"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah brand experience dapat memprediksi brand loyalty melalui brand trust pada konsumen lansia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional yang melibatkan 390 konsumen lansia yang mengisi kuesioner. Hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa brand experience secara signifikan memprediksi brand loyalty, baik tanpa maupun melalui peran brand trust partial mediation . Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa brand trust berperan secara sigifikan dalam memprediksi hubungan antara brand experience terhadap brand loyalty. Hal ini berarti konsumen lansia lebih menganggap pengalaman menggunakan produk dapat meningkatkan loyalitas mereka terhadap produk tersebut.

The aim of this study is to examine if brand experience could predicted older adult consumers rsquo loyalty towards a brand through brand trust. This cross sectional study involved 390 older adult consumers of a mineral water who filled in a set of self report questionnaire. Mediation analysis suggested that brand experience was significantly predicting brand loyalty, either directly or indirectly, suggesting partial mediation. This result then implied that experience using a brand was enough to keep older adult consumers rsquo loyalty on that brand."

"Dalam kondisi persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat di Indonesia, merek semakin terpilih sebagai faktor kunci dari seleksi pelanggan. Kesetiaan pelanggan dengan merek harus diperkuat oleh perusahaan. Konsep kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen merupakan dua konsep yang saling berkaitan dan sangat penting bagi perusahaan. Berbagai macam strategi dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk mewujudkan dua hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh brand personality, brand experience, brand trust, brand love dan nostalgia terhadap consumer brand loyalty dengan menggunakan studi kasus minyak kayu putih Cap Lang dan Blue Band. Sampel penelitian ini adalah yang mengetahui minyak kayu putih Cap Lang dan Blue Band sejak masa kecil dan menggunakan produk minyak kayu putih Cap Lang sebagai obatan pribadinya dan Blue Band sebagai margarin yang digunakannya sampai saat ini. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand personality, brand experience dan brand trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction. Kemudian, brand personality, brand experience, brand trust, brand love dan satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty. Sedangkan, nostalgia tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty.

In the increasingly fierce business competition conditions in Indonesia, the brand is increasingly selected as a key factor of customer selection. Customer loyalty to the brand must be reinforced by the company. The concept of customer satisfaction and loyalty are two interrelated concepts and very important for the company. Various strategies are done by the company to realize these two things. This study aims to analyze the impact of brand personality, brand experience, brand trust, brand love and nostalgia on consumer brand loyalty by using the case study of eucalyptus oil Cap Lang and Blue Band. The samples of this study are those that know the eucalyptus oil Cap Lang and Blue Band since childhood and use the eucalyptus oil Cap Lang products as his personal medicines and Blue Band as the margarine he uses to date. Data is processed by using Structural Equation Modeling method. The results show that brand personality, brand experience and brand trust have a positive impact on satisfaction. Then, brand personality, brand experience, brand trust, brand love and satisfaction have a positive impact on brand loyalty. Meanwhile, nostalgia has no positive impact on brand loyalty."

"Brand loyalty, kesetiaan konsumen untuk membeli suatu produk atau merek secara terus menerus, merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Akan tetapi, saat ini konsumen mungkin memiliki pertimbangan lain sebelum melakukan pembelian dan memilih setia pada suatu produk dan merek. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan consumer perceived ethicality mempengaruhi brand loyalty melalui brand affect. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah brand affect dapat mempengaruhi hubungan antara consumer perceived ethicality dan brand loyalty pada konsumen lanjut usia. Penelitian ini melibatkan 331 orang lansia yang mengkonsumsi produk air kemasan bermerek AQUA dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner baik secara langsung ataupun online. Hasil analisa mediasi menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dengan PROCESS menunjukkan bahwa brand affect berperan sebagai mediator sebagian terhadap hubungan consumer perceived ethicality dan brand loyalty. Hal ini berarti, konsumen lansia cenderung melihat apakah suatu merek memiliki nilai etis daripada menggunakan afeksi mereka untuk tetap setia membeli produk air kemasan yang diteliti.

Brand loyalty, consumers rsquo loyalty to buy a product or a brand continuously, is one factor to increase company rsquo s profits. However, consumers may have to do some evaluations before they decide to be loyal on a brand or a product. Previous research suggested that consumer perceived ethicality predicted brand loyalty through brand affect. The aim of this study is to examine if brand affect influence the relationship between consumer perceived ethicality and brand loyalty on older adult consumers. There were 331 older adult consumers of AQUA who participated in this study by filling in a paper based or online set of questionnaires. Mediation analysis result using PROCESS macro suggested that brand affect only partially influenced the relationship between consumer perceived ethicality and brand loyalty. It can be concluded that older adult consumers rsquo were more likely seeing brand rsquo s ethicality instead of using their affection to keep loyal towards a brand studied."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Brand Community Experience terhadap Brand Community Commitment serta pengaruhnya terhadap Brand Trust dan Brand Loyalty pada komunitas merek sepatu lari di media sosial. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 328 responden dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah anggota aktif komunitas merek sepatu lari di media sosial yang berdomisili di Indonesia. Secara umum pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis penelitian ini adalah seluruh dimensi dari Brand Community Experience memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Community Commitment terutama Information Experience. Brand Community Commitment juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Attitude. Brand Attitude juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Trust dan Brand Loyalty serta Brand Trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Loyalty. Penelitian ini dapat membantu pengelola akun merek sepatu lari di media sosial untuk mengembangkan strategi yang tepat guna memaksimalkan pengalaman anggota dan meningkatkan komitmen mereka terhadap merek, dengan tujuan mendorong Brand Attitude yang positif, Brand Trust, dan Brand Loyalty terhadap merek, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan keuntungan bagi bisnis perusahaan.

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Community Experience on Brand Community Commitment and its impact on Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty within the running shoe brand community on social media. The study involved 328 respondents who were active members of the running shoe brand community on social media residing in Indonesia. The measurement was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SmartPLS software. The results obtained from the analysis of this study indicate that all dimensions of Brand Community Experience have a positive influence on Brand Community Commitment, particularly the Information Experience. Brand Community Commitment also has a positive influence on Brand Attitude. Brand Attitude, in turn, has a positive influence on Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty. Additionally, Brand Trust has a positive influence on Brand Loyalty. This research can assist managers of running shoe brand accounts on social media in developing appropriate strategies to maximize members' experience and enhance their commitment to the brand, with the goal of fostering positive Brand Attitude, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty towards the brand, ultimately leading to increased profitability for the company."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand experience, brand trust, dan perceived quality terhadap brand loyalty pada konsumen sepatu sepakbola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif sepatu sepakbola di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 132 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, yang juga dimediasi oleh brand trust. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengalaman konsumen dengan brand, baik secara fisik maupun emosional, dapat meningkatkan loyalitas brand, terutama jika didukung oleh tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi terhadap brand dan persepsi kualitas produk yang baik. Ditemukan pula bahwa brand loyalty terindikasi memiliki efek terhadap cross-category brand loyalty. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman bagaimana perusahaan dapat mengelola brand experience dan membangun kepercayaan konsumen untuk meningkatkan loyalitas brand dalam industri produk olahraga, khususnya sepatu sepakbola. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini meliputi terbatasnya variasi usia responden dan lokasi geografis yang hanya mencakup Jabodetabek, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasikan ke seluruh populasi konsumen di Indonesia. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk memperluas jangkauan sampel dan mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi brand loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand experience, brand trust, and perceived quality on brand loyalty among football shoe consumers. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, involving respondents who are active consumers of football shoes in the Jabodetabek area. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 132 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, which is mediated by brand trust and perceived quality. These findings suggest that consumer experience with the brand, both physically and emotionally, can enhance brand loyalty, especially when supported by high brand trust and good product quality perception. Moreover, This study also found indications that brand loyalty has a positive impact on cross-category brand loyalty. This research contributes to understanding how companies can manage brand experience and build consumer trust to increase brand loyalty in the sports product industry, particularly football shoes. The limitations of this study include limited age variation of respondents and geographical location restricted to Jabodetabek, making the results not generalizable to the entire population of consumers in Indonesia. Further research is suggested to expand the sample range and consider other variables that may affect brand loyalty."

"Dengan meningkatnya jumlah ritel di Indonesia, pasar modern dituntut memiliki keunggulan kompetitif untuk dapat bersaing. Pop-up store experience menjadi salah satu strategi marketing yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan willingness to pay dan brand loyalty konsumen. Willingness to pay dan brand loyalty tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh pop-up store experience, namun juga oleh perceived uniqueness, scarcity, dan hedonic shopping value yang merupakan karakteristik dari pop-up store experience. Penelitian ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pop-up store experience terhadap willingness to pay dan brand loyalty konsumen dengan mempertimbangkan perceived uniqueness, scarcity, dan hedonic shopping value. Sampel penelitian ini adalah penduduk Jabodetabek yang termasuk dalam usia angkatan kerja dan mengetahui adanya jenis toko berupa pop-up store. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Penelitian ini membuktikan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pop-up store experience dengan perceived uniqueness, scarcity, hedonic shopping value, dan willingness to pay secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan dari pop-up store experience terhadap brand loyalty secara langsung, kecuali variabel tersebut dimediasi oleh perceived uniqueness, scarcity, dan hedonic shopping value.

As the number of retailers in Indonesia increases, modern markets are demanded to have competitive advantages to be able to compete. Based on this condition, pop-up store experience become one of the marketing strategies that is aimed to increase consumers willingness to pay and brand loyalty. Consumers willingness to pay and brand loyalty does not just affect by pop-up store experience, but also with perceived uniqueness, scarcity, and hedonic shopping value which is also the characteristics of pop-up store experience. Therefore, this study aims to see the effect of pop-up store experience on consumers willingness to pay and brand loyalty with the consideration of perceived uniqueness, scarcity, and hedonic shopping value. Respondents of this study are Indonesian citizen who live in Jabodetabek, in the age of working labor, and have heardabout pop-up store before. This research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to process the data. The findings suggest factors that affected by pop-up store experience both directly and indirectly are perceived uniqueness, scarcity, hedonic shopping value, and willingness to pay. This study does not find any direct effect from pop-up store experience on brand loyalty, unless this variable is mediated by perceived uniqueness, scarcity, and hedonic shopping value."

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sikap responden terhadap Starbucks sebagai suatu green brand yang berujung kepada perilaku loyalitas. Starbucks dijadikan studi kasus utama penelitian ini dengan alasan karena Starbucks merupakan salah satu brand coffeeshop yang paling gencar melakukan green movement. Penelitian ini menargetkan konsumen Starbucks yang tergolong loyal dan berdomisili di daerah Jabodetabek, dengan jumlah responden mencapai 391 orang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai macam variabel untuk diteliti, seperti utilitarian environmental benefits, warm glow benefits, dan green transparency sebagai tiga variabel independen utama yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap green perceived value konsumen, yang kemudian berdampak pada self-brand connection dan berujung pada brand loyalty.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling agar dapat mengukur pengaruh hubungan variabel penelitian secara simultan. Setelah penelitian dilakukan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen utama mempengaruhi green perceived value yang juga berperan sebagai mediasi antara ketiga variabel independen dengan brand loyalty melalui variabel self-brand connection.

The purpose of this study is to observe how respondent rsquo s attitude towards Starbucks as a green brand, and how it later influences their loyalty behaviors. This study focuses on Starbucks because it is one of the leading coffeeshop in terms of green movement and initiatives. This study targets Starbucks consumers who are considered loyal to the brand and who reside in Jabodetabek, with the total number of respondents up to 391.
There are various variables that are used in this study, such as utilitarian environmental benefits, warm glow benefits, and green transparency as the main independent variables which are considered to have an effect on green perceived value, which later on also influences self brand connection of Starbucks consumers , and ultimately affects the brand loyalty of their consumers.
This study uses structural equation modeling as its main methodology, as it is able to calculate the significance of every relationship simultaneously. This study results in the first three independent variables significantly affected green perceived value, in which it is also found to affect brand loyalty through self brand connection.

"Kecocokan seorang konsumen dengan suatu merek dapat mendorong keterikatan konsumen dengan merek tersebut, yang kemudian mengarahkan pada beberapa perilaku konsumen. Skripsi ini membahas tentang peran dari ideal self-congruence terhadap emotional brand attachment, compulsive buying, brand loyalty, dan external trash-talking. Selanjutnya, skripsi ini juga membahas peran dari emotional brand attachment terhadap beberapa perilaku konsumen yang terdiri dari compulsive buying, brand loyalty, dan external trash-talking dengan objek penelitian pada produk-produk fashion.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian conclusive-descriptive dan single-cross sectional. Kriteria responden adalah pria dan wanita dengan usia 17 tahun ke atas yang memiliki satu atau beberapa merek fashion favorit dan pernah melakukan pembelian produk dari merek favoritnya dalam satu tahun terakhir. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui google form, dengan total 208 responden yang didapatkan, dan pengolahan datanya dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software Lisrel 8.51.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ideal self-congruence mempengaruhi emotional brand attachment dan brand loyalty, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi compulsive buying dan external trash-talking secara langsung. Selain itu, dari hasil penelitian juga didapatkan bahwa emotional brand attachment berpengaruh positif terhadap compulsive buying, brand loyalty, dan external trash-talking.

The congruence of a consumer with a brand can encourage consumers engagement with the brand, which then leads to some consumer behavior. This study discusses the role of ideal self-congruence on emotional brand attachment, brand loyalty, compulsive buying, and external trash-talking. Furthermore, this study also discusses the role of emotional brand attachment on several consumer behaviors such as compulsive buying, brand loyalty, and external trash-talking with fashion products as the object of research.
This study used conclusive-descriptive and single-cross sectional research designs. The criteria of respondents were men and women aged 17 years and over who has one or several favorite fashion brands and had purchased products from their favorite brands in the past year. The questionnaire was distributed through google form, with a total of 208 respondents obtained, and the data processing was done by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.51 software.
The results showed that ideal self-congruence affects emotional brand attachments and brand loyalty but does not directly affect compulsive buying and external trash-talking. In addition, the study also found that emotional brand attachment has a positive effect on compulsive buying, brand loyalty, and external trash-talking.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand authenticity terhadap Brand trust serta peran Brand trust sebagai mediator dalam membangun Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty pada konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemahaman bahwa brand authenticity memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat antara brand dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan mengedepankan kriteria usia minimal 18 tahun dan pengalaman konsumsi terhadap brand HMNS. Total sampel yang terkumpul adalah 149 responden. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand authenticity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand trust. Kemudian, Brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to cognize the influence of brand authenticity on Brand trust and the mediating role of Brand trust in building brand affect and brand loyalty among HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. This study is based on the understanding that brand authenticity plays a crucial role in establishing a strong relationship between the brand and consumers. A survey method was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. The sampling was conducted purposively, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years and experience in consuming the HMNS brand. A total of 149 respondents participated in the study. The hypotheses were tested using Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM).The findings of the study indicate that brand authenticity has a significant influence on brand trust. Additionally, brand trust significantly affects both brand affect and brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand authenticity indirectly affects loyalty through brand trust. These results highlight the importance of brand authenticity in building a strong relationship with consumers. The findings have practical implications for brand communication and marketing strategies, emphasizing the need for brands to emphasize authenticity."

"ABSTRAK
Jumlah penjualan kosmetik di Indonesia terus bertambah tiap tahunnya. Sejak tahun 2009 tercatat penjualan kosmetik telah mencapai Rp 7,56 triliun dan naik menjadi Rp 11,2 triliun pada tahun 2013. Dapat terlihat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam penjualan kosmetik di Indonesia, yang disebabkan oleh budaya kecantikan telah meningkat dan melekat di kehidupan wanita Indonesia. Hal ini memicu adanya persaingan yang ketat di antara pemain di industri kecantikan yang ada di Indonesia. Sebanyak 760 perusahaan kosmetik tersebar di seluruh pelosok Indonesia, dan pada tahun 2015 omzetnya diperkirakan mencapai Rp 20 triliun dengan nilai ekspor sebesar Rp 16 triliun. Namun industri kosmetik di Indonesia ternyata tidak dikuasai oleh merek-merek lokal. Dikatakan oleh Direktur Jenderal (Dirjen) Basis Industri Manufaktur (BIM) Kemenperin Indonesia bahwa, kosmetik impor membanjiri Indonesia. Jika diakumulasikan, persentasenya mencapai 55%, dan sisanya yaitu 45% merupakan kosmetik lokal.
Tujuan dari penulisan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi brand loyalty dalam perilaku pembelian kosmetik di Indonesia. Terdapat enam faktor yang mempengaruhi brand loyalty, yaitu brand name, cosmetic design, cosmetic quality, cosmetic price, promotion, dan service quality. Kuesioner disebarkan pada 505 pengguna kosmetik yang tersebar di wilayah Indonesia. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif serta analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 17.0. Penemuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa brand name, cosmetic quality, cosmetic price, dan service quality mempengaruhi brand loyalty secara signifikan.

ABSTRACT
Number of cosmetic products sale increases each year. Since 2009, cosmetic product sales recorded to be 7.59 billion rupiahs followed by increase in 2013 to be 11,2 billion rupiahs. We can see a significant change of sales number here caused by this new culture of beauty that has been a major topic here in Indonesia. This legit increase in this industry has led a tight competition in the market. There are currently 760 beauty products companies in Indonesia and the sum of revenue was about 20 billion rupiahs and worth of export products to be 16 billion rupiahs. Director of BIM (Basis industri Manufaktur) said that Cosmetic products industry is not controlled by local products but mostly by import products. The numbers are 55% of industry belongs to import products and the rest of 45% belongs to local products.
The main purpose of this writing is to analyze the factors that contribute in customer?s loyalty of cosmetic products in Indonesia. There are six factors identified, as factors of brand loyalty, there are brand name, cosmetic design, cosmetic quality, cosmetic price, promotion, and service quality. To get a valid information, I conducted 505 questionnaire spread out throughout all of Indonesia as a source of information of this writing. This research is using descriptive method, with multiple analysis using SPSS 17.0 program. The result of this research is that brand name, cosmetic quality, cosmetic price, and service quality affect brand loyalty significantly.
