"Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengembangan saluran pemasaran dan upaya untuk meningkatkan exposure brand Kopi XYZ melalui digital marketing dengan intervensi program business coaching. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan serangkaian wawancara dan observasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis STP, Marketing Mix, BMC, SWOT, Porters Five Forces, Analisis Gap dan Pareto. Tujuan analisis adalah untuk menemukan permasalahan dengan tingkat urgensi tertinggi, terutama dalam bidang marketing. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan dua permasalan utama dari sisi marketing yang dihadapi oleh UMKM yaitu 1) kurangnya optimalisasi saluran pemasaran digital, dan) rendahnya exposure brand Kopi XYZ. Melalui program business coaching diharapkan dapat membantu Kopi XYZ dalam meningkatkan performanya dengan menggunakan digital marketing.

This study is about digital marketing channel, and brand exposure, with business coaching intervention. A series of structured interviews were conducted with the owner of Kopi XYZ in Jakarta.The data is collected by using interviews and observation method then analyzed using STP, Marketing Mix, BMC, SWOT, Porters Five Forces, Gap Analysis and Pareto Analysis. The purpose of the analysis is to find out the most urgent problem to be solved, especially in marketing. The finding showed that there were two main problems faced by MSMEs that could be solved in order to improve MSMEs performance, which were: 1) lack of optimization of digital marketing channels, 2) low exposure given by Kopi XYZ to potential consumers. Through the business coaching program, it is hoped that it can help Kopi XYZ to improve its performance by using digital marketing."

Permintaan pakaian dalam khususnya pakaian dalam pria merupakan permintaan yang tidak tergantung musim. BeeMan adalah hasil produk yang dikeluarkan oleh CV. Sahabat Sentosa dimana UMKM ini bergerak dalam bidang industri dan perdagangan pakaian dalam untuk pria baik dewasa maupun anak-anak dengan target pasar kelas menengah ke bawah. Perusahaan ini sudah berdiri semejak tahun 2004. Permasalahan utama yaitu rendahnya Brand Awareness dari produk BeeMan di masyarakat. Pada kesempatan business coaching ini akan membahas bagaimana Marketing Channel dapat membantu peningkatan Awareness produk BeeMan dengan menitik beratkan perumusan konsep Affiliate Marketing. Underwear is a daily necessity for every individual whose demand is increasing along with the rate of growth and the level of welfare of the population. Sahabat Sentosa where UMKM are engaged in the industry and trade in underwear for men, both adults and children, with a target of the lower middle-class market. This company has been established since 2004. The main problem is the low brand awareness of BeeMan products in the community. On this business coaching opportunity, we will discuss how Marketing Channel can help increase awareness of BeeMan products by emphasizing the formulation of the concept of Affiliate Marketing. In this study also will be explained how digital marketing can help promote products and carry out recruitment of agents to do marketing with affiliate systems.

"Tugas Karya Akhir ini secara umum akan membahas mengenai sebuah bisnis UMKM merek Ayam Kane. Ayam Kane merupakan merek makanan beku tradisional Indonesia siap saji yang berada pada wilayah Bogor. Berdasarkan analisa penulis terhadap kondisi dan potensi Ayam Kane, maka program yang dipilih akan fokus pada pemasaran digital. Analisa dilakukan sendiri oleh penulis dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara pemilik Ayam Kane dan survei ke khalayak sasarannya. Rancangan kegiatan pemasaran digital Ayam Kane disusun dari latar belakang, analisa pasar dan produk terkait Ayam Kane, penetapan masalah komunikasi, penetapan strategi komunikasi, implementasi, hingga rencana evaluasi yang bertujuan untuk mengukur keberhasilan program pemasaran digital yang dilaksanakan. Program ini akan berjalan selama 6 bulan, dengan anggaran program yang dibutuhkan sebanyak Rp. 30,452,400. Program ini juga akan dikaitkan dengan teori dan konsep periklanan yang dapat mendukung berjalannya perencanaan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan."

"Kehadiran internet turut mengubah praktik masyarakat dalam berkomunikasi dan memperoleh informasi saat ini. Tidak hanya memberikan peluang untuk dapat berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan cara baru, media sosial juga secara bersamaan meminimalisir hambatan masuk dan meningkatkan persaingan dalam berbagai sektor industri, salah satunya adalah industri musik. Sebagai salah satu label rekaman di Korea Selatan, KOZ Entertainment menggunakan pemasaran viral sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasaran digital mereka agar dapat menjangkau dan meningkatkan kesadaran publik terkait lagu ‘Any Song’ yang dirilis oleh artis di bawah naungannya, Zico. Menggunakan metode analisis konten kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan pemasaran viral sebagai strategi pemasaran digital lagu ‘Any Song’ pada aplikasi short video sharing TikTok. Tiga kriteria pemasaran viral dari Kaplan dan Haenlein (2011) digunakan untuk melihat karakteristik yang mendukung penyebaran konten secara eksponensial pada platform tersebut. Hasil dari tulisan ini menemukan bagaimana jenis pesan, pengirim, dan lingkungan tepat dimana konten viral disebarluaskan berpengaruh pada pemasaran viral lagu ‘Any Song’. Peneliti juga melihat bagaimana karakteristik media sosial juga memiliki keterkaitan dengan bentuk konten yang disebarluaskan dan bentuk keterlibatan pengguna dalam menyebarluaskan pesan pemasaran

The emergence of the internet has helped change people's practices in communicating and obtaining information. Not only does it provide opportunities to communicate and interact in new ways, but social media also simultaneously minimizes entry barriers and increases competition in various industrial sectors, one of which is the music industry. As one of the record labels in South Korea, KOZ Entertainment used viral marketing as part of their digital marketing strategy to raise public awareness regarding the song "Any Song" released by the artist under its label, Zico. This study used the qualitative content analysis method to see how viral marketing is implemented as part of the digital marketing strategy for the song "Any Song" in the short video sharing application TikTok. Moreover, this paper used three viral marketing criteria from Kaplan and Haenlein (2011) to examine the characteristics that underpin the exponential spread of content on the platform. This paper's findings found how the type of message, sender, and the exact environment in which viral content is shared affects the viral marketing of the song 'Any Song'. This research also highlighted how social media characteristics are also related to the form of content disseminated and the form of user involvement in communicating marketing messages."

"Product placement or brand placement describes the integration of a product or a brand into a film, televised series, and other types of entertainment programming for promotional purposes. Product placement, as a variant of sponsorship, encompasses hybrid forms of promotion within mediated entertainment that share on main feature: the promotional intent is not made explicit but is ostensibly presented as a part of the dramatic entertainment. Little academic research to date has been conducted to study consumer attitude toward product placement in the form of webisode branded entertainment and their impact to advertisement attitude, brand image and purchase intention. Previous research regarding attitude towards product placement has shown that several antecedents were involved in shaping the brand attitude and purchase intention, including attitude towards the actor, attitude towards the character, attitude towards the movie, fit between the actor and brand, fit between character and brand and fit between movie and brand.
Tropicana Slim Stevia marketing strategy that integrates webisode as a form of branded entertainment and traditional advertisement create potential research for this topic. The research used survey method in this research to investigate the attitude antecedents that form brand attitude and purchase intention in an integrated marketing campaign that involves product placement (in form of webisode) and traditional advertising (in form of television advertisement). The research analyzed the primary data gathered using structural equation modeling (SEM) to investigate the relationships that may or may not happen from the proposed research model. The result of this research shows that attitude towards product placement has the highest influence on brand attitude, while attitude towards character has very high influence on attitude towards advertisement. There is also a positive relationship found between attitude towards webisode and television advertisement, proving the impact of webisode in shaping consumer advertisement attitude in a digital and traditional media convergence."

"Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh pemasaran digital dalam membentuk citra merek dan dampaknya terhadap niat beli pada konsumen XYZ Clinic Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara biaya, insentif, konten, kredibilitas desain situs dan interaktivitas terhadap niat pembelian dengan dimediasi oleh variabel citra merek.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan total 165 kuesioner yang diproses. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengguna Instagram yang merupakan pengikut akun Instagram XYZ Clinic Indonesia tetapi belum menggunakan layanan atau membeli produk. Ini dikumpulkan menggunakan non-probability sampling dan teknik purposive. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap citra merek dan interaktivitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap citra merek, tetapi hubungannya positif. Sementara itu biaya, konten dan kredibilitas desain situs secara positif mempengaruhi citra merek dan semua variabel pemasaran digital dan citra merek juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat pembelian di XYZ Clinic Indonesia.

This research discusses the influence of digital marketing in forming brand image and its impact on purchase intention on XYZ Clinic Indonesia`s consumers. This research aims to know whether there is a relationship between cost, incentive, content, credibility of site design and interactivity to purchase intention by being mediated by brand image variables.
This research applied quantitative approach with total 165 questionnaries were processed. The sample of this research are Instagram user who are the followers of XYZ Clinic Indonesia Instagram account but yet to use the services or purchase the products. It collected using nonprobability sampling and purposive technique. The research data was analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling.
The results showed that incentive does not have positive influence on brand image and interactivity have no signifficant effect on brand image, but the relationship is positive. Meanwhile cost, content and credibility of site design positively affect brand image and all digital marketing variables and brand image also have positive influence on purchase intention in XYZ Clinic Indonesia.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan media sosial pada UMKM menggunakan TOE Framework. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan para pengusaha atau pelaku UMKM di Indonesia yang aktif menggunakan media sosial untuk bisnisnya. Terdapat sebanyak 310 responden terkumpul yang menggunakan metode non-probability dan purposive sampling. Kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Method (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dampak media sosial pada UMKM dan membantu para UMKM memahami keuntungannya menggunakan media sosial. Technological context direpresentasikan oleh relative advantage, compatibility, cost-effectiveness, structural assurance, dan interactivity. Organizational context disini direpresentasikan oleh top management’s support dan entrepreneur orientation. Kemudian environmental context direpresentasikan oleh institutional pressure. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu organisasi memahami keuntungan dari penggunaan media sosial.

This study investigates the factors influencing social media usage towards micro and small enterprise using the TOE Framework. The TOE Framework respectfully stands for technological context, organizational context, and environmental context. The samples used in this study includes micro and small enterprise owners in Indonesia that actively uses social media for their business marketing purposes. This study uses Partial-Least- Squares-Structural-Equation-Modeling (PLS-SEM) for the path analysis of 310 responses from SME’s owners, executives, and managers using purposive sampling method. The technological context is represented by relative advantage, compatibility, cost-effectiveness, structural assurance, and interactivity. The organizational context is represented by top management’s support and entrepreneurial orientation. The environmental context is represented by institutional pressure. This study hopes to help organizations understand the benefits of social media usage and provides a justification for investments in social media by organizations."
