Dengan menggunakan mediasi multiple, penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi peran mediasi dari Kesadaran Sponsor dan Gambar dengan memoderasi peran Sikap. Penelitian ini akan mengukur nilai efeknya dengan menggunakan Perusahaan Sponsor pada 18th Jakarta-Palembang Asian Games. Studi ini akan memberikan wawasan untuk Sponsoring Companies dan manajer terkait Olahraga untuk memanfaatkan peluang Sponsorship secara efektif.

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of sponsor awareness, image and the attitude towards the Sports Involvement and Purchase Intention Relationship. Using the multiple mediation, this research will explore the mediating roles of the Sponsor Awareness and Image with moderating role of the Attitude. This research will quantify the value of the effects by using the Sponsored Companies the the 18th Jakarta-Palembang Asian Games. This study will provide the insights for the Sponsoring Companies and Sports related managers to utilize the Sponsorship opportunities effectively."

"Sponsorship acara olahraga merupakan salah satu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran yang memiliki pertumbuhan tercepat yang digunakan untuk mencapai target konsumen. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara perceived event-sponsor fit, attitude towards the sponsoring brand, attitude towards the sponsorship, perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand, dan sponsor brand purchase intention dalam konteks sponsorship acara olahraga tontonan. Penelitian mengumpulkan data sampel dari 170 responden yang aktif berpartisipasi menonton BRI Liga 1 Indonesia 2021-2022 dan bukan merupakan pengguna produk sponsor utama. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived event-sponsor fit mempengaruhi attitude towards the sponsorship dan attitude towards the sponsoring brand, yang selanjutnya mempengaruhi perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand. Kemudian, attitude towards the sponsorship dan perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand mempengaruhi sponsor brand purchase intention.

Sponsorship of sport events is one of the fastest growing forms of marketing communication used to reach target consumers. This quantitative study aims to analyze the relationship between perceived event-sponsor fit, attitude towards the sponsoring brand, attitude towards the sponsorship, perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand, and sponsor brand purchase intention in the context of sponsorship of spectator sport event. The study collects sample data from 170 respondents who actively participated in watching BRI Liga 1 Indonesia 2021-2022 and were not users of the main sponsor of the event. Data is then processed using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method. The results show that the perceived event-sponsor fit affects the attitude towards the sponsorship and the attitude towards the sponsoring brand, which in turn affects the perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand. Then, attitude towards the sponsorship and perceived brand quality of the sponsoring brand affect the sponsor's brand purchase intention.

"Work engagement merupakan sebuh konstruk yang diasosikan dengan berbagai employee outcomes seperti job performance, job satisfaction dan employee well being. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, dan learning opportunities terhadap work engagement karyawan generasi milenial perbankan BUMN. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling SEM untuk mengolah 195 data responden.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work engagement dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh perceived supervisor support dan perceived organizational support. Selain itu perceived organizational support terbukti memediasi pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap work engagement. Sehingga peran mediasi yang terbentuk adalah partial mediation.

Work engagement is a construct that is associated with various employee outcomes such job performance, job satisfaction and employee well being. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational support, and learning opportunities on millennials work engagement in state owned bank. This research is a quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling SEM method to analyze the data.
The results of this study indicate that work engagement is directly affected by perceived supervisor support and perceived organizational support. In addition, perceived organizational support proved to mediate the impact of perceived supervisor support on work engagement. Thus, the mediation role formed is partial mediation.

"Riset ini menggunakan model oleh Biscaia Correia Rosado Ross dan Maroco 2013 yang telah dimodifikasi yaitu mengenai peran dari sponsor olahraga terhadap hubungan antara loyalitas tim kesadaran merek sikap konsumen dan niat beli oleh penggermarnya. Riset ini adalah riset kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian survei studi cross sectional.
Hasil dari riset menunjukan bahwa loyalitas tim mempunyai efek positif secara langsung terhadap kesadaran merek tetapi hasil riset juga menunjukan bahwa loyalitas tim tidak menunjukan adanya efek positif secara langsung terhadap sikap konsumen dan niat beli. Tetapi riset ini menunjukan bahwa loyalitas tim dapat mempengaruhi sikap konsumen dan niat beli secara tidak langsung melewati kesadaran merek yang mempengaruhi sikap konsumen secara positif yang pada gilirannya akan mempengaruhi niat beli.

The research use a modified model by Biscaia Correia Rosado Ross Maroco 2013 which is about the role of sports sponsorship of a football team toward the relationship of team loyalty brand awareness consumer attitude and purchase intention of the fans. This research is categorized as a quantitative research with survey type of research cross sectional studies.
The result of this research found that the loyalty of the fans toward the team had a direct positive effect on brand awareness but does not have a direct positive effect on consumer attitude and purchase intention. But the research shows that the loyalty of the fans affect the consumer attitude and purchase intention indirectly through brand awareness which positively influence the consumer attitude which in turn affect the purchase intention of the fans.

Penelitian ini mencoba mengaplikasikan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Chen & Zhang (2012) dalam penelitian yang berjudul: ?To Name it or not Name it: Consumer Perspectives on Facility Naming Rights Sponsorship in Collegiate Athletics, namun penelitian hanya terbatas pada perspektif konsumen terkait sponsorship yang dilakukan Garuda Indonesia kepada Liverpool FC. Perspektif konsumen ini dikaitkan dengan tolak ukur efektivitas sponsorship, yakni attitude towards sponsor dan purchase intention yang merupakan tingkat afeksi dan konasi dalam repsons konsumen lewat komunikasi pemasaran, seiring dengan perkembangan penelitian efektivitas sponsorship yang mulai bergeser dari sekedar awareness.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, dalam sponsorship yang dilakukan Garuda, attitude towards sponsor dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel seperti belief about sponsorship, attitude towards commercialization, dan team identification. Sementara purchase intention dipengaruhi oleh belief about sponsorship baik langsung maupun melalui mediasi attitude towards sponsor. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa perception of financial status tidak berpengaruh terhadap attitude dan purchase intention karena perbedaan konteks penelitian yang dilakukan.

This study tries to apply the research conducted by Chen & Zhang (2012) in their particular research entitled: ?To Name it or not Name it: Consumer Perspectives on Facility Naming Rights Sponsorship in Collegiate Athletics?, though this study is limited to consumers? perspective related to sponsorship of Garuda Indonesia towards Liverpool FC. These consumers? perspectives is associated with sponsorship efectiveness, attitude towards sponsor and purchase intention, both of which are the consumer?s response in marketing communication, affective and conative stage respectively, in order to stand in line with today?s research in sponsorship?s effectiveness that shifted away from merely considering awareness.
Based on study conducted by the author, in Garuda Indonesia?s sponsorship, attitude towards sponsor is significantly affected by belief about sponsorship, attitude towards commercialization, dan team identification. Meanwhile, purchase intention is significantly affected by belief about sponsorship directly and indirectly through attitude towards sponsor as a mediating variable. "Digitalisasi pada era ini sudah merambah ke pangsa jual beli online melalui
aplikasi, dengan banyaknya kompetitor maka lokapasar yang bersaing di
Indonesia harus pintar mencari peluang dan memiliki ide-ide yang kreatif.
Shopee salah satu dari lokapasar online yang bersaing dengan lokapasar lainnya
untuk mengakusisi konsumen pria dengan usia milenial, hal ini dikarenakan
peminatnya masih dalam lingkup gender wanita. Shopee mencoba melakukan
melalui strategi iklan dan sponsorship pada event sepak bola Indonesia untuk
meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan citra merek Shopee di kalangan konsumen
pria. Tesis ini akan membahas seberapa besar pengaruh dari strategi yang
dilakukan oleh Shopee. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitati
dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 180 orang pria dengan rentang usia milenial
yaitu 20-34 tahun. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing
variabel pesan iklan dan variabel sponsorship memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan
terhadap variabel kesadaran merek maupun citra merek. Hasil ini juga diharapkan
menjadi acuan untuk penelitian berikutnya serta evaluasi bagi pemegang merek
tersebut.

Digitalization in this era has penetrated into the online buying and selling market
through applications, with so many competitors, competing local markets in
Indonesia must be smart in looking for opportunities and have creative ideas.
Shopee is one of the online marketplaces that compete with other markets to
acquire millennial male consumers, this is because the enthusiasts are still in the
female gender sphere. Shopee tries to do this through advertising and sponsorship
strategies at Indonesian football events to increase brand awareness and Shopee
brand image among male consumers. This thesis will discuss how much
influence Shopee's strategy has. The approach used is a quantitative approach
with 180 male respondents with a millennial age range of 20-34 years old. The
results of this study indicate that each advertising message variable and
sponsorship variable has a significant effect on brand awareness and brand image
variables. These results are also expected to become a reference for further
research and evaluation for these brand holders.

"Seiring dengan perkembangan internet, electronic word of mouth telah menjadi fenomena penting di dunia pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari electronic word of mouth terhadap citra merek dan niat pembelian pada smartphone samsung juga pengaruh citra merek terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 167 orang yang sedang mencari smartphone dan menyukai browsing di internet. Model penelitian menggunakan 3 hipotesis dan diuji dengan metode analisis structural equation model (SEM).
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap citra merek smartphone samsung namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung. Sedangkan pada jurnal penelitian acuan menemukan bahwa electronic word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap citra merek dan berpengaruh positif yang kuat terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung dan citra merek berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian smartphone samsung.

Along with the internet developments, electronic word of mouth had become an important phenomenon in the marketing’s world. This study focus to analyze influence of electronic word of mouth on brand image and purchase intention and also influence of brand image on purhase intention smartphone samsung. Respondents of this study are 167 people who are looking for smartphone and liked browsing on the internet. The tree hypoteses research model in this study are tested with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).
The results found that electronic word of mouth effect brand image of smartphone samsung but doesn’t effect purchase intention of smartphone samsung and the brand image effect on purhase intention of smartphone samsung. While the research journal reference found that electronic word of mouth had positive effect on brand image and strong positive effect on purchase intention of smartphone samsung and brand image effect on purchase intention of smartphone samsung.

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang pengaruh fan identification dan dua elemen sport sponsorship yaitu sponsor credibility dan attitude towards sponsor dan dampaknya pada penciptaan niat pembelian. Fokus penelitian menyelidiki pengaruh positif fan identification terhadap sponsor credibility, attitude towards sponsor dan niat pembelian serta pengaruh positif sponsor credibility terhadap attitude towards sponsor dan juga pengaruh positif attitude towards sponsor terhadap niat pembelian.
Tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh fan identification dalam mengembangkan dua elemen sport sponsorship untuk mendorong niat pembelian. Penelitian ini berhasil mengumpulkan 203 data melalui kuesioner survei dan menguji hubungan antar variabel untuk menganalisis fan identification dan sport sponsorship terhadap nniat pembelian.
Berdasarkan studi kasus penelitian ini, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa hubungan tidak langsung dari identifikasi penggemar dengan mediasi dari elemen sport sponsorship menjadi peran utama dalam mempengaruhi dimensi niat pembelian. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa fan identification tidak mempengaruhi secara langsung dimensi niat pembelian.
This study will discuss about the influence of fan identification and two elements of sport sponsorship; sponsor credibility and attitude towards sponsor, and the effect on creating purchase intentions. The focus of this study is to investigate positive influence of fan identification towards sponsor credibility, attitude towards sponsor, and purchase intentions along with positive influence of attitude towards sponsor in creating purchase intentions.
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the impact of fan identification in developing the two elements of sport sponsorship to promote purchase intentions. The research successfully gather 203 data through questionnaire survey and test the connection between the variables to analyze fan identification and sport sponsorship towards purchase intentions.
Based on the study case of this research, statistic tests shows that indirect connection from fan identification with mediation from sport sponsorship element become the main role in influencing the dimension of purchase intention. This research also found that fan identification is on directly influence the dimension of purchase intentions.

"Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, penggunaan pemasaran influencer telah meningkat secara eksponensial. Penelitian ini mengadopsi studi terdahulu untuk memahami mekanisme pemasaran influencer yang memengaruhi konsumen melalui media sosial. Dengan mengusulkan model nilai pengaruh media sosial untuk menjelaskan peran nilai iklan dan kredibilitas sumber, penelitian ini mengelola survei daring di antara 270 orang pengguna media sosial yang merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) berdomisili di wilayah Indonesia, beragama Islam, dan mengikuti setidaknya selama 6 bulan, 1 atau lebih akun Instagram dan/atau YouTube social media influencer muslim (bukan selebriti/tokoh publik media tradisional) yang sering mempromosikan produk-produk halal dengan jumlah pengikut minimal 1.000. Hasil pemodelan jalur partial least square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa nilai keinformatifan dari konten yang dihasilkan influencer, keahlian, sifat dapat dipercaya, dan daya tarik influencer secara positif memengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen pada konten promosi produk halal, yang kemudian memengaruhi kesadaran merek dan niat pembelian.

In the past few years, the use of influencer marketing has increased exponentially. This study adopts previous studies to understand the influencer marketing mechanism that influences consumers through social media. By proposing a social media influence value model to explain the role of message value and source credibility, this research manages an online survey among 270 social media users who are Indonesian citizens who live in Indonesia, are muslims, and have been following for at least 6 months, 1 or more Instagram and/or YouTube account(s) of muslim social media influencers (not celebrities/public figures from traditional medias) who often promote halal products with a minimum number of followers of 1.000. The results of partial least square (PLS) path modeling show that the informativeness value of the content produced by influencers, expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness of influencers positively influence consumer trust towards halal product promotional content, which then influences brand awareness and purchase intention."
