial dari konsumen yang berhasil melakukan kegiatan belanja online sebelumnya.

Online shopping is riskier than traditional shopping. As a result, consumers perceive higher risk in online shopping. Trust is a determinant of action in situations where there is a perceived risk of negative outcomes. Perceived risk represents consumers uncertainty about loss or gain in a particular transaction (Naiyi, 2004). While Trust is a willingness to be vulnerable to the actions of another person or people (Gefen, 2002). Perceived risk consists of seven factors, such as financial risk, delivery risk, fraud risk, process and time loss risk, product risk, privacy risk, dan information risk. Trust consists of three dimensions, namely integrity, benevolence and ability. Instruments that used in this study are Perceived Risk in Online Shopping atau PR-OS (Naiyi, 2004) that has been modified and Specific Online Consumer Trust atau SOCT (Gefen, 2002) that has been modified as well. The 453 college students as respondents were chosen by an accidental sampling technique. The result of this study shows that there is a significant negative relationship between perceived risk and trust among online shopping consumer (r = -0.408, p = 0.000). This result can be intepreted as the higher consumers perceived risk, the lower consumers’ trust in online shopping. Thus, one of the efforts that online shops can do to increase consumers trust is by providing the best service and displaying testimonials from consumers who managed to do a success online shopping.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meneliti pengaruh kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan keterlibatan pelanggan pada online review intention. Responden penelitian ini adalah para pengguna internet yang dalam enam bulan terakhir pernah melakukan pembelian lebih dari sekali di salah satu aplikasi belanja online Tokopedia/ Bukalapak/ Shopee/ Lazada (n=312). Untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan keterlibatan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif pada online review intention. Variabel keterlibatan pelanggan memediasi sebagian pengaruh kepuasan dan kepercayaan pada online review intention. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan, akan semakin tinggi pula pengaruh keterlibatan pelanggan pada online review intention. Yang menarik dari hasil penelitian ini adalah semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan maka pengaruh keterlibatan pelanggan pada online review intention justru akan semakin rendah.

This research was conducted to examine the influence of satisfaction, trust, and customer engagement on online review intention. Respondents of this study were internet users who had made purchases more than once in the last six months on one of the Tokopedia/ Bukalapak/ Shopee/ Lazada mobile shopping applications (n = 312). To analyze the data, this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that satisfaction, trust, and customer engagement have a positive direct influence on online review intention. Customer engagement partly mediates the influence of satisfaction and trust on online review intention. In addition, the result of this study also shows that the higher the level of customer trust, the higher the influence of customer engagement on online review intentions. What is interesting from the result of this study is that the higher the level of customer satisfaction, the influence of customer engagement on online review intention will be even lower."

"Studi ini membahas mengenai bagaimana karakteristik e-WOM dapat mempengaruhi repurchase intention pada pengguna Sociolla.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode conclusive descriptive cross-sectional dan kuesioner disebar kepada 187 pengguna website Sociolla yang pernah membaca review pelanggan yang tertera di Sociolla.com. Dengan analisis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM), penelitian ini menemukan bahwa karakteristik e-WOM (quantity, credibility, dan quality) dapat mempengaruhi niat konsumen untuk membeli kembali di website Sociolla tersebut dengan variabel mediasi trust dan perceived usefulness. Karakteristik e-WOM (quantity, credibility, dan quality) ditemukan tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap repurchase intention. Nilai e-WOM quantity dan quality secara positif dapat mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap website. Nilai e-WOM quantity dan quality juga ditemukan dapat secara positif mempengaruhi perceived usefulness sementara nilai e-WOM credibility tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap trust dan perceived usefulness.

This study discusses how the characteristics of e-WOM can affect the repurchase intention of Sociolla.com users. This study used a cross-sectional descriptive method and a questionnaire was distributed to 187 Sociolla website users who had read customer reviews listed on Sociolla.com. With analysis using structural equation modeling (SEM), this study found the fact that e-WOM characteristics (quantity, credibility, and quality) can influence consumers to repurchase on the website. The characteristics of e-WOM (quantity, credibility, and quality) were found to be incompatible with the intention to repurchase. The characteristics of e-WOM can influence the intention to repurchase by mediating perceived trust and perceived usefulness. The value of e-WOM quantity and quality is positively related to customer trust in the website. The e-WOM value of quantity and quality is also found to be able to positively influence perceived usefulness while the value of e-WOM credibility has no influence on perceived trust and usefulness."

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah attachment kuat vs lemah dapat memoderasi pengaruh jenis celebrity endorsement multiple vs single dengan intensi membeli. Single endorsement merupakan endorsement yang dilakukan oleh selebriti terhadap satu produk saja, sedangkan pada multiple endorsement dilakukan terhadap beberapa brand. Penelitian eksperimen online beetwen subject design menggunakan teknik incidental sampling untuk mendapatkan 351 perempuan berusia 18 hingga 25 tahun emerging adult . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis celebrity endorsement memengaruhi intensi membeli secara signifikan B = 1,72.

ABSTRACT
Author wants to find out the effect of attachment strong versus week as moderator in the relationship between types of celebrity endorsement single versus multiple and purchase intention. Single endorsement is an endorsement to a single brand, and multiple endorsements is an endorsement to more than one brand. This experimental study with between subject design is using incidental sampling technique to involve 351 18 to 25 year old women emerging adult . Results indicate that types of celebrity endorsement affect purchase intention significantly B 1,72."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara E-Service Quality dengan Purchase Intention pada konsumen belanja online. E-Service Quality dalam penelitian ini adalah yang dipersepsikan oleh konsumen belanja online. Partisipan adalah 146 mahasiswa yang memiliki pengalaman belanja online. E-Service Quality diukur menggunakan E-S-Qual oleh Parasuraman, Zeithaml dan Malhotra (2005). Sementara Purchase Intention menggunakan alat ukur Online Purchase Intention oleh Topaloglu (2012).
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara E-Service Quality dengan Purchase Intention. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan ( r(146) = 0,384, p < 0,01) yang berarti jika persepsi konsumen E-Service Quality meningkat maka Purchase Intention konsumen akan meningkat pula. Dengan demikian, para perusahaan e-commerce perlu menambahkan dan memperbaiki pelayanan konsumen online yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen ketika berbelanja online baik interaksi dengan situs yang bersangkutan maupun interaksi dengan penjual, misalnya dengan memenuhi pesanan barang konsumen tepat waktu dan sesuai.

This research aimed to examine the relationship between E-Service Quality and purchase intention among Online Shopping Consumer. The E-Service Quality in this research is perceived by the online shopping consumers. Participants of this research were 146 undergraduate students who have online shopping experience. E-Service Quality were measured using E-S-Qual developed by Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Malhotra (2005). Meanwhile, purchase intention were measured using online purchase intention scale developed by Topaloglu (2012).
The main result of this research showed that E-Service Quality have a significant relationship with purchase intention among online shopping consumer. This result were showed by r(146) = 0,384, p < 0,01. This can also be said that if the E-Service Quality perceived by consumers increases, purchase intention will also increase. However, the result showed that the correlation between these two variable is still weak. Therefore, the e-commerce company should improve the quality of the online service in order to fulfill the consumers needs while shopping online. The service that is offered not only emphasizes on the consumers interaction with the website but also the opportunity to interact with the seller. For an example, fulfilling orders in time.
