"Tesis ini membahas tentang analisis risiko-risiko apa saja yang dihadapi oleh PT A Tbk. pada proses pembangunan menara, analisis dalam penyusunan manajemen risiko dalam implementasi ISO 9001:2015 yang dapat diterapkan pada PT A Tbk. serta analisis hasil dari penyusunan manajemen risiko dalam implementasi ISO 9001:2015 yang dapat diterapkan pada PT A Tbk. Ruang lingkup penelitian ini yaitu berfokus kepada proses pembangunan menara. PT A Tbk. merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri penyedia menara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan COSO Enterprise Risk Management dalam menyusun manajemen risiko pada PT A Tbk. dengan mempertimbangkan standar ISO 9001:2015. Penelitian ini melakukan observasi, diskusi kelompok dan analisis dokumen dalam melakukan penyusunan manajemen risiko. Kesimpulan yang didapat sehubung dengan penelitian ini adalah PT A Tbk. menghadapi risiko-risiko, berikut: keterlambatan dalam pembangunan menara, biaya aktual pembangunan menara lebih besar dibandingkan yang telah dianggarkan, ketidakmampuan dalam pembangunan menara dan menara tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah disetujui. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu risk register yang menggambarkan menggambarkan risiko yang telah teridentifikasi, sumber risiko, penilaian risiko, risk respond, aktfitas pengendalian, target residual risk, mitigation plan, residual risk II dan person in-charge terkait dengan mitigation plan.

The focus of this study is to analyze the risks faced by PT A Tbk. especially, in the tower development process, the analysis in the design of risk management in the implementation of ISO 9001 2015 that can be applied to PT A Tbk. As well as analysis of the results of risk management in implementation of ISO 9001 2015 which can be applied to PT A Tbk.. The scope of this research is to focus on the tower construction process. PT A Tbk. is a company engaged in the tower provider industry. The researcher uses the COSO Enterprise Risk Management approach in design risk management at PT A Tbk. taking into account the ISO 9001 2015 standard. Researchers conducted observations, group discussions and document analysis in the design of risk management.

The conclusion reffering to research result is PT A Tbk. facing risks, the following the delay in tower construction, the actual cost of tower construction is greater than that already budgeted, the inability to build towers and towers does not comply with the agreed requirements. The results of this study are risk registers that describe the identified risks, risk sources, risk assessment, risk respond, control activity, residual risk target, mitigation plan, residual risk II and person in charge related to mitigation plan."

"Tes HIV merupakan pintu gerbang awal yang menghubungkan dengan pelayanan pencegahan HIV lainnya. Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku tes HIV pada LSL merupakan hal yang penting untuk dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam merancang program intervensi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan angka tes HIV. Sebuah studi potong lintang dilakukan dengan menggunakan data STBP 2015 pada 921 LSL. Hubungan perilaku tes HIV diestimasi melalui nilai prevalens odds ratio (POR) dan 95% confidence interval (CI). Dari 921 LSL, 781 (84,8%) LSL memiliki perilaku tes HIV yang baik. Faktor yang berpengaruh secara independen dengan perilaku tes HIV pada LSL adalah umur (aPOR: 3,472; 95% CI: 2,164 – 5,572), tempat tinggal (aPOR: 1,678; 95% CI: 1,136 – 2,478) dan keterpaparan informasi (aPOR: 6,506; 95% CI: 3,821 – 11,077) dengan keterpaparan informasi menjadi variabel yang dominan dalam hubungannya dengan perilaku tes HIV

HIV testing is the initial gateway and links HIV cases to HIV care, support and treatment. Understanding the factors associated with HIV testing among men who have sex with men (MSM) is important to be taken for consideration in the planning of intervention programs that aimed to increase HIV testing rates. A cross-sectional study was conducted using IBBS 2015 data on 921 MSM. Association between HIV testing behavior was estimated through the prevalence odds ratio (POR) and 95% confidence interval (CI). Of 921 MSM, 781 (84.8%) MSM had good HIV testing behavior. Factors independently associated with HIV testing behavior are age (aPOR: 3,472; 95% CI: 2,164 - 5,572), recent living situation (aPOR: 1,678; 95% CI: 1,136-2,478) and recent exposed HIV information (aPOR: 6,506; 95% CI: 3,821 - 11,077) with recent exposed HIV information as a dominant variable in association with HIV testing."

Sebagian besar lansia memiliki persepsikeuangan yang cukup atau merasa mampu mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnyasehari-hari. Hasil regresi logistik biner menunjukkan bahwaPenghasilan+transfer menjadi sumber keuangan yang memberikankecenderungan kecukupan tertinggi, diikuti dengan sumber keuanganpenghasilan. Sedangkan kategori transfer, menjadi mayoritas sumber keuanganlansia, justru memberikan kecenderungan kecukupan terendah. ABSTRACTThis research aims to understand the perceived income adequacy of olderpersons in Indonesia. Furthermore, this research also analyzes the effect of types of source of income on older persons? perceived income adequacy controlled by individual and spatial characteristics using raw data of SUPAS 2015. Most older persons in Indonesia have adequate perceived of income. The binary logistic regression shows that income+transfer is the type of income which most likely gives older persons perceived adequacy, followed by income. Meanwhile, transfer, as the majority type of income of older persons in Indonesia, conversely becomes the type of income which less likely makes older persons perceive adequate. Therefore, assuring older persons to have income and an effective transfer system would ensure the income adequacy of older persons in Indonesia"

"Untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya, Permen PU No. 04/PRT/M/2009 harus dapat disesuaikan dengan standar Internasional yang digunakan saat ini, yaitu ISO 9001:2015. Selain itu perlu juga dilihat pengaruh prinsip pada ISO 9001:2015 serta implementasi Permen PU No. 04/PRT/M/2009 terhadap proyek pemerintah di bidang konstruksi. Penelitian ini fokus pada prinsip evaluasi kinerja dan peningkatan.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel pada ISO 9001: 2015 dengan Permen PU No. 04/PRT/M/2009. Selain itu terdapat dua variabel dalam prinsip evaluasi kinerja dan peningkatan yang belum diterapkan dengan baik, yaitu pada kegiatan evaluasi terhadap hasil pengukuran kepuasan pelanggan dan melakukan audit internal SMM untuk mengukur kinerja SMM.

To be able to improve their performance, Permen PU No. 04 PRT M 2009 that issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing regarding to QMS must be adjusted to the international standards, which is ISO 9001 2015. The result of this research is that there is no significant difference between the variables in ISO 9001 2015 and Permen PU No. 04 PRT M 2009. There are also two variables in the performance evaluation and improvement principle that have not been applied properly, which are the activity of evaluation to measures customer satisfaction by assessing the responses received on the QMS performance and perform internal audits of QMS to measure QMS performance."

Based on an audit of fixed assets that have been implemented, the auditor concludes that the value of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation reported of PT HIS have been fairly presented in accordance with PSAK 16 Revised 2015."

"Laporan magang ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis metode pencatatan aset tetap dan komponen di dalamnya pada laporan keuangan suatu perusahaan di bidang peralatan kesehatan dan obat-obatan yaitu PT DEF. Penulis membandingakn pencatatan laporan keuangan terkait aset tetap perusahaan terhadap peraturan dan regulasi yang berlaku, yaitu PSAK 16 revisi 2015 . Selama pelaksanaan prosedur audit terhadap aset tetap, penulis menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam metode perhitungan depresiasi atas aset tetap PT DEF dengan perhitungan depresiasi perusahaan pada umumnya. Secara keseluruhan, metode pencatatan mengenai aset tetap perusahaan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan PSAK 16 revisi 2015 , sedangkan untuk perbedaan metode perhitungan depresiasi tersebut merupakan SOP yang telah diimplementasikan diseluruh cabang PT DEF yang tidak mempengaruhi kewajaran laporan keuangan PT DEF.

This internship report aims to analyse the accounting of fixed asset and any related component within fixed asset in financial report of PT DEF, a medical equipment and drugs company. Financial report related to fixed asset of the company was compared with the related accounting which is PSAK article 16 2015 revision. During the audit process, it was found that there was difference of computation method used by PT DEF on depreciation of fixed asset with the computation generally used by other company. But, overall, PT DEF properly has recorded and measured fixed assets in accordance of PSAK. Regarding the difference in depreciation calculation method, it has followed the Standard and Operating Procedure implemented by PT DEF consistently. Therefore, it will not affect the fairness of PT DEF rsquo;s financial report."

"Tesis ini membahas tentang rendahnya angka partisipasi masyarakat Kota Batam pada Pemilihan Gubernur Provinsi Kepulauan Riau tahun 2015. Semula tindakan Golput merupakan respon terhadap dominasi kekuasaan pemerintah Orde Baru, kemudian setelah masa reformasi melalui Undang Undang Republik Indonesia No.32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah Bab VIII pasal 56 ayat 1 yang diundangkan sejak tanggal 15 Oktober tahun 2004 maka telah ditetapkan bahwa pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah baik di tingkat Provinsi maupun Kabupaten/Kota harus dipilih secara langsung yang semestinya memberi dampak kebebasan bagi masyarakat untuk memilih secara terbuka siapa yang akan memimpin hingga ditingkat daerah. Fenomena yang terjadi di Pilkada Gubernur Provinsi Kepulauan Riau tahun 2015 lalu hanya diisi oleh dua pasang kandidat petahana (incumbent) yang menjabat sebagai gubernur dan wakil gubernur pada periode sebelumnya namun ternyata meski kedua kandidat merupakan aktor politik lama justru menurunkan semangat partisipasi masyarakat untuk memberikan suara. Oleh sebab itu melalui pendekatan faktor psikologis dan faktor pendekatan pilihan rasional dengan memasukkan tiga dimensi utama yaitu orientasi isu, orientasi kandidat, dan media informasi yang melibatkan sebanyak 400 responden. Penelitian ini menemukan rendahnya kehadiran pemilih di Kota Batam disebabkan dari faktor isu yang merupakan turunan dari faktor psikologis dan diikuti dengan rendahnya minat pemilih terhadap kandidat yang tersedia. Secara implikasi teoritis, penelitian ini pula menyumbangkan temuan bahwa ketika pemilih tidak memiliki pengetahuan terhadap isu yang akan diselesaikan, ini yang pula memberikan kontribusi kepada semakin menurunnya rasa simpati masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan Pilkada.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors behind the large number of absentees among voters in regional elections (Pilkada) in Kepulauan Riau Province, Indonesia. Since 2005, people have their right to vote for their own local leader that was previously selected by the parliament to become a candidate. However, this democratic reform was not accompanied by voters enthusiasm to cast their vote.

In 2015, the Election Education Network for the People found that there were still more than 50% voters who did not use their rights to elect their governor candidate in Batam. Lower voter turnout was affected by Golput (Golongan Putih) or non-voting which was driven by various reasons, but the most popular causes were protests against misconducts in the implementation of elections, lost of expectation to and trust in candidates, and lost of trust in the political system. For this paper, we conducted a quantitative survey to 400 respondents of those who did not cast their vote during the gubernatorial election of Kepulauan Riau Province in 2015.

This paper examines non-voting behavior using psychological and rational choice approaches, particularly on three main variables that may have provided the motive behind the non-voting behavior of the eligible voters, i.e. candidate orientation, issue orientation, and media orientation. It argues that despite the fact that the voters know the two candidates running for governor office as both were incumbents (governor and vice-governor were both run for the governor office), the voters chose to not to cast their votes for several reasons; i.e. the lack of accessible information about the vision of the candidates, and the lack of clarity of programs offered by the candidates."

Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwasimplifikasi prosedur penanaman merupakan salah satu persiapan yang baik dan sesuai untukmenarik para investor ke Indonesia. This thesis explores the readiness of Law Investment of Indonesi in the ASEAN Economic Community 2015. The remedy of the regulation related with investment has been conductedby Indonesian governmentt in an effort to improve Indonesia's competitiveness among ASEAN member countries.
