"Pembajakan film adalah hal yang telah menjadi fenomena global yang berdampak khususnya pada industri perfilman. Secara global, kerugian yang dihasilkan dari pembajakan film tidak sedikit dalam konteks finansial. Kerugian ini juga melanda Indonesia, dimana pembajakan film lazim ditemukan dan dilakukan oleh masyarakatnya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor pencegah tindak pembajakan film pada konsumen Muslim, mengingat Indonesia adalah negara mayoritas Islam terbesar di dunia, yang terdiri dari Perceived Risk, Perceived Benefits, Attitude Towards Digital Piracy, Facilitating Conditions, Habitual Digital Piracy Behavior, dan Intention to Stop Using Pirated Films. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 166 orang yang beragama Muslim kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Risk, Attitude Towards Digital Piracy, serta Facilitating Conditions dapat menjadi pencegah tindak pembajakan film. Attitude Towards Digital Piracy juga ditemukan memoderasi hubungan antara Facilitating Conditions dan Habitual Digital Piracy Behavior.

Movie piracy has become a global phenomenon that affects the overall movie industry. Globally, damaged caused by piracy is not small, financially. Indonesia is also affected by this phenomenon, where piracy is common in the country.
This research is aimed to understand factors that deter films piracy in Muslim consumers, considering Indonesia is the biggest Muslim majority country in the world, that consist of Perceived Risk, Perceived Benefits, Attitude Towards Digital Piracy, Facilitating Conditions, Habitual Digital Piracy Behavior, and Intention to Stop Using Pirated Films. This research uses 166 samples, then analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling PLS SEM method with SmartPLS software.
The results of this research shows that Perceived Risk, Attitude Towards Digital Piracy, and Facilitating Conditions can be deterrence against films piracy. On top of that, Attitude Towards Digital Piracy is also found to moderate relationship between Facilitating Conditions and Habitual Digital Piracy Behavior.

"Berkembangnya teknologi yang dapat digenggam ditangan masyarakat membuat banyak keuntungan dan kerugian. Salah satu keuntungannya adalah semakin mudahnya mendapatkan barang yang diinginkan oleh konsumen. Akan tetapi, hal tersebut juga berlaku kepada barang-barang yang seharusnya dibeli secara legal, bisa didapatkan secara ilegal melalui pengunduhan melalui sumber yang tidak dibawah ranah hukum, khususnya musik. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat untuk melakukan pembajakan musik dalam kalangan masyarakat yang beragama Islam. Peneliti menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap niat untuk melakukan pembajakan musik. Religiusitas tidak ditemukan untuk mempengaruhi niat untuk tidak membajak. Akan tetapi, Obligasi Moral, Tekanan Normatif, Willingness to Pay, Tekanan Meniru, dan sikap berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap niat untuk tidak membajak. Penelitian ini mempunyai implikasi untuk pemerintah yang ingin mengurangi pembajakan media digital di Indonesia khususnya musik serta industri media digital.

The advancement of technology that can be held by the hands of all classes of people can make some benefits and drawbacks. One of the benefits is the ease of procurement of goods. Although, it is also applicable to goods that should have been bought legally, where can be procured illegaly through ilegal downloading, especially music. This paper aims to analyze the effects of the factors that can affect intention to pirate music in the moslem population. The researcher uses SEM PLS as his method to analyze the effects to no pirate music. The study has found that religiosity has no effect to intention, but Moral Obligation, Normative Pressure, Willingness to pay, Mimetic Pressure, and Attitude significantly affects intention to not pirate. This research has implications to governments who wanted to reduce digital piracy especially in Indonesia also Digital media industry, both Halal and the industry as a large."

"Tujuan dibuatnya skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik website terhadap sikap konsumen pada website online shop dengan dua moderasi, yaitu keterlibatan produk dan pengalaman belanja online. Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan stimuli website online shop yang menjual buku, yaitu www.bukabuku.com. Penelitian ini diolah dengan software SPSS 18.0, menggunakan teknik Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa dua dari faktor karakteristik website berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap konsumen pada website online shop, yaitu kepercayaan dan dukungan konsumen. Sedangkan untuk keterlibatan produk tidak memoderasi faktor karakteristik website terhadap sikap konsumen pada website online shop. Dan yang terakhir, pengalaman belanja online juga tidak memoderasi faktor karakteristik website terhadap sikap konsumen pada website online shop.

The objective of this thesis is to investigate the influence of website characteristics on consumer attitudes to online shop website with two moderation, namely the involvement of products and online shopping experience. In addition, this research was conducted with stimuli website online shop that sells books, namely www.bukabuku.com. This research was processed with SPSS 18.0 software, using multiple linear regression techniques. Data processing results show that two of the characteristics website positive effect on consumer attitudes to online shop website. They are trust and customer support. In addition, the product involvement does not moderate the website characteristic toward consumer attitudes to online shop website. And lastly, the online shopping experience also does not moderate the website characteristic toward consumer attitudes to online shop website. "

"Penelitian ini membahas salah satu perilaku terpopuler selama pandemi, yaitu streaming movie. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mendorong muslim untuk berlangganan movie streaming berbayar sebagai tindakan yang beretika dan sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Faktor yang memengaruhi intensi meliputi involvement, religious teaching, attitude toward movie streaming services, subjective norms, moral judgement, dan facilitating conditions. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 253 responden. Metode PLS-SEM digunakan untuk analisis. Hasilnya menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan dari involvement, religious teaching, attitude toward movie streaming services, dan subjective norms. Analisis lebih lanjut dilakukan dengan melakukan multigroup analysis antara intensi kelompok yang sedang berlangganan dan tidak berlangganan.

This study discusses about one of the most popular behaviors during a pandemic, namely streaming movies. The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors that influence Muslims to subscribe on movie streaming services as an ethical action and in line with Islamic values. Factors that influence intention include involvement, religious teaching, attitude toward movie streaming services, subjective norms, moral judgment, and facilitating conditions. The study was conducted on 253 respondents. PLS-SEM method was used for analysis. The results show a significant positive influence from involvement, religious teaching, attitude toward movie streaming services, and subjective norms. Further analysis was carried out by creating a multigroup analysis between the intentions of the groups who were being subscribed and not subscribing.

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor determinasi environmental attitude, peran moderasi skepticism, dan pengaruhnya terhadap green repurchasing behavior dalam studi kasus konsumen muda produk Love Beauty & Planet. Environmental attitude memiliki tiga anteseden, yaitu interpersonal influence, green perceived value, dan environmental knowledge. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif konklusif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei, yang didistribusikan melalui internet menggunakan Google Form melalui sosial media. Jumlah sampel yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling terdiri dari 118 orang yang dianggap valid, yaitu pernah membeli produk Love Beauty & Planet, tergabung dalam komunitas pemerhati lingkungan, serta berwawasan keberlanjutan. Covariance based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan LISREL 10.2.  Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa variabel interpersonal influence, green perceived value, dan environmental knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap environmental attitude. Kemudian, variabel moderasi skepticism signifikan secara negatif mempengaruhi hubungan antara environmental attitude dengan green repurchasing behavior.

The aim of this research is to analyze the determining factors of environmental attitude, the moderating role of skepticism, and the influences on green repurchasing behavior in a case study of young consumers of Love Beauty & Planet products. Environmental attitude has three antecedents, namely interpersonal influence, green perceived value, and environmental knowledge. This research is conclusive descriptive in nature. The data collection method uses surveys, which are distributed via the internet using Google Forms via social media. The number of samples taken using the purposive sampling method consisted of 118 people who were considered valid, who had purchased Love Beauty & Planet products, were members of an environmental observer community, and had a sustainability perspective. Covariance based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) was used to analyze data with LISREL 10.2. The study results show that the variables interpersonal influence, green perceived value, and environmental knowledge have a significant effect on environmental attitude. Then, the moderating variable skepticism significantly negatively influences the relationship between environmental attitude and green repurchasing behavior."

"Perilaku keuangan mengharuskan milenial memiliki pengetahuan keuangan agar bisa mengevaluasi kemampuan yang dimiliki untuk kemudian diterapkan dalam kehidupan masing-masing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial attitude, financial self efficacy, dan financial planning activity terhadap financial management behavior pada generasi milenial muslim. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu generasi milenial yang saat ini berusia 26-41 tahun dan diperoleh sebanyak 202 responden melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan diberbagai media sosial secara online. Pengolahan data primer menggunakan metode Covariance-based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM) dengan software SPSS LISREL 8.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial attitude, financial self efficacy, dan financial planning activity berpengaruh positif terhadap financial management behavior. Kemudian religiosity tidak memberikan pengaruh moderasi yang signifikan pada hubungan antara financial attitude dengan financial management behavior maupun hubungan antara financial planning activity dengan financial management behavior. Namun, religiosity didapati memberikan pengaruh moderasi yang signifikan negatif pada hubungan antara financial self efficacy dengan financial management behavior.

Financial behavior requires millennials to have financial knowledge to better evaluate their abilities in order to be applied in their lives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial attitude, financial self-efficacy, and financial planning activity on financial management behavior in the muslim millennial generation. This study uses millennial generation who are currently 26-41 years old as a sample and had obtained as many as 202 respondents through questionnaires shared on various online social media. Primary data processing is done using the Covariance-based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) method with SPSS LISREL 8.8 software. The results showed that financial attitude, financial self efficacy, and financial planning activity had a positive effect on financial management behavior. Then religiosity does not have a significant moderation effect on relationship between financial attitude and financial management behavior nor the relationship between financial planning activity and financial management behavior. However, religiosity have a significant negative moderating effect on the relationship between financial self-efficacy and financial management behavior."

"ABSTRAK
Perluasan Theory of Planned Behavior TPB digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui intensi individu dalam mendonasikan uang. Responden berjumlah 232 orang telah mengisi kuesioner dengan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis regresi linear berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma deksriptif, norma moral, perceived behavioral control, dan pengalaman masa lalu Selain itu, keyakinan agama dijadikan sebagai variabel moderasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya norma deskriptif, norma moral dan perceived behavioral control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi perilaku berdonasi dan keyakinan agama berperan dalam memoderasi seluruh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini.

ABSTRACT
An extended Theory of Planned Behavior TPB was used to predict individual rsquo s intention on donating money. Respondents n 232 completed an online questionnaire using convenience sampling. Multiple regression analyses used in order to test the influence of attitude, descriptive norm, moral norm, perceived behavioral control, and past behavior. Furthermore, religious beliefs is integrated as a moderating variable. This study shows only descriptive norm, moral norm and perceived behavioral control that significantly influencing behavioral intention to donate on an individual. Meanwhile, religious beliefs has role on moderating all independent variables on this study."

"Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi sikap wanita muslim terhadap intensi membeli produk kosmetik halal di Indonesia dengan studi kasus pada merek wardah yang menggunakan celebrity endorser yang berhijab (Dewi Sandra) dan tidak berhijab (Raline Shah). Pendekatan yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner menggunakan metode single cross-sectional dengan sampel sebesar 324 responden yang merupakan wanita beragama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini baik pada endorser berhijab (Dewi Sandra) dan tidak berhijab (Raline Shah) ditemukan signifikansi pada seluruh variabel penelitian yang terdiri dari kredibilitas, pengetahuan, religiusitas, serta sikap, yang memengaruhi intensi atau keinginan membeli dari konsumen terhadap produk kosmetik halal Wardah. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan faktor yang memengaruhi intensi konsumen wanita muslim untuk membeli produk kosmetik halal antara kelompok yang memiliki preferensi celebrity endorser berhijab Dewi Sandra dengan kelompok yang memiliki preferensi celebrity endorser tidak berhijab Raline Shah.

This research tends to analyze some factors that affect the attitude of muslim women towards the intention to buy halal cosmetic products in Indonesia by the case of the Wardah brand that uses celebrity endorser who wears the hijab (Dewi Sandra) and celebrity endorsers who were not wearing hijab (Raline Shah). The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a questionnaire method using a single cross-sectional method with a sample of 324 respondents who are Muslim women. This research uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Method (PLS- SEM) for the analysis. The result of this research is the finding of significance in both cases (celebrity endorser who wears the hijab, Dewi Sandra, and celebrity endorser who does not wear the hijab, Raline Shah) in all research variables which broadly consist of credibility, knowledge, religiosity, and attitude, all of which affect the intention or desire to buy from consumers towards Wardah halal cosmetic products. Furthermore, the findings of this research also show that there are some different factors that affect the purchase intention of Muslim women to buy halal cosmetic products between the group with the preference of wearing hijab celebrity endorser (Dewi Sandra) and the group with the preference of non-wearing hijab celebrity endorser (Raline Shah)."

"Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong peritel untuk beralih dari saluran ritel berupa gerai fisik menjadi gerai online. Namun demikian, core retail competencies tetap sama dan sebuah survei oleh Oxford Institude of Retail menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peritel masih menganggap gerai fisik sebagai saluran ritel terpenting. Ketika penelitian yang berkaitan dengan sikap dan intensi pembelian konsumen ritel sangat penting untuk memastikan profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan peritel ritel, di Indonesia, penelitian dengan topik ini masih sangat langka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh 1 self-congruity, retailer awareness, retailer association, dan retailer perceived quality terhadap sikap konsumen terhadap peritel dan 2 sikap konsumen terhadap peritel terhadap intensi pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan di Indonesia, tepatnya di wilayah Jabodetabek, kepada 211 responden. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa self-congruity, retailer awareness, dan retailer association memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap sikap konsumen terhadap peritel. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sikap konsumen terhadap peritel secara positif mempengaruhi intensi pembelian mereka. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti merekomendasikan kepada peritel, terutama department store, untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang bertujuan menciptakan imej yang sesuai dengan imej diri konsumen self-congruity , meningkatkan kesadaran konsumen awareness , dan menawarkan atribut dan karakteristik retailer association yang digemari konsumen.

Research related to retail consumers attitude and purchase intention is imperative to ensure retailers profitability and sustainable growth. In Indonesia, however, it remains a rare research subject. This study aims to determine the impact of 1 self congruity, retailer awareness, retailer association, and retailers perceived quality on consumers attitudes toward retailers and 2 consumers attitudes toward retailers on their purchase intention. The study was conducted in Indonesia, precisely in Jabodetabek area, to 211 respondents. The results show that self congruity, retailer awareness, and retailer association have significant positive impacts on consumers attitudes toward retailer. The results also indicated that consumers attitude toward retailers positively influences purchase intentions. Based on these results, researcher recommend retailers, especially department stores, to develop marketing strategies aimed at creating images that are congruent or in line with consumers self image self congruity , enhancing consumer awareness, and offering attributes and characteristics retailer association favored by consumers."

"Layanan Online Food Delivery (OFD) merupakan metode yang populer di Indonesia untuk memesan makanan dan minuman dibandingkan metode lainnya seperti melalui telepon, aplikasi mobile restoran, dan website restoran. Transaksi layanan OFD di Indonesia berkembang dengan pesat dan semakin populer dibandingkan sebelum pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktural antar variabel yang meliputi hedonic motivation, time saving orientation, price saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, information fit-to-task, visual appeal, convenience motivation, post-usage usefulness, attitude, dan repurchase intention pada layanan OFD di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengacu pada theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model, dan adopsi parsial dari extended information technology continuance model. Penelitian ini pun dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan OFD sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dari 207 pengguna layanan Go-Food atau GrabFood dan diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pada perangkat lunak LISREL 8.54. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa delapan dari enam belas hipotesis yang diajukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Price saving orientation, time saving orientation, dan prior online purchase experience secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap convenience motivation. Time saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, dan convenience motivation secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap post-usage usefulness. Post-usage usefulness secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude dan repurchase intention konsumen pada layanan OFD. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah pandemi COVID-19 berakhir, 28.50% responden akan meningkatkan frekuensi pembelian makanan dan minuman melalui layanan OFD, 29.47% responden akan mengurangi, dan sisanya dengan frekuensi yang tetap

Online Food Delivery (OFD) services in Indonesia is the most popular way to order food and beverage (F&B) compared to other methods such as telephone, restaurant mobile application, and restaurant website. OFD services transaction in Indonesia is growing rapidly and become more popular compared to before COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to examine structural relationship between hedonic motivation, time saving orientation, price saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, information fit-to-task, visual appeal, convenience motivation, post-usage usefulness, attitude, and repurchase intention towards OFD services in Indonesia. This study based on theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model, and partial adoption of extended information technology continuance model. This study also examines consumers change of behavior in using OFD services before and during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. 207 questionnaires were collected from Go-Food or GrabFood user to empirically test the research model using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on LISREL 8.54. The results imply that eight from sixteen proposed hypotheses were supported. Price saving orientation, time saving orientation, and prior online purchase experience have a significant positive influence towards convenience motivation. Time saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, and convenience motivation have a significant positive influence towards post-usage usefulness. Post-usage usefulness has a significant positive influence towards attitude and repurchase intention on using OFD services. This study also found that after pandemic COVID-19 ends, 28.50% of the respondents will increase the frequency of purchasing F&B through OFD services, 29.47% will reduce, and the rest will remain same"
