"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dimensi nilai-nilai dasar manusia yang paling signifikan mempengaruhi intensitas mencari kerja pada pencari kerja Generasi Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Portrait Values Questionaire (PVQ-RR) (Schwartz dkk, 2012) dan alat ukur Job Search Behavior Scale (Blau, 1994) yang telah diadaptasi ke Bahasa Indonesia. Responden berjumlah 254 orang yang merupakan pencari kerja Generasi Y (berumur 17-36 tahun) dan sedang mencari pekerjaan dalam empat bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi self-enhancement dan openness to change pada nilai-nilai dasar manusia memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intensitas mencari kerja pada pencari kerja Generasi Y.

This research was conducted to find out which dimension of basic human values have the most significant influence on the job search intensity among job seekers on Generation Y. This research used an Indonesian adaptation of the Portrait Values Questionaire (PVQ-RR) (Schwartz et al., 2012) and Job Search Behavior Scale (Blau, 1994). The participants of this research are 254 Generation Y job seekers (aged 17-36) that have been looking for a job in the past 4 months. The results show that self- enhancement and openness to change are the basic human values dimension that has the most significant influence on the job search intensity among job seekers on Y Generation.

"Masalah pengangguran dan diberlakukannya pasar tenaga kerja MEA 1 Januari 2016 menuntut pencari kerja untuk menjadi lebih kompetitif dalam mencari kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Trait Kompetitif terhadap Intensitas Mencari Kerja pada pencari kerja Generasi Y melalui keempat dimensi Trait Kompetitif dari Newby dan Klein (2014): General Competitiveness, Dominant Competitiveness, Competitive Affectivity, dan Personal Enhancement Competitiveness. Sebanyak 254 partisipan yang merupakan pencari kerja mengisi kuesioner online Competitiveness Orientation Measure (2014) dan Job Search Behavior Scale (2004). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari dimensi Dominant Competitiveness terhadap dua fase dari Intensitas Mencari Kerja individu, yaitu Persiapan Mencari Kerja (R2 = 0,139, β = 0,372, p<0,05) dan Aktif mencari kerja (R2 = 0,067, β = 0,259, p<0,05). Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa pencari kerja Generasi Y di Indonesia dengan kecenderungan kompetitif yang tinggi karena keinginan untuk mendominasi orang lain mempengaruhi seberapa besar intensitas mencari kerja mereka.

The problem of unemployment and implementation of labor market MEA in January 1st 2016 requires job seekers to become more competitive in job search. This research was conducted to see the influence of trait competitiveness on job search intensity through four dimensions by Newby and Klein (2014): General Competitiveness, Dominant Competitiveness, Competitive Affectivity and Personal Enhancement Competitiveness. A total of 254 participants were seeking job filled out the online questionnaire of Competitiveness Orientation Measure (2014) dan Job Search Behavior Scale (2004). There was an influence from Dominant Competitiveness dimension on two phases of Job Search Intensity, Preparatory Job Search (R2 = 0,139, β = 0,372, p<0,05) and Active Job Search (R2 = 0,067, β = 0,259, p<0,05). This result indicates that Indonesian job seekers from Y Generation with high level tendencies of competitiveness caused by the desire to dominate other people influenced their level of intention to seek job.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aspek kepuasan kerja yang secara signifikan paling mempengaruhi intensitas mencari kerja pada karyawan pencari kerja Generasi Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 2001) yang telah diadaptasi ke Bahasa Indonesia untuk mengukur aspek-aspek kepuasan kerja dan alat ukur Job Search Behavior Scale (Blau, 1994) yang telah diadaptasi ke Bahasa Indonesia untuk mengukur intensitas mencari kerja. Responden berjumlah 94 orang yang merupakan karyawan Generasi Y (berumur 16-36 tahun) dan sedang mencari pekerjaan dalam empat bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan terhadap upah memiliki pengaruh negatif sedangkan kepuasan terhadap promosi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap intensitas mencari kerja pada karyawan pencari kerja Generasi Y.

This research was conducted to find out which aspect of job satisfaction have the most significant influence on the job search intensity of job seeking Generation Y employees. This research used an Indonesian adaptation of the Job Satisfaction Survey (Spector, 2001) to measure job satisfaction and an Indonesian adaptation of the Job Search Behavior Scale (Blau, 1994) to measure job search intensity. The participants of this research are 94 Generation Y employees (aged 16-36) that have been looking for a job in the past 4 months. The results show that pay satisfaction has a significant negative influence on job search intensity, and promotion satisfaction has a significant positive influence on job search intensity.

"Perubahan yang terjadi dalam dunia bisnis turut menjadi pemicu bagi organisasi untuk melakukan perubahan secara konstan dan terus menerus agar dapat mencapai sebuah kesuksesan. Efektivitas usaha perubahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan untuk berubah. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman mengenai faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesiapan untuk berubah merupakan hal yang penting bagi top management dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, keterlibatan kerja, stres kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 403 orang karyawan PT Bank Y yang minimal telah bekerja selama dua tahun. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik regresi berganda pada SPSS 13.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang bermakna dari kepuasan kerja, keterlibatan kerja, stres kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kesiapan untuk berubah.

Change in businesses can be a trigger for organization to perform constant and continuous change in order to reach success in business. The effectiveness of change effort is influenced by readiness for change. Based on this fact, understanding about factors that may influence readiness for change is essential for top management in company. This research intends to investigate the influence of job satisfaction, job involvement, occupational stress, and organizational commitment on readiness for change. This research is ex-post facto research and use questionnaire as tool for collecting data. Participants in this research are 403 employees of PT Bank Y who have worked for minimum two years in that company. Acquired data was analyzed using multiple regressions as statistic technique in SPSS 13.0. The results showed that readiness for change is significantly influenced by job satisfaction, job involvement, occupational stress, and organizational commitment."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari employer attractiveness terhadap intention to apply dengan menggunakan dimensi social value,market value, economic value, application value, cooperation value dan working environment. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah generasi Y yang minimal mempunyai gelar sarjana dari 10 perguruan tinggi terbaik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden yang dikumpulkan dengan metode non-probability sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS ver. 23 menggunakan metode Multiple Regression Analysis. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa employer attractiveness memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap intention to apply secara keseluruhan dan dimensi yang paling mempengaruhi adalah social value. Economic value, cooperation value, dan working environment juga punya pengaruh positif sedangkan market value dan application value tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan.

The purpose of this research is examining the influence of employer attractiveness toward intention to apply. Further employer attractiveness dimensions breakdown of social value, market value, economic value, application value, cooperation value and working environment was used. The object or respondents that were used in this research are generation Y individuals who minimum have an undergraduate degree from top 10 reputable universities in Indonesia. This research was performed with 200 respondents that collected through non probability sampling. Data collected in this research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the aid of SPSS ver. 23. The final result of this research found that employer attractiveness has positive influence to intention to apply as a whole and the most impactful dimension is social value. Economic value, cooperation value, and working environment also have a positive influence while market value and application value have insignificant influence.

"Pengendalian tingkat turnover secara efektif telah lama menjadi masalah yang krusial bagi perusahaan karena besarnya biaya yang ditimbulkan oleh turnover (Bergiel, Nguyen, Clenney & Taylor, 2009). Belakangan ini, beberapa survei menunjukkan bahwa tingkat turnover karyawan lulusan baru jauh lebih tinggi daripada karyawan lain. Karyawan lulusan baru tersebut juga dikenal sebagai Generasi Y (lahir tahun 1981-2000). Peneliti tertarik untuk membandingkan Job Embeddedness antara karyawan Generasi Y dengan Generasi X (lahir tahun 1965-1980). Terdapat 260 sampel yang merupakan karyawan pada penelitian ini (167 Generasi Y, 93 Generasi X). Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan diantara kedua generasi tersebut pada dimensi organizational-fit (p = 0.001), community-fit (p = 0.000), community-sacrifice (p = 0.000) dan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada dimensi organizational-sacrifice (p = 0.64).

The regulation of turnover effectively has long been a crucial problem for companies because of the enormous amount of cost caused by turnover (Bergiel, Nguyen, Clenney & Taylor, 2009). Lately, recent surveys show that the fresh-graduates workers’ level of turnover is higher compared to other workers. The fresh-graduates workers is also known as Generation Y (born of 1981-2000). The research aims to compare job embeddedness between Generation Y and Generation X (born of 1965-1980). This research uses 260 samples of workers (consist of 167 Generation Y and 93 Generation X). The data collection method used in this research is the usage of questionairre. The results shows there are significant differences between those two generations in the dimensions of organizational-fit (p = 0.001), community-fit (p = 0.000), community-sacrifice (p = 0.000) and there is no significant differences in the dimension of organizational-sacrifice (p = 0.64).

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara corporate image terhadap organizational attractiveness dengan mediasi employer image dan person-organization fit serta moderasi social identity consciousness. Penelitian ini merupakan riset kuantitatif yang menggunakan analisis structural equation modelling dan diuji melalui lisrel 8.8. Sebanyak 264 responden berhasil dikumpulkan dari mahasiswa tingkat akhir dan lulusan baru universitas. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pengaruh mediasi employer image saja lebih besar dibandingkan mediasi serial employer image dan person-organization fit pada pengaruh corporate image terhadap organizational attractiveness. Selain itu, pengaruh moderasi social identity consciousness belum ditemukan signifikan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah peneliti tidak membedakan latar belakang program studi responden yang dapat memengaruhi pandangan responden untuk bekerja di perusahaan bank digital. Dengan menggunakan hasil penelitian ini, manajemen dapat mengetahui bahwa penting untuk menciptakan image yang positif melalui kegiatan employer branding agar sukses menarik pelamar berbakat bagi perusahaan. Studi ini menggabungkan variabel person-organization fit pada model penelitian untuk melihat hubungannya terhadap organizational attractiveness.

This study aims to examine the relationship between corporate image and organizational attractiveness by mediating employer image and person-organization fit and moderating social identity consciousness as moderating variable. This is a quantitative research using structural equation model analysis and tested by Lisrel 8.8. A total of 264 respondents were collected from final year students and recent university graduates. The research findings reveal that the effect of mediated employer image is greater than that of serial mediation of employer image and person-organizational fit on the relationship between corporate image and organizational attractiveness. In addition, the moderating effect of social identity awareness has not been found to be significant. The limitation of this research is that the researcher does not distinguish the background of the respondents' study programs which can influence the respondents' views on working in digital banking companies. By using the results of this research, management can understand that it is important to create a positive image through employer branding activities in order to be successful in attracting talented applicants for the company. This study incorporates the person-organization fit variable in the research model to see its relationship with organizational attractiveness."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh self-esteem dan job search self-efficacy terhadap perilaku pencarian kerja pada sarjana baru. Sebanyak 346 responden mengisi kuesioner alat ukur self-esteem (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale), job search self-efficacy (Job Search Self-Efficacy-Behavior) dan perilaku pencarian kerja (Job Search Beharior Scale). Pada penelitian ini, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem (β = 0,194, p = 0,000) dan job search self-efficacy (β = 0,499; p = 0,000) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku pencarian kerja pada sarjana baru. Lebih lanjut diketahui bahwa variabel job search self-efficacy memiliki kontribusi varian yang unik pada perilaku pencarian kerja pada sarjana baru setelah mengontrol self-esteem.

ABSTRAK
The aim of this research is to examine the influence of self-esteem and job search self-efficacy on job search behaviors among higher education fresh graduates. A total of 346 respondents completed a survey on self-esteem (Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale), job search self-efficacy (Job Search Self-Efficacy-Behavior), and job search behaviors (Job Search Behavior Scale) variables. Results indicated that both self-esteem (β = 0,194, p = 0,000) and job search self-efficacy (β = 0,499; p = 0,000) positively influenced job search behaviors among fresh graduates. Furthermore, job search self-efficacy explained an incremental variance in job search behaviors above and beyond self-esteem. Theoretical and practical implications are further discussed."
