"Consumer goods companies are facing a challenge in retaining managerial marketing talent, as the business environment provides a limited pool of qualified marketing managers. PT XYZ during the past several years has experienced an increasing attrition rate of marketing managers, of which will result in serious management problems in the near future, if Management does not take action to overcome future leaving of these indispensable employees.
PT XYZ has taken initiative to conduct a recent survey to understand the cause of the problem, and gain findings on what motivates consumer goods companies' marketing managers to stay with their employer. Besides that, has looked again at the result of the latest hi-annual employee satisfaction survey, and recent exit an interview of marketing managers. The findings of these studies point out that marketing manager?s motivation to stay with an employer, and their decision to move to other companies are driven by motivators as elaborated in the Hygiene-Motivators Theory by F. Herzberg, that lead to the fulfillment of self actualization and esteem needs in The Hierarchy of Needs by A. Maslow. The findings specifically point out that in the case of PT XYZ, the most important factors in staying with the company are; career advancement opportunities, learning and development opportunities, a job that is relevant to their own interest, desire and capability, in which a Superior who is supportive and capable becomes a key factor.
Therefore, in order to ensure improvement in retaining Marketing Managers, Management needs to implement human resources systems that enable building commitment of each Superior in giving the necessary guidance and feedback to their subordinates, especially because the company does not apply standard operating procedures and work processes. In line with this, this report suggests the design and implementation of Individual Development Programs for each Marketing Manager. It is imperative that Superiors of Marketing Managers take ownership of their subordinate's Individual Development Program, and Human Resources Department take the role in facilitating the program."

"Penerapan keilmuan ergonomi saat ini membutuhkan analisis secara makro dengan mempertimbangkan sudut pandang sistem. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan implementasi dari pendekatan makroergonomi yaitu System Analysis Tools (SAT) untuk melihat permasalahan dan alternatif solusi yang dapat diberikan untuk perbaikan sistem kerja pada suatu perusahaan. Melalui tahapan SAT perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan alternatif solusi yang cocok untuk diterapkan pada perusahaan. Alterntif solusi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah Strategic Manpower Planning untuk menghitung kebutuhan optimal karyawan dan melihat produktivitas karyawan yang dibatasi pada tingkat staff yang dilanjutkan dengan Manpower Training & Development sebagai persiapan persiapan penambahan beban kerja dan peningkatan produktivita.

The application of ergonomic?s science today requires macro analysis by considering the viewpoint of the system. Therefore, this study uses the implementation of the approach of macroergonomic called System Analysis Tool (SAT) to see the problem and alternative solutions that can be given to the improvement of work in a corporate system. Through the stages of SAT, the company may consider suitable alternative solutions to be applied to the company. Alternative solutions applied in this study is the Strategic Manpower Planning to calculate the optimal needs of employees and see the productivity of employees that are limited in staff levels followed by Manpower Training & Development as a preparation for the additional workload and increase in productivity."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang evaluasi pelaksanaan Management Development Program di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Variabel penelitian adalah evaluasi Management Development Program. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan total sampling, yaitu jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi yang ada di perusahaan, yaitu sebanyak 47 orang responden. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan juga wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan Management Development Program di PT XYZ dapat dikatakan baik karena mayoritas responden cenderung memberikan penilaian positif dan baik terhadap pelaksanaan Management Development Program.

This study discusses the evaluation of the implementation of the Management Development Program at PT XYZ. This study used a descriptive quantitative research. Variable evaluation research is the development of the implementation of the Management Development Program. The sampling technique used in this study is the use of total sampling, ie the number of samples equal to the number of populations that exist in the company, as many as 47 respondents. The study was conducted by questionnaire and interview. Based on the test results it can be concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of the Management Development Program at PT XYZ can be said to be good for the majority of respondents tend to give positive and good assessment of the implementation of Management Development Program."

"Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai strategi pemasaran PT XYZ dalam memasarkan luxury goods. Dalam menganalisis strategi pemasaran tersebut, terdapat beberapa aspek pemasaran yang dibahas, meliputi marketing mix, integrated marketing communication, segmentasi pasar, obyektif dan strategi pemasaran, evaluasi rencana pemasaran, serta consumer decision journey. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi riset kualitatif dengan pendekatan riset menggunakan case study. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa sales dan awareness menjadi obyektif pemasaran utama yang ingin dicapai oleh PT XYZ. Untuk itu, PT XYZ memanfaatkan serangkaian promotional mix yang sesuai, meliputi advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing, public relations, dan personal selling yang dimanfaatkan dalam customer touch point. Dalam mengevaluasi rencana pemasaran, performa pemasaran diukur menggunakan OKR dengan menetapkan beberapa metriks pada promotional mix yang digunakan. Selain itu, consumer decision journey turut dikonsiderasikan dengan menetapkan promotional mix tertentu pada setiap tahap perjalanan konsumen yang meliputi awareness, consideration, purchase, serta post purchase.

This internship report discusses PT XYZ's marketing strategy for luxury goods. In analyzing the marketing strategy, there are several marketing aspects discussed, including marketing mix, integrated marketing communication, market segmentation, marketing objectives and strategies, marketing plan evaluation, and consumer decision journey. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with a case study research approach. Based on the research results, it was found that sales and awareness are the main marketing objectives set to be achieved by PT XYZ. Therefore, PT XYZ utilizes a series of appropriate promotional mixes, including advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing, public relations, dan personal selling that are utilized in customer touch points. In evaluating marketing plans, marketing performance is measured using OKR by establishing several metrics in the promotional mix used. In addition, the consumer decision journey is also considered by establishing a certain promotional mix at each stage of the consumer journey which includes awareness, consideration, purchase, and post purchase."

"Persaingan bisnis mendorong perusahaan untuk bertahan dengan melakukan inovasi. Inovasi merupakan solusi terbaik bagi perusahaan untuk tidak hanya bertahan dalam persaingan, melainkan untuk meningkatkan kesuksesan. Dalam konteks bekerja, inovasi disebut sebagai perilaku kerja inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesiapan untuk berubah dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan pemasaran tingkat manajerial di PT XYZ. Sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang telah mengumpulkan data 38 responden penelitian, yaitu karyawan pemasaran tingkat manajerial dari sebuah perusahaan pada industri barang kebutuhan sehari-hari.
Hasil korelasi Pearson Product Moment menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan untuk berubah berhubungan secara positif dan signifikan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan pemasaran tingkat manajerial di PT XYZ (r = .482, p< 0.01). Semakin siap karyawan untuk berubah, semakin sering karyawan menampilkan perilaku kerja inovatif di perusahaan tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, PT XYZ perlu memperhatikan kesiapan untuk berubah pada karyawan pemasaran tingkat manajerial agar memiliki karyawan yang menampilkan perilaku kerja inovatif.

Business rivalry forces to the companies to survive by doing innovation. Innovation is the best solution for the companies to not only survive on that circumstance, but also improve its success. In working context, innovation is as well-known as innovative working behavior. This research aims to know the relationship between readiness for change and innovative working behavior among managerial level of marketing employees in PT XYZ. As a quantitative study, the methodology used is questionnaire which has collected 38 of managerial level of marketing employees from a consumer goods company.
The result of Pearson Product Moment shows that readiness for change has a positive and significant relationship with innovative working behavior among marketing managerial level of marketing employees in this company (r = .482, p< 0.01). The more ready employees to change, the more often employees to show innovative working behavior in this company. Thus, PT XYZ should have a concern to the readiness for change to its managerial level of marketing employees in order to have employees who show their innovative working behavior.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penelitian korelasional dan intervensi. Dua studi, studi korelasi dan studi intervensi, dilakukan untuk meneliti interaksi spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan spiritualitas individual dalam memprediksi kepuasan kerja, dan mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan “BeYOUnd”. Karyawan operasional PT XYZ sejumlah 154 orang berpartisipasi pada studi pertama; dan hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif dan signifikan antar variabel p< .01). Hasil analisis PROCESS Hayes menunjukkan bahwa spiritualitas individual berperan sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara spiritualitas di tempat kerja dan kepuasan kerja F p <0,05, R 2=7%. Pelatihan “BeYOUnd”, sebagai studi intervensi, dilakukan pada 14 karyawan yang mendapatkan skor spiritualitas di tempat kerja rendah pada studi pertama. Hasil evaluasi tingkat 1 menunjukkan reaksi positif peserta terlihat dari tidak ada penilaian di bawah rata- rata pengukuran (M = 4,98 – 5,64). Evaluasi tingkat 2 menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara skor pengetahuan partisipan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan “BeYOUnd” (Z = -2.22, p. Hasil evaluasi tingkat 3 menunjukkan bahwa partisipan mendapatkan nilai baik (3) dan sangat baik (4) pada indikator perilaku yang menunjukkan spiritualitas di tempat kerja. Berdasarkan tiga tingkat evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan “BeYOUnd” secara umum memiliki hasil yang baik berdasarkan evaluasi reaksi, pengetahuan, dan tingkah laku. Kedua studi yang dilakukan berhasil menjawab seluruh pertanyaan penelitian yang diajukan oleh peneliti.

There were two studies in this research, correlation study and intervention study. The purpose of the correlation study was to examine the relationship of individual spirituality as moderator on the relationship between workplace spirituality and job satisfaction. Intervention study aimed to examine the effectiveness of the 'BeYOUnd' training to improve workplace spirituality. One hundred and fifty four employees participated in the first study and showed the result that there was a significant positive correlation between variables (p <.01). The results of Hayes' PROCESS analysis showed that individual spirituality moderated the relationship between workplace spirituality and job satisfaction F (3, 150) = 3.75, p <0.05, R 2 = 7%. Then, 14 employees who had low workplace spirituality scores in the first study participated in 'BeYOUnd' Training. The results of the level 1 evaluation indicated the positive reaction of participants as seen that no response below the average measurement (M = 4.98 - 5.64). Level 2 evaluation showed significant differences between participants' knowledge scores before and after the 'BeYOUnd' training (Z = -2.22, p = 0.029). The results of level 3 evaluation indicated that participants received good (3) and very good (4) scores on behavioral indicators of workplace spirituality. The results of the three evaluation levels showed that the 'BeYOUND' training, in general, had good results based on evaluating partcipants’ reactions, knowledge, and behavior. Both studies were able to answer research questions proposed by researcher."

Tesis ini membahas mengenai upaya untuk mengatasi masalah terkait dengan rendahnya
pencapaian keberhasilan penyelesaian proyek pada PT. XYZ dengan menggunakan
strategi optimalisasi fungsi manajemen pengetahuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah
penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil
pengukuran atas knowledge management maturity level perusahaan, disarankan agar
perusahaan meningkatkan pengelolaan pengetahuan yang telah berjalan saat ini,
khususnya pada aspek people melalui pelaksanaan pengembangan kepemimpinan para
manajer lini. Dalam tesis ini juga disusun sejumlah rekomendasi intervensi yang dapat
dilakukan untuk meningkatkan awareness dan komitmen para manajer lini agar dapat
terlibat secara aktif dalam pengelolaan manajemen pengetahuan di perusahaan.

Abstract
This thesis is focus on discussing about the way to solve unexpected project
management result that happen at PT. XYZ by optimized corporate knowledge
management function. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research with
descriptive design. Based on knowledge management maturity level assessment result,
suggested that company should improve it knowledge management process, especially
in people aspect by developing its leaders (line managers). There are also some
interventions recommendation that company could implement to improve line managers
awareness and commitment, so that they will actively involved in knowledge

"Laporan magang ini membahas mengenai implementasi komunikasi pemasaran terpadu yang dilakukan PT Bank XYZ dalam mempromosikan aplikasi mobile banking-nya, yaitu ABC Mobile. Laporan magang ini bertujuan mengevaluasi proses komunikasi yang dilakukan perusahaan, implementasi bauran promosi yang digunakan perusahaan, dan evaluasi program komunikasi pemasaran yang telah dilaksanakan.. Berdasarkan kegiatan magang yang telah dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa PT Bank XYZ PT telah menganalisis proses komunikasi. Perusahaan menganalisis dua pihak utama dalam komunikasi, yaitu sender dan receiver; dan dua alat komunikasi utama, yaitu message dan channel. Selanjutnya, PT Bank XYZ memanfaatkan seluruh elemen bauran promosi dalam mengembangkan dan mengintegrasikan program komunikasi pemasaran terpadunya. Kemudian, PT Bank XYZ memantau, mengevaluasi, dan mengontrol program komunikasi pemasaran terpadu ABC Mobile dengan KPI dan survei yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui voice of customer. Pada promosi digital, pengukuran keberhasilan dilakukan melalui impression, engagement rate, dan jumlah followers baru. Namun, perusahaan belum mengevaluasi efektivitas out-of-home advertising yang dilakukan. Laporan magang ini memberikan beberapa rekomendasi bagi perusahaan agar program komunikasi pemasaran terpadu ABC Mobile dapat berjalan lebih baik lagi.

This internship report discusses the implementation of integrated marketing communications carried out by PT Bank XYZ in promoting its mobile banking application, namely ABC Mobile. This internship report aims to evaluate the communication process carried out by the company, the implementation of the promotional mix used by the company, and evaluate the marketing communication program that has been implemented. Based on the internship activities that have been carried out, it was found that PT Bank XYZ PT has analyzed the communication process. The company analyzes the two main parties in communication, namely the sender and receiver; and two main communication tools, namely messages and channels. Furthermore, PT Bank XYZ utilizes all promotional mix elements in developing and integrating its integrated marketing communications program. Then, PT Bank XYZ evaluated ABC Mobile's integrated marketing communications program using KPIs and surveys conducted by vendors to determine the voice of customers. In digital promotions, success is measured through impressions, engagement rate, and the number of new followers. However, the company has not evaluated the effectiveness of the out-of-home advertising carried out. This internship report provides several recommendations for companies so that ABC Mobile's integrated marketing communications program can be implemented better.

"Perkiraan pertumbuhan penggunaan pesawat ATR72 di Asia Pasifik akan terus meningkat menjadi 1330 pesawat sampai dengan jangka waktu dua dekade mendatang, sementara di Indonesia pada saat ini sudah mengoperasikan sebanyak ±118 pesawat. Saat ini mesin pesawat ATR72 (PW-100) yang beroperasi di Indonesia melakukan kegiatan overhaul dengan outsourcing ke luar negeri. Tentu kegiatan ini disebabkan oleh belum adanya pemanfaatan peluang dalam menangkap pasar PW-100. Peluang untuk mengembangkan bisnis tersebut akan dilakukan di perusahaan MRO di Indonesia, yaitu PT. XYZ dengan membutuhkan strategi pengembangan kapabilitas baru yang akan berdampak pada efektivitas serta efisiensi proses bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merumuskan strategi PT. XYZ dalam mengembangkan kapabilitas baru untuk meraih peluang bisnis overhaul PW-100. Metode kualitatif yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kombinasi Business Model Canvas (BMC) dengan metode SWOT dan secara kuantitatif menggunakan Analytical Network Proces (ANP). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkan strategi utama dalam mengembangkan kapabilitas overhaul PW-100, yaitu dengan melakukan pendekatan/kerja sama dengan selain operator utama, yaitu PT. Garuda Indonesia & PT. Citilink Indonesia yang memiliki armada ATR untuk menaikkan posisi tawar perusahaan terhadap Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM).

Growth of ATR72 in Asia Pacific will increase to 1330 aircraft in the next two decades, while Indonesia currently operates approximately 118 aircraft. In fact, ATR72 in Indonesia is still overhauling its engine (PW-100) by outsourcing abroad because lack of capabilities to capture the opportunities of domestic market. The aim of this study is to formulate the strategy of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) company, XYZ, in developing new capabilities to grab PW-100 overhaul business opportunities. Therefore, it is necessary to use Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis to analyze the strategic factors of MRO and Analytic Network Process (ANP) as a quantitative measurement among the strategies. The ANP-SWOT analysis does not provide a specific description regarding companys business model. This research uses Business Model Canvas (BMC) to complete ANP-SWOT analysis by defining companys business model and establish more specific strategies for management decisions in developing capability."

"Sebagai fungsi yang memegang kendali perangkat lunak di PT XYZ IT Solution memiliki peranan penting dalam menjaga manajemen pengembangan perangkat lunak agar berjalan sesuai rencana yang sudah dirumuskan bersama dengan para stakeholder. Pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metodologi waterfall yang belum optimal menjadi kendala untuk dapat men deliver setiap proyek perangkat lunak sesuai requirements jadwal dan anggaran user. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut IT Solution melakukan piloting proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metodologi Scrum yang diharapkan dapat lebih agile dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak. Namun dalam proses implementasi Scrum masih ditemukan permasalahan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi IT Solution dan memperbaiki proses pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan Scrum. Penelitian ini menilai dan menemukan akar permasalahan sekaligus rekomendasi perbaikan dalam implementasi Scrum di IT Solution sesuai dengan kerangka kerja Scrum Maturity Model.

IT Solution as part of PT XYZ has an important role in software development to meet stakeholder request ini the company Nowadays waterfall methodology which adopted by PT XYZ was not optimal. It was a constraint to deliver software project which should meet with software requirements schedule and budget. Therefore IT Solution did piloting software development project using Scrum .It expects be more agile in software development. However they still found problems in implementing Scrum.
The purpose of this research is to solve the problems faced on IT Solutions and to improve the software development process using Scrum. This research will assess and find the root causes to give recommendations for improvements in the implementation of Scrum in IT Solution based on Scrum framework Maturity Model.
