"Media entertainment Video on Demand mengalami peningkatan yang pesat yang diawali pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Netflix, Disney+ Hostar, dan Viu sebagai platform Video on Demand berlangganan yang paling populer di Indonesia, dan secara aktif menggunakan media sosial untuk menyerbarkan informasi. Namun, penelitian ilmiah terbatas telah dilakukan untuk menciptakan pemahaman komprehensif tentang strategi media sosial sebuah perusahaan pada media sosial tertentu, khususnya di Twitter. Banyak penelitian telah mengusulkan pedoman empiris tentang bagaimana merek harus berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan audiens di platform media sosial. Namun, studi komprehensif yang didasarkan pada sebuah merek yang sukses dan bereputasi masih kurang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan karakteristik pesan yang terdiri dari strategi relationship marketing di Twitter dan komunitas merek online-nya. Secara keseluruhan, ketiga Video on Demand berlangganan menggunakan komunikasi Twitter untuk menerapkan pemasaran hubungan terhadap komunitas merek online-nya dengan berfokus pada tiga area yaitu merek masing masing video on demand, pengikut media sosial merek tersebu , dan topik sosial yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari hari. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk memperluas pengetahuan tentang strategi Twitter dari platform Video on Demand berlangganan terkemuka dan merinci elemen-elemennya, serta menawarkan tentang strategi yang dapat berfungsi sebagai sebuah model keterlibatan audiens yang berguna untuk media lainnya.

The entertainment media Video on Demand has experienced a rapid increase which is expected during the Covid-19 pandemic. Netflix, Disney+ Hostar, and Viu are the most popular subscription Video on Demand platforms in Indonesia, and actively use social media to disseminate information. However, limited scientific research has been conducted to create a comprehensive understanding of a company's social media strategy on specific social media, particularly on Twitter. Many studies have suggested empirical guidelines on how brands should communicate and interact with audiences on social media platforms. However, a comprehensive study based on a successful and reputable brand is lacking. Therefore, this study aims to determine the messaging features that comprise the relationship marketing strategy on Twitter and its online brand community. Overall, the three Video on Demand subscriptions use Twitter communications to apply relationship marketing to their online brand community with a focus on three areas, namely the respective video on demand brands, the brand's social media followers, and social topics relevant to daily life. This research contributes to broadening the knowledge of the Twitter strategy of the Video on Demand platform including its main and detailing its elements, as well as offering an insight into a strategy that can serve as a useful audience engagement model for other mediums."

"Kini salah satu strategi yang dilakukan oleh pemasar di dunia digital yaitu dengan menggunakan strategi influencer marketing. Strategi ini digunakan brand sebagai strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kesadaran khalayak terhadap suatu brand maupun jasa melalui media sosial yang dianggap dekat dengan khalayak.
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh seorang influencer yang bekerja sama dengan produk fashion akun @zaloraid dalam strategi pemasaran dan promosi produknya di Instagram. Menggunakan metode analisis konten kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang diunggah oleh influencers @zaloraid, dengan melihat jumlah likes dan comment dari unggahan foto influencers tersebut. Selain itu, juga melihat empat kriteria pengukuran dari konsep Influencer Marketing (Duncan Brown dan Nick Hayes, 2008) dalam menentukan Influencer yang dilakukan oleh @zaloraid berdasarkan Market Reach, Frequency of Impact, Quality of Impact dan Closeness to Decision.
Hasil dari tulisan ini menemukan bahwa penggunaan social media influencer sangat berpengaruh pada strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Zalora Indonesia. Dengan banyaknya followers yang dimiliki oleh influencer tersebut di Instagram, dan strategi pemasaran melalui influencer marketing dapat diterima dengan baik oleh para pengikutnya, sehingga masing-masing akun juga mendapatkan feedback yang positif dari followers-nya.

Nowadays, one of the strategies carried out by marketers in the digital world is Influencer Marketing strategy. This strategy is used by brands as a marketing strategy to increase audience awareness of a brand or service through social media that is considered close to the audience.
This paper aims to see the impact of an influencer working with @zaloraid fashion products for their marketing strategies and product promotion on Instagram. Using quantitative and qualitative content analysis methods uploaded by @zaloraid influencers, by looking at the number of likes and comments from their photos. Moreover, this paper also used the four measurement criteria from the concept of Influencer Marketing (Duncan Brown and Nick Hayes, 2008) in determining Influencers conducted by @zaloraid based on Market Reach, Frequency of Impact, Quality of Impact and Closeness to Decision.
The results of this paper found that the use of social media influencers is very influential on the marketing strategy undertaken by Zalora Indonesia. With the number of followers that these influencers have on Instagram, and marketing strategies through Influencers Marketing can be well received by the audience, therefore each account gets positive feedback from its followers.

This paper discusses the analysis of the green marketing communication strategy in Danone-Aqua's #BijakBerplastik campaign on Instagram. The paper is structured using a combination of literature review and qualitative and quantitative content analysis to depict and thoroughly discuss the characteristics of the green
marketing communication strategy implemented by Danone-Aqua in the #BijakBerplastik campaign on Instagram. "Perkembangan teknologi melaju dengan sangat cepat yang menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang sangat pesat. Chenoweth (2008) menyatakan bahwa berbagai ide baru yang diciptakan perusahaan startup mengendalikan bisnis elektronik dunia. Dibutuhkan suatu fasilitator yang dapat membantu startup tersebut menunjang aspek-aspek (seperti kebutuhan pasar dan pendanaan) bisnis. Salah satu contohnya adalah venture builder. Penelitian ini akan membahas bauran pemasaran dari layanan daring dari Ecoxyztem, venture builder Indonesia yang bergerak di isu lingkungan dan perubahan iklim atau teknologi iklim (climate tech) yang telah mendapatkan pendanaan dari beberapa investor lokal dan global, yaitu Instagram dan situs web (website). Bauran pemasaran yang dianalisis dengan lima aspek pemasaran internet (produk, harga, tempat, promosi, dan personalisasi) ini akan dihubungkan dengan aspek cyber geography yang dilihat dari aspek akses, navigasi, aktivitas informasi, dan augmentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara semi-terstruktur sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Di mana informan merupakan target pasar dari Ecoxyztem, yaitu startup climate tech, investor, dan audiens Instagram dan situs web. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa bauran pemasaran memiliki hubungan dengan cyber geography, seperti aspek tempat dengan semua aspek cyber geography, produk dengan aktivitas informasi, dan personalisasi dengan navigasi dan augmentasi.

Technological developments accelerated very quickly which led to very rapid economic growth. Chenoweth (2008) states that various new ideas created by startup companies control the world's electronic business. A facilitator is needed who can help the startup support aspects (such as market needs and funding) of the business. One example is the venture builder. This research will discuss the marketing mix of online services from Ecoxyztem, an Indonesian venture builder working on environmental issues and climate change or climate technology which has received funding from several local and global investors, namely Instagram and websites. The marketing mix analyzed by the five aspects of internet marketing (product, price, place, promotion, and personalization) will be linked to cyber geography as seen from the aspects of access, navigation, information activity, and augmentation. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with semi-structured interviews as a data collection method. Where informants are the target market for Ecoxyztem, namely climate tech startups, investors, and the Instagram/websites audiences. The results of this study explain that the marketing mix has relationship with cyber geography because the aspects in it have similarities, such as aspects of place with all the aspects of cyber geography, product with information activity, and personalization with navigation and augmentation."

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang membahas mengenai kegunaan strategi Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) dalam pemasaran. Pada penelitian studi kasus ini, terdapat bagaimana strategi IMC digunakan oleh perusahaan Kakao dalam aktivitas pemasaran. Pemasaran dalam studi ini memfokuskan pada pengaruh aspek strategi IMC pada perusahaan Kakao dan bagaimana strategi ini dapat berhasil atau tidak untuk bersaing di Asia Tenggara dengan perusahaan mobile platform communication lainnya. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya strategi IMC dalam pemasaran produk dan kemajuan Kakao.

ABSTRACT
This research is a case study that discusses the usefulness of the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategy in marketing. In this case study, there is how the IMC strategy is used by Kakao companies in marketing activities. Marketing in this study focused on the effect of aspects of the IMC strategy on Kakao companies and how this strategy can succeed or not to compete in Southeast Asia with other mobile platform communication companies. The results of the research show that the importance of the IMC strategy in product marketing and Kakao progress."
