"Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan, yang akan menjadi titik awal dilakukannya perbaikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Surya Pelangi Nusantara Sejahtera sebagai perusahaan manufaktur plastik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference SCOR sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja, metode Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP untuk melakukan pembobotan pada setiap indikator, serta sistem pengelompokkan Traffic Light System untuk mengelompokkan kinerja dengan warna.Tujuan dari pengukuran ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dari internal PT. SPNS pada tahun 2017 dengan perspektif pelanggan sebagai fokus utama. Terdapat 29 indikator kinerja KPI yang akan diukur dan terbagi ke dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk tiap levelnya. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok PT. SPNS pada tahun 2017 sebesar 69,31 yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan hanya berada pada kategori rata ndash; rata dengan warna kuning. Lalu, setiap KPI akan dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis IPA untuk mendapatkan KPI menyebabkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan rendah.Dengan menggunakan kuadran IPA didapatkan 6 KPI pada rantai pasok perusahaan yang kinerjanya kurang baik, maka dari itu diperlukan strategi untuk dapat memperbaiki kinerja tersebut. Usulan strategi yang diberikan dianalisis menggunakan metode House of Quality HOQ dan diagram pareto, didapatkan 6 usulan strategi yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak besar bagi perusahaan yaitu memberikan reward, punishment, dan motivasi kepada pekerja; mengadakan training untuk pekerja secara berkala; melakukan pengawasan pada masing-masing departemen; memberikan APD Alat Pelindung Diri kepada para pekerja; memperbaiki mesin-mesin yang rusak; serta mengurangi tingkat terjadinya changeover warna/mold pada produksi.

Supply chain performance measurement need to be done to determine the supply chain condition of one company, which will become the starting point of improvement. This research was conducted at PT. Surya Pelangi Nusantara Sejahtera PT. SPNS as a plastic manufacturing company. The method used in this research are Supply Chain Operations Reference SCOR as a performance measurement framework, Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP method to determine the weight for each performance indicators, as well as Traffic Light System to classify performance with colors.

The purpose of this measurement is to measure the supply chain performance of PT. SPNS in 2017 from customer perspective as the main focus. There are 29 performance indicators KPIs that are going to measured and divided into SCOR model's perspectives for each level. The result of the measurement is the performance of PT. SPNS'supply chain in 2017 is 69.31 which shows the company 39 s performance is only in the average category with yellow category color. Then, each KPI will be mapped to the Importance Performance Analysis IPA quadrant to get which indicators that causing the company's supply chain performance to be not good.

From IPA's quadrant, there are 6 KPIs in the supply chain that have poor performance. Hence, the strategies to improve the performance are needed. The proposed strategy is analyzed using House of Quality HOQ method and pareto diagram. From the diagram, there are 6 six proposed strategies chosen, which expected to give big impact to the company's supply chain performance. The strategies are giving reward, punishment, and motivation to the employees holding training for employees regularly supervise each department provide PPE Personal Protective Equipment to the employees repairing damaged machines and reduce the rate of changeover color mold on production."

"Indonesia sebagai negara dengan kawasan hutan terluas di Asia Tenggara menjadikan sumber daya alam kehutanan yang dimiliki sangat berpotensi. Berbagai sumber daya alam dapat diperoleh dari hutan, salah satunya adalah kayu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pengadaan bahan baku kayu bulat dengan menggunakan kerangka Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Analisis dilakukan pada CV Prima Papua yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan pengolahan kayu. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan matrik strategi Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) level 1, level 2 dan level 3 dengan 5 indikator penilaian kinerja pengadaan bahan baku. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja CV Prima Papua pada 5 indikator tersebut berada di bawah target yang ditetapkan akibatnya. Usulan perbaikan yang diberikan adalah perusahaan perlu menetapkan tingkat persediaan bahan baku kayu bulat.

Indonesia as a country with the largest forest area in Southeast Asia needs natural resources. Various natural resources can be obtained from forests, one of which is wood. This study analyzes the acquisition of round wood raw materials by using a Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The analysis was carried out on CV Prima Papua which is one of the wood processing companies in Indonesia. The diminishing forest area and the more wood processing companies the more competition, the tighter in obtaining raw materials. The analysis was carried out using level 1, level 2 and level 3 Supply Chain Operations (SCOR) Strategy matrix with 5 indicators of performance evaluation of raw material procurement. Currently, CV Prima Papua's performance on these 5 indicators is below the target set.

The results of this study indicate how the application of inappropriate levels is the main factor

causing companies not to need high level companies.Therefore, the company needs to set it's level of raw material invetory."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan pengolahan Air Minum Dalam Kemasan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian kinerja perusahaan dan mengusulkan rekomendasi perbaikan sehingga perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan, yang menjadi langkah awal perbaikan. Pada penelitian ini, perbaikan dilakukan berkaitan dari kondisi daya saing perusahaan dan juga permasalahan di operasi rantai di pabrik. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner oleh beberapa pakar. Terdapat 35 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk tiap levelnya. Dari hasil pengukuran menggunakan sistem penilaian Objective Matrix (OMAX), didapatkan nilai total indeks kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2022 sebesar 5,95 yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan warna kuning namun masih perlu adanya beberapa perbaikan. Pada tabel OMAX, dapat diketahui indikator yang memiliki performa belum baik yang ditunjukkan dengan warna merah untuk segera dilakukan perbaikan. Melalui matriks OMAX, didapatkan 9 KPI pada rantai pasok perusahaan dengan kinerja belum baik. Penyusunan rekomendasi sudah dilakukan sebagai strategi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.

This research was conducted to measure supply chain performance at bottled drinking water company to know the company's performance achievements and improvement recommendation. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) as a framework for measuring the company's supply chain performance. The measurement is done to know its condition. In this study, improvements were made related to the condition of the company's competitiveness and problems in chain operations at the factory. The importance level of performance attributes is measured by weighting with a questionnaire by several experts. There are 35 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are measured and divided into the the SCOR model for each level. From the measurement results using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) scoring system, the total value of the company's supply chain performance index in 2022 is 5,95, which shows that the it is in the fairly good category in yellow but still needs some improvement. In the OMAX table, the indicators that have not performed well are shown in red to be repaired immediately. Through the OMAX matrix, 9 KPIs were obtained in the supply chain of companies with poor performance. Recommendations have been prepared as a strategy to improve company performance."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rangkaian rantai pasok industri makanan dan minuman kesehatan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan periode 2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang terjadi pada divisi rantai pasok. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan oleh expert. Terdapat 25 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam atribut model SCOR. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok sebesar 68.16% yang menunjukkan kategori average pada Traffic Light System Monitoring. Indikator kemudian dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan indikator prioritas berupa KPI dengan performa rendah dan kepentingan tinggi. Didapatkan 5 indikator prioritas, yaitu finished goods inventory level, raw material inventory level, labor cost, delivery performance to customer commit date, dan delivery fill rate. Rekomendasi yang diajukan untuk perbaikan adalah penerapan sistem Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) secara end-to-end dan pengaplikasian Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)- Internet of Things (IoT).

This research is conducted to measure the performance of the food and beverage health supply chain to understand the supply chain condition of a company for the period of 2023. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Improvements made in this research are related to the issues occurring in the supply chain division. The importance level of performance attributes is measured based on weighting with a paired comparison questionnaire by experts. There are 25 performance indicators measured and divided into SCOR model attributes. From the measurement results, the supply chain performance is obtained at 68.16%, indicating an average category on the Traffic Light System Monitoring. The indicators are then mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to obtain priority indicators in the form of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with low performance and high importance. Five priority indicators are identified: finished goods inventory level, raw material inventory level, labor cost, delivery performance to customer commit date, and delivery fill rate. The recommended improvements include the implementation of an end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the application of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)-Internet of Things (IoT)."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan merancang strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) sebagai metode pengukuran kinerja untuk evaluasi kinerja rantai pasokan untuk mendapatkan indeks kinerja. Metode lain seperti Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk memberi pembobotan pada setiap indikator dan Traffic Light System untuk pengelompokan kategori kinerja berdasarkan warna. Terdapat 29 indikator kinerja (KPI), yang terbagi dalam perspektif model SCOR untuk masing-masing tingkatan. Hasil kinerja pada PT X Persero pada tahun 2021 dari bulan Januari sampai dengan September 2021 adalah sebesar 60,72% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori sedang. Setiap KPI kemudian dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mencari indikator penting dan kurang untuk diperbaiki. Terdapat 4 KPI terkait kinerja rantai pasok yang perlu ditingkatkan, oleh karena itu diberikan usulan rekomendasi untuk KPI tersebut.

This study was conducted to measure supply chain performance at PT X Persero as an explosives manufacturing company in Indonesia. This research aims to measure and design strategies that can improve supply chain performance. It is conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) framework as a performance measurement method for supply chain performance evaluation to gain performance index. Also other frameworks such as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to weight each indicator and the Traffic Light System grouping system to categorize performance based on color. The objective of this research is to develop and measure supply chain performance. There are 29 performance indicators (KPIs), that is divided into the SCOR model’s perspectives for each level. The result of the performance in PT X Persero in 2021 from January until September 2021 is 60,72% which shows the company’s performance is in an average category. Each KPI is then mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to find the critical and underperformance indicator to be improved. There are 4 KPIs regarding supply chain performance that requires improvement, therefore proposed recommendations is provided for the KPIs."

"Manajemen rantai pengadaan merupakan salah satu kunci sukses bagi perusahaan industri. Salah satu perusahaan industri yang telah menggunakan konsep rantai pengadaan adalah PT Mumi Cahaya Pratama yang memproduksi Cargloss Carfme 0302. Produk ini khusus dibuat untuk PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing dan bahan bakunya terdiri dari 5 macam. Agar bisa menang dalam kompetisi industri diperlukan kinerja yang baik dalam rantai pengadaan untuk menjamin produksi dan kualitasnya. Perusahaan ini menyadari bahwa untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas rantai pengadaan perlu diketahui kinerja dari rantai pengadaan tersebut. Sayangnya, perusahaan ini belum memiliki sistem penilaian kinerja bagi rantai pengadaannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan sebuah model penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan bagi Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red dan mengaplikasikannya untuk mendapatkan nilai kinerja rantai pengadaannya. Sistem penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan yang sudah ada saat ini kurang dapat mengakomodasi kondisi nyata dalam proses penilaian, yaitu kurang informasi dan keragu-raguan serta ketidakpastian. Maka dari itu peneliti menggunakan algoritma pengukuran berdasarkan aplikasi dari teori himpunan fuzzy dan metode metrik.Peneliti menggunakan 2 metode untuk membandingkan hasil penilaian menggunakan kedua metode tersebut. Dalam pembuatan model penilaian kinerja bagi rantai pengadaan Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red, kriteria penilaian dipilih dan dibobotkan. Hasilnya adalah sistem penilaian kinerja rantai pengadaan bagi produk Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. Kemudian sistem ini diaplikasikan dalam proses penilaian sehingga dihasilkan nilai kinerja rantai pengadaan Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red sebesar 8.44 dalam skala 0 sampai dengan 10. Dengan menggunakan metode metrik hasil pengukuran kinerja adalah baik.

Supply chain management is one of industrial companies' key to be success. One of the companies who adopt supply chain management concept is PT Mumi Cahaya Pratama that produces Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. This product is produced only for 1 customer and its material supplied by 5 suppliers. To win in industrial competition, excellence supply chain performance is needed to guarantee its production and quality. This company realizes that in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of its supply chain, company needs to know its supply chain performance. Unfortunately, this company doesn't have supply chain performance measurement system.

The objective of this research is to design a supply chain performance measurement system for Cargloss Carfine 0302 and apply this model to measure its supply chain performance. The existing performance measurement system fails to address the real situations in evaluation, which are lack of information, hesitation and fuzziness. To fill this gap, this research proposed a fuzzy measurement algorithm and the metric method.

Researcher used 2 methods to compare the results. To generate a supply chain performance measurement system, criteria as performance indicators is chosen and weighted. The result is a supply chain performance measurement system for Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red. Then this system is used to measure supply chain performance of this product. The measurement process using fuzzy measurement algorithm yields supply chain performance for Cargloss Carfine 0302 Deep Red is 8,44 on scale of 10. Using the method metric the measurement process yields supply chain performance is good."
