"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif antara authenticity perception dengan brand awareness, brand image dan perceived quality, serta bagaimana ketiga variabel tersebut mempengaruhi brand loyalty. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji dampak dari brand loyalty pada brand choice intention dari konsumen restoran khas Sunda. Data pada penelitian ini didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada responden yang mengunjungi restoran khas Sunda paling tidak sekali dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah metode non-probability sampling yaitu convinience sampling. Penelitian dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode penelitian dengan menggunakan single cross sectional design. Data yang didapat diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa authenticity perception berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness, brand image dan perceived quality. Brand image dan perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty sedangkan brand image tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty. Kemudian brand loyalty memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap brand choice intention konsumen.

This Study examines if authenticity perception had positively influenced brand awareness, brand image and perceived quality, as well as how these three variables will influence brand loyalty.This study also examines the impact of brand loyalty on brand choice intention for Sundanese restaurant. Questionnaires were distributed online to respondents who visited Sundanese restuarant at least once for the last three months. Sampling method used was non probability sampling specifically convenience sampling. Study were held one time in one period of time which single cross section design was used. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Findings indicate that authenticity perception is a critical determinant of brand equity and brand equity has a significant impact on brand choice intention. "

Lebih lanjut lagi, skripsi ini membahas pengaruh terhadap brand choice intention yang ditimbulkan oleh brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality dan brand loyalty. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian konklusif-deskriptif dan single-cross sectional. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa customers? authenticity perception berdampak signifikan pada komponen brand equity yang meliputi brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty, dan brand choice intention dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh brand loyalty. Pada penelitian ini juga terdapat implikasi manajerial serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

This study discusses the effect of customer authenticity perception and the components of brand equity to brand choice intention on local franchise of ethnic restaurants in Indonesia. Furthermore, this paper discusses the influence on brand choice intention posed by brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality and brand loyalty. This research uses descriptive conclusive research designs and single-cross sectional. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents who have experience of dining at ethnic restaurants which became the object of study in a minimum period of two months as many as 151 respondents drawn using a convenience sampling method. This study concluded that customers' perception authenticity has significant impact on brand equity components that include brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality, and brand loyalty, and brand choice intention significantly affected by brand loyalty. In this study, there is also a managerial implications and suggestions for further research."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap brand equity private label milik convenience store 7 Eleven yang berupa minuman berkarbonasi beku Slurpee. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe non-probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode waktu single cross-sectional . Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online dengan bantuan google docs, serta menggunakan metode store-intercept survey atau survei yang dilakukan ketika responden sedang berada di 7 Eleven. Responden dikatakan layak jika setidaknya pernah mengunjungi 7 Eleven dalam tiga bulan terakhir, serta pernah mengonsumsi atau membeli Slurpee. Pengisian kuesioner bersifat self-administered atau responden mengisi sendiri kuesioner yang dibagikan. Jumlah responden yang berhasil dihimpun sebanyak 208 responden. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, monetary promotions, dan distribusi 7 Eleven memberikan pengaruh pada brand equity produk private label, sementara itu variabel advertising activity, in-store promotions dan in-store communication tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap brand equity private label.

The purpose of this research is to analyze variables affecting on brand equity private label products of flavored frozen drink Slurpee, a product of convenience store 7 Eleven. The sampling method is non probability sampling specifically convenience sampling. The study was conducted with a single cross sectional. The questionnaire was distributed online using google docs, along with the store intercept survey method as well. The respondents should be visiting 7 eleven in the last three months and had been tasted or bought Slurpee in order to be categorized as appropriate. The research data is processed with Structural Equation Modeling SEM . This research was collected by 208 respondents. The results of the processing data reflect some of the elements of marketing mix price, monetary promotions, and wide distribution channel of 7 Eleven affect the brand equity of the private label product, meanwhile advertising activity, in store promotions, and in store communication do not affect brand equity of the private label products."

"Loyalitas konsumsi kopi dapat dilihat dari tingkat estimasi konsumsi di Indonesia yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Akan tetapi, tingkat produktivitas dari merek-merek Kopi Nasional mengalami penurunan, salah satunya yaitu merek Kopi Arabika Toraja, yang akan mempengaruhi atas nilai autentisitas dan citra merek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh customers authenticity perception terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand image pada Kopi Arabika Toraja. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa customers authenticity perception memiliki pengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap brand loyalty melalui mediator yaitu brand image. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh customers authenticity perception terhadap brand loyalty walaupun tidak sebesar jika diperantai oleh brand image.

The loyalty of coffee consumption can be seen from the enhancing of estimate consumption in Indonesia every year. However, the productivity from the national coffees brand got declined, including Kopi Arabika Toraja that will affect the customers authenticity perception and the brand image. This research is intended to determine the effect of customers authenticity perception towards brand loyalty through brand image of Kopi Arabika Toraja. With 100 samples collected by purposive sampling methods, this research shows that the result is, there is a positive and significant relation between customers authenticity perception towards brand loyalty through brand image. It also shows that customers authenticity perception has a direct effect to brand loyalty, but it is not as significance as when brand image is being the mediator of this relation."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh brand Bank Mandiri terhadap brand equity Bank Syariah Mandiri. Brand Bank Mandiri mempengaruhi lima variabel pembentuk brand equity Bank Syariah Mandiri yaitu brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyalty dan brand image. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan untuk analisis data menggunakan model binary logistic. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa brand Bank Mandiri mempengaruhi brand equity Bank Syariah Mandiri. Selanjutnya dalam penelitian ini menyarankan agar Bank Syariah Mandiri mengelola brand equity lebih baik lagi.

This thesis describes the impact of Bank Mandiri Brand on Bank Syariah Mandiri Brand Equity. Bank Mandiri Brand influences five variables forming the brand equity of Bank Syariah Mandiri, namely brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, brand loyality and brand image. This is a qualitative study with a descriptive design and for data analysis it adopts binary logistic model. The results of the study conclude that the brand of Bank Mandiri has impact on the brand equity of Bank Syariah Mandiri.This study further suggest that Bank Syariah Mandiri manage its brand equity in a better manner."

"Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh brand experience,brand satisfaction, brand trust terhadap brand loyalty pada Natasha Skin Clinic Cabang Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand satisfaction, brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand trust, brand satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty, brand trust berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty dan brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty.

This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with a non-probability sampling technique. "Tesis ini membahas mengenai perilaku brand switching konsumen dalam pembelian produk pelembab wajah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei (kuesioner) yang dilakukan terhadap konsumen pengguna produk pelembab wajah dan pernah melakukan perpindahan merek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu menggunakan snowball sampling. Metode analisis data adalah dengan menggunakan structural equation modeling dengan LISREL 8.70. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa influence primary berpengaruh positif terhadap self-concept. Self-concept berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian produk pelembab wajah. Brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian produk pelembab wajah. Ketidaksesuaian antara self-concept dan brand image dapat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan brand switching untuk produk pelembab wajah. Influence of primary dapat berpengaruh terhadap health concern. Health concern berpengaruh terhadap perceived quality. Perceived quality yang buruk berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya ketidakpuasan konsumen. dan unsatisfaction dapat berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk melakkukan brand switching.

The focus of the thesis is about analysis of brand switching behaviour of a consumers in purchasing face moisturizer product. The research is using survey method (questionnaire) conducted on users of consumers face moisturizer products and ever doing a brand switching. Nonprobability sampling is used as sampling technique which is snowball sampling. The data analysis method is used structural equation modeling with LISREL 8.70. The result of this research shows that influence of primary has a positive effect on self-concept. Self-concept has a positive effect on purchase decisions of consumers in the face moisturizer products. Brand image has a positive effect on purchase decisions of consumers in the face moisturizer products. The discrepancy between self-concept and brand image can influence the consumer's decision to do the brand switch of face moisturizer. Influence of primary has a positive effect on health concern. Health concern has a positive effect on perceived quality. The poor perceived quality can lead to consumer dissatisfaction that can result a brand switching behaviour. And unsatisfaction can affect the consumer?s decision to do a brand switch."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh Brand personality terhadap pembentukan trust, attachment, dan commitment pada salah satu produk minuman teh dalam kemasan, yaitu studi kasus konsumen Teh Botol Sosro. Dalam penelitian ini, pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan program LISREL 8.5.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand personality mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Trust, Attachment dan Commitment. Interpretasi, limitasi, dan implikasi manajerial akan didiskusikan lebih lanjut.

This research investigates the impact of brand personality on trust, attachment, dan commitment on one of the instant drinking tea product. The case study used is Teh Botol Sosro. In this research, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.5 program has been used to process the data.
The result shows that brand personality has a positive and significant effect on trust, attachment dan commitment. Interpretations, limitations, and managerial implications are discussed further.

"Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh persepsi kepribadian merek terhadap preferensi merek, sikap loyalitas merek, dan perilaku word-of-mouth pada restoran Pizza Hut. Penelitian ini melibatkan 210 responden yang meliputi wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan program Lisrel 8.51.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kepribadian merek pada Pizza Hut yang diukur melalui lima dimensi kepribadian merek, yakni sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication, dan ruggedness, memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap preferensi merek, sikap loyalitas merek, serta perilaku word-of-mouth.
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik persepsi konsumen terhadap kepribadian merek Pizza Hut, maka semakin konsumen memilih Pizza Hut sebagai merek pilihan mereka serta bersikap setia, dan pada akhirnya konsumen cenderung untuk merekomendasikan dan menyampaikan hal-hal yang positif tentang merek Pizza Hut.

This research is focused on the effects of brand personality perceptions toward brand preference, attitudinal brand loyalty, and word-of-mouth behavior at Pizza Hut restaurant. The study involved 210 respondents covering Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. Data processing in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL program 8.51.
The results of this study indicate that the perception of the brand personality at Pizza Hut as measured by the five dimensions of brand personality, that is sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication and ruggedness, has a positive influence on brand preference, attitudinal brand loyalty, and word-of-mouth behavior.
This study shows that the better the consumer perceptions of Pizza Hut brand personality, the more consumers choose Pizza Hut as their preferred brand and be loyal, and ultimately consumers tend to recommend and deliver positive information about Pizza Hut.
