"Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cukup pesat dan berdampak pada peningkatan kebutuhan masyarakat akan produk-produk peralatan elektronik home appliances. Namun, penggunaan produk-produk home appliance ini juga berdampak pada lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, produsen, regulator, dan marketers membutuhkan pemahaman untuk bagaimana konsumen yang sadar lingkungan di Indonesia dalam melakukan pembelian.
Studi ini dimaksudkan untuk mengembangkan kerangka kerja dari extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) untuk mengeksplorasi parameter-parameter independen seperti eco-innovation, green product, environmental concern, environmental knowledge, green perceived value, green perceived risk beserta parameter mediasi greent trust dan consumer attitude yang mempengaruhi green purchase intentions dari konsumen untuk membeli produk elektronik home appliances di Indonesia.
Penelitian menggunakan studi empiris dengan metode kuantitatif melalui survei kuesioner kepada 280 responden untuk memverifikasi hipotesis dan mengeksplorasi implikasi pada implikasi praktisnya pada perusahaan. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) diterapkan untuk memverifikasi kerangka penelitian.
Beberapa kesimpulan penting yang didapat diantaranya bahwa beberapa variabel, seperti environmental concern, eco-innovation, dan green perceived value, memiliki hipotesis yang berbeda dari asumsi awal yang didapat pada referensi penelitian sebelumnya. Selain itu, attitude sebagai variabel mediasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan daripada green trust terhadap purchase intentions dari green home appliances.

Indonesia is experiencing significant economic growth, increasing consumer demand for home appliances but it has impact to the environment. Thus manufacturers, regulators, and marketers need a valuable insight into in understanding how to effectively target environmentally conscious consumers in Indonesia.
This study aims to establish a comprehensive framework utilizing the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to assess the determinants influencing Indonesian consumers' purchase intentions toward environmentally friendly home appliance products in Indonesia. The research analyzes the impact of eco-innovation, green products, environmental concerns, knowledge, and perceived value and risks associated with green products.
This study adopts an empirical research design and gathers data using a quantitative methodology via survey questionnaires from 280 respondents. The robustness of the research is further enhanced by the use of structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to validate the proposed research framework and test various hypotheses concerning the relationships between the identified factors and green purchase intentions.
This section will summarize the key results of the research, such as the most significant determinants of purchase intentions and the strength of the mediating effects between green trust and consumer attitude. This indicates that several variables, such as environmental concern, eco-innovation, and green perceived value, have contrasting results from preliminary assumptions based on references. Also, attitude is important as a mediating variable rather than green trust to influence consumer purchase intentions towards green home appliance products.

"Peneliti sebelumnya telah menunjukkan bahwa green brand affect, green brand association, green brand attitude dapat mempengaruhi green purchase intention. Namun konstruk green brand trust memiliki peran penting dalam mengukur pengaruh dari konstruk-konstruk tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya dampak yang diberikan green brand trust pengaruh green brand affect, green brand association, green brand attitude terhadap green purchase intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dengan 252 responden warga negara Indonesia dari usia 16 sampai 60 tahun melalui survei daring. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tidaka adanya pengaruh langsung antara green brand trust terhadap green purchase intention. Namun green brand trust memiliki pengaruh sebagai mediasi antara green brand affect, green brand attitude terhadap green purchase intention.

Previous researchers have shown that green brand affect, green brand association, green brand attitude can affect green purchase intention. However, the green brand trust construct has an important role in measuring the effect of these constructs. This study aims to prove the impact given by green brand trust, the influence of green brand affect, green brand association, green brand attitude on green purchase intention. This research is a quantitative research using snowball sampling technique with 252 Indonesian citizen respondents from 16 years old to 60 years old through an online survey. The results of the study found that there was no direct influence between green brand trust and green purchase intention. However, green brand trust has an influence as a mediation between green brand affect, green brand attitude and green purchase intention."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, dan green trust pada green customer loyalty di pasar green cosmetics lokal Indonesia. Model pengukuran dibuat berdasarkan tanggapan valid dan reliabel dari kuesioner online pelanggan produk green cosmetics terkait green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, green trust, dan green customer loyalty menggunakan 6-poin Skala Likert dengan bantuan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green product memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image dan green satisfaction. Green price memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image, green satisfaction, dan green customer loyalty. Green place memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image, green satisfaction, dan green trust. Green promotion memiliki pengaruh positif pada seluruh dimensi green brand equity dimana green public relation menunjukkan peran besar dalam penentuan hubungan antar keduanya. Green image memiliki pengaruh positif pada green satisfaction dan green trust. Green satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif pada green trust dan green customer loyalty. Green trust memiliki pengaruh positif pada green customer loyalty.

This study aims to examine the impact of green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, and green trust on green customer loyalty in Indonesia’s local green cosmetics market. A measurement model created based on valid and reliable responses from online questionnaire from sustainable cosmetics product’s customer for green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, green trust, and green customer loyalty using 6-point Likert Scale with the help of PLS-SEM. The results of this study indicate that green product has a positive effect on green image and green satisfaction. Green price has a positive influence on green image, green satisfaction, and green customer loyalty. Green place has a positive influence on green image, green satisfaction, and green trust. Green promotion has a positive influence on all dimensions of green brand equity where the green public relations show a large role in determining the relationship between the two. Green image has a positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust. Green satisfaction has a positive effect on green trust and green customer loyalty. Green trust has a positive influence on green customer loyalty."

"Masyarakat di Indonesia secara umum masih bergantung pada kendaraan yang menggunakan bahan bakar fosil yang dimana menjadi penyumbang polusi terhadap lingkungan. Sehingga kebijakan pemasaran melalui green marketing harus tercermin dalam pengembangan produk, pengemasan, dan promosi yang berorientasi pada pelestarian alam untuk munculkan green purchase intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa implementasi green marketing, green brand knowledge, dan attitude towards green product pada mobil listrik Hyundai untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap green purchase intention sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, berjenis eksplanatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 105 responden yang merupakan pengguna kendaraan mobil berbahan bakar minyak bumi di Jabodetabek menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yakni purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara green marketing, green brand knowledge, dan attitude towards green product pada green purchase intention mobil listrik Hyundai

General public in Indonesia still depend on vehicles that use fossil fuels which are contributors to environmental pollution. Marketing policies through green marketing must be reflected in product development, packaging, and promotions that are oriented towards nature conservation to create green purchase intentions. This study aims to analyse the implementation of green marketing, green brand knowledge, and attitude towards green products on Hyundai electric cars to see its effect on green purchase intention as the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, explanatory, by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who are users of petroleum-fired cars in Jabodetabek using a purposive non-probability sampling technique. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence between green marketing, green brand knowledge, and attitude towards green products on the green purchase intention of Hyundai electric cars."

"Isu-isu lingkungan mulai meningkat terutama mengenai isu pemanasan global di mana semakin hari bumi semakin terancam akibat dari pemborosan energi yang dilakukan manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Philips merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang elektronik mulai fokus dengan adanya isu pemanasan global ini dan memproduksi produk yang lebih ramah lingkungan dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi peningkatan dari pemanasan global. Produk tersebut adalah lampu hemat energi LED dari Philips yang dipasarkan dengan strategi green marketing. Penelitian ini akan mengukur pengaruh dari green marketing awareness dan perceived innovation pada purchase intention dengan mempertimbangkan mediasi perceived quality, perceived price, perceived risk, dan perceived value pada masyarakat di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 150 responden yang diperoleh secara online. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh dari green marketing awareness dan perceived innovation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention.

Environmental issues are starting to increase, especially regarding the issue of global warming where the earth is increasingly being threatened as a result of wasting energy by humans in their daily lives. Philips is a company engaged in electronics starting to focus on the issue of global warming and producing products that are more environmentally friendly with the aim of reducing the increase in global warming. This product is an energy saving LED lamp from Philips which is marketed with a green marketing strategy. This study will measure the effects of green marketing awareness and perceived innovation on purchase intention by considering the mediation of perceived quality, perceived price, perceived risk, and perceived value in the community in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique on 150 respondents obtained online. The results of this study indicate that the influence of green marketing awareness and perceived innovation has a significant effect on purchase intention."

"[Kerusakan pada lingkungan memancing kekhawatiran dunia dan menjadi titik tolak munculnya green consumerism yang dimulai dengan kesadaran konsumen akan hak-haknya untuk memperoleh produk yang layak, aman, dan ramah lingkungan. Hal tersebut memicu perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi terhadap produk yang dihasilkannya dan melakukan pemasaran terhadap produk tersebut dengan menggunakan strategi green marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari green marketing dan perceived innovation terhadap intensi membeli green product dengan mengangkat lampu LED Panasonic. Dengan adanya perceived factors sebagai variabel mediator antara green marketing dan perceived innovation terhadap intensi membeli, yaitu perceived quality, perceived price, perceived risk, dan perceived value, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perceived innovation memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap perceived risk dan perceived risk secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi membeli green product. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan green marketing awareness memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap perceived quality, sedangkan perceived innovation memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perceived quality.

"Dampak negatif penggunaan plastik pada industri beauty and personal care (BPC) telah menjadi perhatian publik. Masyarakat mulai mencari alternatif yang ramah lingkungan untuk produk perawatan kulit mereka. Kecenderungan untuk memilih produk yang ramah di kalangan konsumen mendorong munculnya produk green skincare. Banyak perusahaan yang mulai memproduksi green skincare dan memasarkannya dengan iklan ramah lingkungan (green advertisement). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh green advertisement terhadap green trust konsumen dewasa muda pada produk green skincare. Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan desain randomized between-subjects two-group posttest only terhadap 335 partisipan WNI berusia 18—25 tahun. Peneliti memberikan perlakuan berupa dua stimulus poster green advertisement. Green trust konsumen diukur menggunakan alat ukur yang dikembangkan oleh Chen (2010). Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode Independent Sample T-Test untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perlakuan yang diberikan pada kelompok 1 (M = 26.07, SD = 2.085) berupa poster green advertisement dengan klaim ramah lingkungan terhadap green trust partisipan dibandingkan kelompok 2 (M= 14.95, SD = 7.335), t(333) = 18.799, p < 0.05 yang diberikan perlakuan berupa poster green advertisement dengan klaim ramah lingkungan yang menyesatkan (greenwashing). Perbedaan skor variabel antara kedua kelompok tergolong cukup tinggi dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa partisipan mampu mengenali poster green advertisement yang memiliki klaim ramah lingkungan sebenarnya serta menunjukkan kepercayaan ramah lingkungan yang rendah pada poster green advertisement yang memiliki klaim ramah lingkungan menyesatkan (greenwashing).

The negative impact of plastic use on the beauty and personal care (BPC) industry has become a public concern. People are starting to look for eco-friendly alternatives for their skincare products. The tendency to choose products that are friendly among consumers encourages the emergence of green skincare products. Many companies have started producing green skincare and marketing it with green advertisements. This study aims to see the effect of green advertisement on the green trust of young adult consumers in green skincare products. The study was conducted experimentally with a randomized between-subjects two-group posttest design only on 335 Indonesian citizen participants aged 18—25 years. The researcher gave treatment in the form of two stimulus green advertisement posters. Consumer green trust is measured using a measuring instrument developed by Chen (2010). The collected data were analyzed using the Independent Sample T-Test method to test the hypothesis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the treatment given to group 1 (M = 26.07, SD = 2.085) in the form of green advertisement posters with environmentally friendly claims on participant green trust compared to group 2 (M = 14.95, SD = 7.335), t (333) = 18,799, p <0.05 which was given treatment in the form of green advertisement posters with misleading greenwashing claims. The difference in variable scores between the two groups was quite high and it can be concluded that participants were able to recognize green advertisement posters that had actual environmentally friendly claims and showed low green trust on green advertisement posters that had misleading environmentally friendly claims (greenwashing)."

"Pemasaran hijau merupakan strategi pemasaran dengan pendekatan ramah lingkungan terhadap segala aspek kegiatan bisnis. Pertumbuhan eksponensial strategi pemasaran ini didasari oleh perubahan perilaku konsumsi masyarakat yang beralih untuk menonsumsi produk ramah lingkungan. Sejauh Mata Memandang merupakan bisnis fesyen lokal yang telah menerapkan konsep pemasaran ini sejak pertama berdiri. Proses produksi dan kegiatan bisnis mereka secara keseluruhan membawa agenda pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah strategi green marketing dapat berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian konsumen. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, survei disebarkan kepada 153 responden yang mengetahui pemasaran hijau Sejauh Mata Memandang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pemasaran hijau oleh Sejauh Mata Memandang terbukti berpengaruh secara positif terhadap niat pembelian konsumen.

Green marketing is a marketing strategy with an environmentally friendly approach to all aspects of business activities. The exponential growth of this marketing strategy is based on shift on people’s consumption behaviour who choose to consume environmentally friendly products. Sejauh Mata Memandang is a local fashion business that has implemented this marketing concept since its establishment. Their production processes and business activities as a whole carry an environmental preservation agenda. This study was conducted to determine whether the green marketing strategy can affect consumer purchase intentions. Using a quantitative approach, the survey was distributed to 153 respondents who know green marketing by Sejauh Mata Memandang. The result of the study indicates that the application of green marketing by Sejauh Mata Memandang is proven to have a positive effect on consumers' purchase intentions."

"ABSTRAK
Riset ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari strategi ramah lingkungan
terhadap niat pembelian dan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut dengan studi kasus
IKEA Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel-variabel seperti:
pemasaran ramah lingkungan, tanggung jawab sosial, citra produk, reputasi
perusahaan, niat pembelian, dan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut. Data yang
diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling
dengan menggunakan sampel consumer yang pernah berkunjung dan membeli
produk IKEA. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa pemasaran ramah
lingkungan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap tanggung jawab sosial dan citra
produk. Tanggung jawab sosial memiliki dampak positif terhadap citra produk.
Citra produk mempunyai dampak positif terhadap reputasi perusahaan.
Pemasaran ramah lingkungan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap niat
pembelian dan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut dimediasi oleh citra produk. Hasil
temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat untuk penelitian berikutnya
dan untuk perusahaan IKEA Indonesia untuk menilai faktor-faktor yang dapat
mempengaruhi niat pembelian dan pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut ketika IKEA
sudah menjalankan bisnis ramah lingkungannya.

ABSTRACT
This research focus on observing the impact of Green Marketing on
Purchase Intention and WOM Intention in the case of IKEA Indonesia. This
study examines several variables; green marketing, social responsibility,
product image, corporate reputation, purchase intention, and WOM
intention. Convenience sampling is used with the samples of people who
have been to IKEA Indonesia and bought its products. This research shows
that green marketing has a positive impact on social responsibility and
product image. Social responsibility has a positive impact on product image.
Product image has a positive impact on corporate reputation. Green
marketing has a positive impact on purchase intention and WOM intention
mediated by product image. However, corporate reputation has a negative
impact on WOM intention and purchase intention. The result of this study
is beneficial for future research and IKEA Indonesia to evaluate factors that
might affect WOM intention and purchase intention when IKEA business
is transforming into green business."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh green marketing terhadap green purchase behavior pada konsumen Fore Coffee di Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat dimensi yang paling berpengaruh dari green marketing terhadap green purchase behavior. Dimensi-dimensi yang terdapat dalam green marketing adalah eco-brand, eco-label, dan environmental advertisement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Pada penelitian ini sampel yng diambil sebanyak 100 responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta, pernah membeli Fore Coffee, dan mengetahui Fore Coffee sebagai produk yang ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa green marketing mempunyai pengaruh terhadap green purchase behavior sebesar 58.1% dan 41,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Pada penelitian ini juga terlihat bahwa dimensi dari variabel green marketing yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap green purchase behavior adalah environmental advertisement.
