"Pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan metodologi tangkas agile adalah hal yang baru di PT XYZ. Implementasi pengembangan agile dengan metode Scrum dirasakan merupakan solusi percepatan pengiriman produk kepada pengguna akhir. Namun demikian perlu kecermatan dan kehati-hatian dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, khususnya dari sisi keamanannya, karena faktor keamanan merupakan hal yang bersifat kritis di bidang perbankan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus di PT XYZ yang bertujuan mencari framework yang cocok dan disesuaikan untuk kebutuhan XYZ, untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak yang kaya dalam aspek keamanan informasi dengan metode Scrum. Berdasarkan harapan dan tantangan yang dihadapi PT XYZ, penulis mencoba membuat model pengembangan, panduan pelaksanaan, alat bantu dan proses evaluasi, yang disarikan dari berbagai penelitian dan standar best practise yang ada, untuk membentuk framework pengembangan yang telah disesuaikan untuk PT XYZ, kemudian diimplementasikan dalam proyek-proyek baru serta diukur tingkat kematangan keamanan informasinya, menggunakan OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model SAMM. Hasil penelitian secara umum telah menunjukkan perbaikan kualitas pengembangan aplikasi, khususnya pada aspek keamanan informasi.

Software development using agile methodology is a new concept in PT XYZ. Implementation of agile development processes with Scrum is believed to be a solution to speed up product delivery to the end user. Nevertheless the need of accuracy and conscientiousness in software development, especially in security is mandatory as security is a strong word in bank industry. This case study research at PT XYZ, was conducted to find a suitable framework for PT XYZ needs, as guidance to develop software which is rich in security aspect combining with Scrum method. Based on some expectations of PT XYZ and the challenges they have, the authors determine a process model for software development, a guidance for resilience software, tools and maturity level evaluation, taken from several researches and some common best practices in the software industry, to develop a new development framework for PT XYZ, and then implementing it on the new software development project, and evaluate the maturity as well, using OWASP Software Assurance Maturity Model SAMM. Results shown in general, there are some improvements in term of the quality of the software development, especially in the aspect of information security."

Penelitian juga membuat pemetaan peran dalam Scrum dengan penanggung jawab kebutuhan dokumen audit yang telah ditentukan induk organisasi. Panduan yang dibuat diharapkan memudahkan organisasi dalam memenuhi standard induk organisasi, sesuai dengan kebutuhan, dan menerapkan praktek agile.

All this time the organization experienced many problems in the software development process. This is reflected by the fact of internal performance reporting and audit of the parent organization. The audit results can be used as a momentum of improvement for increasing the capability of the software development organization. Increased organizational capability in doing so will help solve related problems. Better audit results will be able to improve the posture of the organization from the perspective of the parent organization.

In this research conducted an assessment of the software development framework adopted by the organization. From the assessment results can be known recommendation for the organization to improve benefit from the chosen framework. The study also makes mapping roles in Scrum with the person in charge of the audit document predetermined by parent organization. The result exptected to facilitate the organization in meeting the standards of the parent organization, according to the needs, and applying agile practice."

"Pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall mulai tidak relevan dengan PT XYZ. Kecepatan perubahan dari permintaan pengguna, membuat pengerjaan proyek PT XYZ menjadi terlambat. Scrum merupakan kerangka kerja yang dapat mengatasi cepatnya perubahan tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, PT XYZ perlu melakukan adaptasi kerangka kerja Scrum. Menurut software enginering institute, terdapat 3 dimensi penting dalam sebuah proses yaitu People, Procedure and Method, dan Tools yang akan menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Dimensi people menggunakan Sociomery dan Motivation Method untuk mengetahui kondisi tim saat ini serta menganalisa peran-peran saat ini pada perusahaan. Dimensi procedure and method menggunakan A Guide to agile with CMMI yang difokuskan pada process area Project roadmap CMMI dan acara-acara pada Scrum Guide. Sedangkan pada dimensi Tools, dengan mencari pada mensin pencarian di internet dengan kata kunci ‘free Scrum Tools’ lalu dibandingkan antara keunggulan serta kekurangan dari tiap Tools tersebut. Hasil dari dimesi people dibagi menjadi tiga bagian berdasarkan peran-peran pada Scrum yaitu, Scrum Master, Product Owner dan Development Team. Scrum Master yang terpilih adalah responden nomor 2 dan 10 berdasarkan hasil Sociometry yang paling populer dari tim tersebut, sedangkan Product Owner diperankan oleh pemimpin proyek XYZ Tracker dikarenakan memiliki tanggung jawab yang hampir memadai dari tanggung jawab seorang Product Owner. Development Team dibagi menjadi 2 tim berdasarkan hasil Sociometry dan kemampuan individual yang masing-masing tim berjumlah 7 orang . Pada dimensi procedure and method, terdapat 50 rekomendasi rancangan adaptasi procedure and method. Sedangkan hasil dimensi Tools, menggunakan ‘ApaScrum’ yang memiliki keunggulan dalam memberikan kemudahan dalam penggunaan serta dapat menghasilkan artefak yang dibutuhkan dalam Scrum.

The waterfall software development is becoming irrelevant with PT XYZ. The speed of change from user requests resulted in the slowdown of project work from PT XYZ . Scrum is a framework that can overcome those rapid changes. Therefore, PT XYZ needs to adapt the Scrum framework. According to the software engineering institute, there are 3 important dimensions in a process namely People, Procedure and Method, and Tools which will be the focus of this research. The People dimension uses Sociomery and Motivation Method to determine the current condition of the team and analyze the current roles in the company. The procedure and method dimension uses A Guide to Agile with CMMI which is focused on the CMMI Project roadmap process area and events on the Scrum Guide. While in the Tools dimension, by searching on search engines on the internet with the keyword 'Free Scrum Tools' then comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each of these Tools. the results of the people dimension are divided into three sections based on roles in Scrum namely, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Development Teams. The selected Scrum Masters are respondents number 2 and 10 based on the results of the most popular Sociometry from the team, while the Product Owner is played by the XYZ Tracker project leader because it has almost the same responsibility as the responsibility of a Product Owner. The Development Team was divided into 2 teams based on the results of Sociometry and the individual abilities of each team totaled 7 people. On the procedure and method dimension, there are 50 recommended procedures and method adaptation designs. While the results of the Tools dimension, which used 'ApaScrum' has the advantage of providing ease of use and can produce the artifacts needed in Scrum"

"PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan rintisan yang menjual produk-produk alami melalui situs web dan aplikasi mobile mereka. Proyek perangkat lunak di PT XYZ diimplementasikan menggunakan metode agile dan kerangka kerja Scrum agar tanggap dengan kebutuhan pasar dan pelanggan. Nyatanya, proses pengembangan perangkat lunak masih mengalami keterlambatan dalam perilisan karena rendahnya tingkat ketercapaian target untuk sprint. Dampak yang ditimbulkan adalah tidak tercapainya Objective and Key Result (OKR). Berdasarkan wawancara dengan narasumber dari PT XYZ, yaitu anggota tim Scrum yang terdiri dari Product Manager, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, dan QA Analyst menunjukkan bahwa akar permasalahaan yang dihadapi perusahaan erat kaitannya dengan proses implementasi Scrum, terutama acara dan artefak Scrum. Permasalahan tersebut menjadi pemicu penelitian ini untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap implementasi Scrum di perusahaan. Evaluasi implementasi Scrum dilakukan dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) dan metode penilaian Standard Capability Maturity Model Integration Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) kelas C. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Scrum di PT XYZ masih berada pada tingkat kematangan 1 karena terdapat sebuah goal di tingkat kematangan 2 belum fully achieved, yaitu goal basic Scrum management dengan nilai 71,43% largely achieved. Setelah melakukan penilaian, penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 rekomendasi untuk artefak Scrum, 4 rekomendasi untuk acara Scrum, 2 rekomendasi untuk komponen pendukung Scrum, dan 5 rekomendasi untuk akar permasalahan penelitian. Penelitian ini juga menyertakan langkah-langkah perubahan yang dapat dilaksanakan perusahaan untuk memperbaiki alur proses Scrum terkait acara dan artefak Scrum. Rekomendasi dan langkah-langkah perubahan diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan ketercapaian target sprint sehingga memungkinkan perilisan proyek perangkat lunak yang tepat waktu dan mencapai nilai bisnis yang diharapkan perusahaan

PT XYZ is a start-up company that sells natural products through its website and mobile application. The software project at PT XYZ is implemented using agile methods and the Scrum framework to respond to the market and customer needs. In fact, the software development process is still experiencing delays in release due to the low rate of achieving targets for sprints. The impact is not achieving the Objective and Key Result (OKR). Based on interviews with representatives from PT XYZ, namely members of the Scrum team consisting of Product Manager, Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and QA Analyst, it shows that the root problems faced by the company are closely related to the Scrum implementation process, especially Scrum events and artifacts. These problems are the trigger for this research to evaluate the implementation of Scrum in the company. Evaluation of Scrum implementation is carried out using the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) framework and the Standard Capability Maturity Model Integration Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) Class C assessment method. The results of the assessment show that the implementation of Scrum at PT XYZ is still at maturity level 1 because there is a goal at maturity level 2 that has not been fully achieved, namely the basic Scrum management goal with a value of 71.43% (largely achieved). After conducting the assessment, this research resulted in 3 recommendations for Scrum artifacts, 4 recommendations for Scrum events, 2 recommendations for Scrum supporting components, and 5 recommendations for the root causes of the research. This research also includes change steps that companies can implement to improve the Scrum process flow regarding Scrum events and artifacts. Recommendations and change steps are expected to be able to improve the achievement of the sprint targets to enable the timely release of software projects and achieve the expected business value of the company."

"PT XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan teknologi rintisan terkemuka di Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang e-commerce. Selain di bidang e-commerce, PT XYZ juga melakukan eksplorasi bisnis baru pada bidang teknologi finansial. Tim investasi dan asuransi (Investment and Insurance, IIS) adalah salah satu tim yang mengembangkan produk asuransi dan investasi pada PT XYZ. Dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak, IIS menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum agar dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Dalam pelaksanaannya, ditemukan bahwa deliverable produk mengalami keterlambatan dan objective and key result (OKR) yang tidak terpenuhi. Data pendukung juga memaparkan bahwa rata-rata penyelesaian pada setiap sprint masih berada pada angka 44%. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa akar masalah, salah satunya adalah proses acara Scrum yang belum dilakukan sesuai dengan Scrum Guides. Untuk dapat memperbaiki permasalahan ini, penelitian melakukan evaluasi tingkat kematangan pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) dan Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) C untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap praktik Scrum. Hasil dari evaluasi ini, ditemukan bahwa IIS masih berada pada level 1 melalui penilaian SMM dengan rentang level 1 hingga 5. Terdapat satu goal yang belum fully achieved, masih terdapat satu goals basic Scrum management dengan penilaian 67,86% (largely achieved) yang menyebabkan organisasi belum dapat mencapai level 2. Selanjutnya, hasil penilaian SCAMPI C digunakan sebagai acuan untuk memilih praktik SMM yang sesuai dengan pertanyaan penelitian dan menyusun usulan rekomendasi perbaikan. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah lima belas rekomendasi terkait acara Scrum. PT XYZ is one of the leading technology start-ups in Indonesia engaged in e-commerce. Apart from e-commerce, PT XYZ also explores new businesses in the field of financial technology. The investment and insurance team (Investment and Insurance, IIS) is one of the teams that develops insurance and investment products at PT XYZ. In the software development process, IIS uses the Scrum framework to quickly adapt to market needs. In its implementation, it was found that the product deliverables were delayed, and the objectives and key results (OKR) were not met. Supporting data also explains that the average completion of each sprint is still at 44%. This is influenced by several root causes, one of which is the Scrum event process that has not been carried out in accordance with the Scrum Guides. To be able to fix this problem, the research evaluates the maturity level of software development using the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) and Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) C to assess Scrum practices. The results of this evaluation, it was found that IIS is still at level 1 through the QMS assessment with a range of levels 1 to 5. There is one goal that has not been fully achieved, there is still one basic goal of Scrum management with an assessment of 67.86% (largely achieved) which causes the organization has not been able to reach level 2. Furthermore, the results of the SCAMPI C assessment are used as a reference for selecting QMS practices that are in accordance with the research questions and formulating recommendations for improvement. The results of the study are fifteen recommendations related to Scrum events. "Perusahaan XYZ merupakan perusahaan tech-based yang berfokus pada pembangunan solusi digital. Dengan adanya kebutuhan akan produk digital Human Resource (HR) dan pengalaman serta resources yang dimiliki, perusahaan membangun aplikasi PX. PX melakukan otomatisasi proses HR yang mencakup dari awal seseorang berstatus kandidat hingga karyawan yang ingin mengundurkan diri dari perusahaan. Pada pengembangan PX, digunakan Scrum sebagai framework dalam mengembangkan perangkat lunak. Implementasi Scrum pada pengembangan PX ternyata terdapat kendala yang menyebabkan target Sprint Backlog tidak tercapai sehingga menghambat penyelesaian employee journey PX. Pada identifikasi masalah menunjukkan bahwa salah satu akar permasalahnnya adalah praktik Scrum belum berjalan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran kematangan Scrum pada pengembangan produk PX dengan menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model yang acuannya telah diperbarui dari Scrum Guide 2010 menjadi Scrum Guide 2020. Peneliti menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumen, observasi, dan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Penelitian menggunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kuantitatif diolah untuk menghasilkan tingkat kematangan Scrum dan data kualitatif digunakan sebagai data pendukung dalam memperkuat data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Tim PX memperoleh tingkat kematangan satu (Initial). Setelah didapatkan hasil pengukuran, peneliti memberikan sasaran perbaikan untuk praktik wajib yang belum mendapatkan interpretasi Fully Achieved yaitu 15 praktik pada tingkat dua (Managed) dan 16 praktik pada tingkat tiga (Defined). Rekomendasi perbaikan disusun berdasarkan Scrum Guide 2020, SBoK v3, dan pendapat pakar Scrum eksternal. Hasil penelitian ini berupa dokumen rekomendasi perbaikan praktik yang telah divalidasi oleh praktisi Scrum di PX yaitu Product Owner. Dokumen ini dapat menjadi dasar perbaikan praktik Scrum pada Tim PX.

XYZ Company is a tech-based company that focuses on building digital solutions. With the need for Human Resource (HR) digital products and the experience and resources they have, the company builds the PX application. PX automates HR processes, from candidates to employees who want to leave the company. In PX development, Scrum is used as a framework for developing software. The implementation of Scrum in PX development turned out to have obstacles that caused the Sprint Backlog target not to be achieved, thus hampering the completion of the PX employee journey. The problem identification shows that one of the root problems is that Scrum practices have not been implemented well. Therefore, this study measures Scrum maturity in PX product development using the Scrum Maturity Model, whose reference has been updated from Scrum Guide 2010 to Scrum Guide 2020. Researcher used interviews, document studies, observations, and questionnaires as research instruments. The study used qualitative and quantitative data. Quantitative data is processed to produce Scrum maturity level and qualitative data is used as supporting data in strengthening quantitative data. The results showed that the PX Team obtained a maturity level one (Initial). After obtaining the measurement results, the researcher provides improvement targets for required practices that have not received a Fully Achieved interpretation, namely 15 practices at level two (Managed) and 16 practices at level three (Defined). Recommendations for improvement are based on the Scrum Guide 2020, SBoK v3, and the opinions of external Scrum experts. The results of this study are in the form of a practice improvement recommendation document that Scrum practitioners have validated at PX, namely the Product Owner. This document can be the basis for improving Scrum practices for the PX Team."

Divisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengelola risiko yang mungkin berdampak pada operasional perusahaan. Dalam konteks pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode Scrum, ketidaksesuaian antara Tujuan Sprint dan Objective Key Results (OKRs) telah menunjukkan tantangan yang perlu ditangani. Penelitian Mixed Method ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ, dengan fokus khusus pada Divisi Bisnis Risk Management. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan proses implementasi melalui pendekatan yang menggabungkan Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) dan Agile Maturity Model (AMM). Informasi dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, survei terhadap 4 tim dengan total 29 responden, dan pemantauan intensif atas metode, dokumen, dan alat yang digunakan dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Untuk memahami dan menafsirkan temuan ini, penilaian Key Process Area (KPA) dari Agile Maturity Model digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan proses implementasi Scrum pada Divisi Bisnis Risk Management di PT XYZ berada pada level 1 dengan total 60% terpenuhi dari total 79 practice. Untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan ini, PT XYZ disarankan untuk menerapkan 31 praktik yang disarankan di berbagai tingkat kematangan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi yang berguna untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi Divisi Bisnis Risk Management di perusahaan start-up lain dalam industri yang sama.

PT XYZ, as an innovative internet company focused on developing online trading solutions, also has a Risk Management division. This division is responsible for identifying, measuring, and managing risks that may impact the company's operations. In the context of software development using the Scrum method, discrepancies between Sprint Goals and Objective Key Results (OKRs) have presented challenges that need to be addressed. This Mixed Method research was conducted to evaluate the maturity level of software development processes at PT XYZ, with a particular focus on the Risk Management Business Division. This research recommends a process implementation through an approach that combines the Scrum Maturity Model (SMM) and the Agile Maturity Model (AMM). Information was gathered through interviews, surveys of 4 teams with a total of 29 respondents, and intensive monitoring of the methods, documents, and tools used in the software development process. To understand and interpret these findings, the Key Process Area (KPA) assessment from the Agile Maturity Model was used. The research results show that the maturity level of Scrum implementation processes in the Risk Management Business Division at PT XYZ is at level 1, with a total of 60% of the 79 practices fulfilled. To increase this maturity level, PT XYZ is recommended to implement the 31 suggested practices at various maturity levels. This research is expected to serve as a useful reference for evaluating maturity levels and providing practical recommendations for Risk Management Business Divisions in other startup companies in the same industry."

"ABSTRAKPT. XYZ adalah perusahaan di bidang Information Technology. Pada tahun 2015, PT. XYZ mulai beralih dari metode waterfall ke metode agile scrum, harapannya project dapat diselesaikan dengan lebih cepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Namun proses pengembangan yang menggunakan metode scrum tersebut belum sesuai dengan harapan karena seringnya keterlambatan proses deliver program kepada pelanggan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka dibutuhkan cara untuk meningkatkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Peningkatan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak diawali dengan mengukur tingkat kematangan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak, lalu menyusun saran untuk meningkatkan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan dan menggunakan model Lewin rsquo;s Force Field Analysis untuk menyusun saran perbaikan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. XYZ masih berada pada tingkat 1 dalam penerapan metode scrum untuk proses pengembangan perangkat lunak. Beberapa rekomendasi yang dihasilkan yaitu penggunaan TFS untuk memudahkan pelaksanaan praktik scrum seperti membuat product backlog dan release burndown chart, penggunaan video call dan Microsoft Azure untuk mendapatkan masukan dari stakeholder, serta melakukan outsource agar tidak mengganggu anggota tim proyek.

ABSTRACTPT. XYZ is an Information Technology company. In 2015, PT. XYZ began to move from the waterfall method to agile scrum method, hoping the project can be completed more quickly and in accordance with customer needs. However, the development process using Scrum method has not been in accordance with expectations because of frequent delays in the delivery process to customers. Based on the problem, it takes a way to improve software development process. To Improved software development process begins with measuring the maturity level of the software development process, and then develops suggestions to improve the software development process. This study uses Scrum Maturity Model to measure the maturity level and use Lewin 39 s Force Field Analysis model to develop suggestions for software development process improvement. The results show that the PT. XYZ is still at level 1 in the application of Scrum method for software development process. Some recommendations are the use of TFS to facilitate the implementation of scrum practices such as creating product backlog and release burndown chart, using video calls and Microsoft Azure to get input from stakeholders, and outsource so as not to disturb the project team members."

Namun dalam penerapannya masih terdapat permasalahan dimana Sprint Goal yang telah ditetapkan dalam Objective Key Result (OKR) tidak tercapai. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan proses wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi untuk kemudian diolah menggunakan metode KPA Rating dari Agile Maturity Model. Hasil Analisa digunakan sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ belum mencapai level 2 tingkat kematangan Scrum Maturity Model. Hal ini dikarenakan masih adanya praktik-praktik yang belum dijalankan dalam setiap sasaran umumnya. PT XYZ implements Scrum in its software development process. This aims so that the delivery software can be in accordance with the requirements and schedule specified as an effort of PT XYZ in order to compete in the field of Education Technology. However, in its application, there are still problems where the Sprint Goal set out in the Objective Key Result (OKR) is not achieved. In this research, evaluation and improvement of the software development process at PT XYZ was carried out using Scrum Maturity Model. Data collection method is done by interviewing, questionnaire, and observation processed using KPA Rating from Agile Maturity Model. The results of the analysis are used as recommendation for improvement of the software development process at PT XYZ. The result of this study shows that the software development process at PT XYZ has not reached level 2 maturity of Scrum Maturity Model. This is because there are still practices that have not been implemented in every target generally. The Improvement Recommendations result are used as a reference for improving the software development process at PT.XYZ."

"PT XYZ mengimplementasikan Scrum dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunaknya. Hal ini bertujuan agar software delivery dapat sesuai dengan requirements dan jadwal yang ditentukan sebagai upaya PT XYZ agar dapat bersaing di bidang Education Technology. Namun dalam penerapannya masih terdapat permasalahan dimana Sprint Goal yang telah ditetapkan dalam Objective Key Result (OKR) tidak tercapai. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi dan perbaikan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ menggunakan Scrum Maturity Model. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan proses wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi untuk kemudian diolah menggunakan metode KPA Rating dari Agile Maturity Model. Hasil Analisa digunakan sebagai rekomendasi perbaikan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT XYZ belum mencapai level 2 tingkat kematangan Scrum Maturity Model. Hal ini dikarenakan masih adanya praktik-praktik yang belum dijalankan dalam setiap sasaran umumnya.
