"Loyalitas dapat tumbuh didorong oleh keterikatan konsumen dengan sebuah brand yang diawali dari komitmen brand tersebut dalam menjaga keasliannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand authenticity terhadap brand attachment dan pengaruh brand attachment terhadap brand loyalty pada pengguna sepatu Vans di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand authenticity mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand attachment, serta brand attachment mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty.
Loyalty can grow driven by consumers' attachment to a brand that starts from the brand's commitment in maintaining its authenticity. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of brand authenticity on brand attachment and the effect of brand attachment on brand loyalty in Vans users in Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative research with survey to collect the data. The sample in this research amounted to 100 respondents by purposive sampling methods. The result of this research shows there is a positive and significant relation between brand authenticity towards brand attachment and also there is a positive and significant relation between brand attachment towards brand loyalty."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand experience, brand trust, dan perceived quality terhadap brand loyalty pada konsumen sepatu sepakbola. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang melibatkan responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif sepatu sepakbola di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 132 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty, yang juga dimediasi oleh brand trust. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengalaman konsumen dengan brand, baik secara fisik maupun emosional, dapat meningkatkan loyalitas brand, terutama jika didukung oleh tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi terhadap brand dan persepsi kualitas produk yang baik. Ditemukan pula bahwa brand loyalty terindikasi memiliki efek terhadap cross-category brand loyalty. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman bagaimana perusahaan dapat mengelola brand experience dan membangun kepercayaan konsumen untuk meningkatkan loyalitas brand dalam industri produk olahraga, khususnya sepatu sepakbola. Keterbatasan dari penelitian ini meliputi terbatasnya variasi usia responden dan lokasi geografis yang hanya mencakup Jabodetabek, sehingga hasilnya tidak dapat digeneralisasikan ke seluruh populasi konsumen di Indonesia. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk memperluas jangkauan sampel dan mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi brand loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the effect of brand experience, brand trust, and perceived quality on brand loyalty among football shoe consumers. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach, involving respondents who are active consumers of football shoes in the Jabodetabek area. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 132 respondents and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, which is mediated by brand trust and perceived quality. These findings suggest that consumer experience with the brand, both physically and emotionally, can enhance brand loyalty, especially when supported by high brand trust and good product quality perception. Moreover, This study also found indications that brand loyalty has a positive impact on cross-category brand loyalty. This research contributes to understanding how companies can manage brand experience and build consumer trust to increase brand loyalty in the sports product industry, particularly football shoes. The limitations of this study include limited age variation of respondents and geographical location restricted to Jabodetabek, making the results not generalizable to the entire population of consumers in Indonesia. Further research is suggested to expand the sample range and consider other variables that may affect brand loyalty."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Brand Community Experience terhadap Brand Community Commitment serta pengaruhnya terhadap Brand Trust dan Brand Loyalty pada komunitas merek sepatu lari di media sosial. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 328 responden dengan sampel yang digunakan adalah anggota aktif komunitas merek sepatu lari di media sosial yang berdomisili di Indonesia. Secara umum pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis penelitian ini adalah seluruh dimensi dari Brand Community Experience memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Community Commitment terutama Information Experience. Brand Community Commitment juga berpengaruh positif terhadap Brand Attitude. Brand Attitude juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Trust dan Brand Loyalty serta Brand Trust memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Brand Loyalty. Penelitian ini dapat membantu pengelola akun merek sepatu lari di media sosial untuk mengembangkan strategi yang tepat guna memaksimalkan pengalaman anggota dan meningkatkan komitmen mereka terhadap merek, dengan tujuan mendorong Brand Attitude yang positif, Brand Trust, dan Brand Loyalty terhadap merek, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan keuntungan bagi bisnis perusahaan.

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Community Experience on Brand Community Commitment and its impact on Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty within the running shoe brand community on social media. The study involved 328 respondents who were active members of the running shoe brand community on social media residing in Indonesia. The measurement was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the SmartPLS software. The results obtained from the analysis of this study indicate that all dimensions of Brand Community Experience have a positive influence on Brand Community Commitment, particularly the Information Experience. Brand Community Commitment also has a positive influence on Brand Attitude. Brand Attitude, in turn, has a positive influence on Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty. Additionally, Brand Trust has a positive influence on Brand Loyalty. This research can assist managers of running shoe brand accounts on social media in developing appropriate strategies to maximize members' experience and enhance their commitment to the brand, with the goal of fostering positive Brand Attitude, Brand Trust, and Brand Loyalty towards the brand, ultimately leading to increased profitability for the company."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand authenticity terhadap Brand trust serta peran Brand trust sebagai mediator dalam membangun Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty pada konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pemahaman bahwa brand authenticity memiliki peran penting dalam membangun hubungan yang kuat antara brand dengan konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan konsumen brand HMNS di Jabodetabek. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan mengedepankan kriteria usia minimal 18 tahun dan pengalaman konsumsi terhadap brand HMNS. Total sampel yang terkumpul adalah 149 responden. Hipotesis di uji dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand authenticity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Brand trust. Kemudian, Brand trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Affect dan Brand loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to cognize the influence of brand authenticity on Brand trust and the mediating role of Brand trust in building brand affect and brand loyalty among HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. This study is based on the understanding that brand authenticity plays a crucial role in establishing a strong relationship between the brand and consumers. A survey method was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to HMNS brand consumers in Jabodetabek. The sampling was conducted purposively, with a minimum age requirement of 18 years and experience in consuming the HMNS brand. A total of 149 respondents participated in the study. The hypotheses were tested using Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of the study indicate that brand authenticity has a significant influence on brand trust. Additionally, brand trust significantly affects both brand affect and brand loyalty. Furthermore, brand authenticity indirectly affects loyalty through brand trust. These results highlight the importance of brand authenticity in building a strong relationship with consumers. The findings have practical implications for brand communication and marketing strategies, emphasizing the need for brands to emphasize authenticity.

"Kepuasan dan komitmen terhadap suatu merek dapat mempengaruhi kesetiaan merek serta keinginan untuk membeli kembali merek tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari kepuasan merek dengan anteseden nilai, kualitas dan ekuitas merek yang dirasakan serta komitmen merek dan dampaknya terhadap kesetiaan merek dan keinginan membeli kembali pada merek Toyota. Hasil survey dari 120 sampel dengan metode analisis structural equation modeling (SEM), menyatakan bahwa kepuasan dan komitmen terhadap merek secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesetiaan merek dan keinginan membeli kembali merek khususnya pada merek Toyota. Walaupun hanya nilai dan kualitas merek yang dirasakan yang secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan merek.

Brand satisfaction and brand commitment affected the automotive brand loyalty and repurchase intention. This study focused to analyze influence of brand satisfaction, with perceived brand value, quality, and equity as antesedents of brand satisfaction and brand commitment especially Toyota users and impacted their brand loyalty and repurchase intention to the Toyota brand. Survey of 120 sample who analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM), suggested that brand satisfaction and brand commitment on automotive affecting their brand loyalty and brand repurchase intention. But only perceived brand value and quality that directly affected the brand satisfaction, perceived brand equity didn’t directly affect the brand satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari brand experience yang berkaitan dengan brand love serta perceived quality terhadap brand loyalty konsumen. Peran brand trust sebagai moderasi juga dianalisis pada dua merek ponsel pintar yang digunakan di Indonesia, yaitu Apple dan Samsung. Untuk menguji 9 hipotesis, desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif berupa cross sectional survey menggunakan kuesioner daring. Dengan teknik purposive sampling berhasil dikumpulkan 437 responden, yaitu pengguna ponsel pintar Apple dan Samsung selama minimal 6 bulan terakhir, berusia minimal 17 tahun, dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS, memperlihatkan 6 hipotesis terbukti signifikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh positif brand experience terhadap brand loyalty secara langsung. Namun, brand love dan perceived quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty secara langsung dan tidak langsung (mediasi). Kemudian, moderator brand trust tidak memiliki pengaruh pada hubungan brand experience dengan brand love maupun brand loyalty. Penemuan studi ini memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan ponsel pintar agar dapat meningkatkan brand loyalty dengan memperhatikan faktor brand love dan perceived quality, khususnya di Indonesia.

This research purpose is to analyze the effect of brand experience related to brand love and perceived quality towards brand loyalty. The role of brand trust moderation is also analyzed in two smartphone brands used in Indonesia as the object, Apple and Samsung. To test 9 hypotheses, the research design used in this study is the quantitative method through cross sectional survey with an online questionnaire. With purposive sampling technique 437 respondents gained, which are active Apple and Samsung smartphone users for the last 6 months, a minimum of 17 years old, and Indonesian domicile. Data analysis used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software, showed 6 hypotheses are significant. The result shows there is no significant positive effect on brand experience towards brand loyalty directly. However, there are positive effects of brand love and perceived quality towards brand loyalty both directly and indirectly (mediation). Moreover, brand trust as a moderator does not effect the variable’s relationship. This study offers valuable knowledge for smartphone companies to support their brand loyalty while focusing on brand love and perceived quality aspects, especially in Indonesia."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana komunitas merek (brand community) Pigeon Teens atau dikenal dengan Teens Club memanfaatkan pendekatan digital dalam membangun loyalitas merek pada segmen remaja di Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data survei terhadap 30 anggota komunitas Teens Club. Variabel yang diteliti mencakup brand community identification, digital community engagement, dan brand loyalty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand community identification,memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap digital community engagement, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan brand loyalty. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melibatkan lebih banyak responden, mengeksplorasi faktor eksternal, dan menggunakan desain longitudinal guna memahami dinamika komunitas merek dalam jangka panjang.

This study aims to analyze how the brand community of Pigeon Teens, known as Teens Club, utilizes digital approaches to build brand loyalty among the teenage segment in Indonesia. A quantitative approach was applied, using survey techniques to collect data from 30 members of the Teens Club community. The variables studied include brand community identification, digital community engagement, and brand loyalty. The results show that brand community identification significantly influences digital community engagement, which subsequently enhances brand loyalty. Future studies are recommended to involve larger sample sizes, explore external factors, and adopt a longitudinal design to better understand the dynamics of brand communities over time."

"Penelitian ini mengkajipengaruhbrand experience terhadap brand satisfaction, brand trust dan brand loyaltydi Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia. Enam hipotesis dikemukakan dan secara empiris untuk mengujinya satu set data sampel yang terdiri dari 150 responden dikumpulkan di Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand experience berpengaruh positif terhadap brand satisfaction dan brand loyalty secara signifikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, implikasi managerial dibuat dan keterbatasan serta saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan baru untuk literatur brand management yang sudah ada di Indonesia.

This study examines the influence of consumer brand experience on brand satisfaction, brand trust and brand loyalty in Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia. Six hyphotheses are posited and in order empirically test them, a sample data set of 150 was collected from Blitzmegaplex Grand Indonesia.
The result indicate that brand experience positively influence brand satisfaction and brand loyalty in a significant way. Drawing from the study's findings, managerial implications are discussed and limitations and future research are suggested. By and large, this study immensely contributes new knowledge to the existing body of brand management literatur in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kesesuaian diri konsumen anak dengan brand
(self-congruity) yang memengaruhi loyalitas brand (brand loyalty). Pengaruh
antara self-congruity dan brand loyalty tersebut dimediasi oleh kualitas hubungan
dengan brand (brand relationship quality). Sebanyak 104 responden, yang
merupakan konsumen brand MILO berusia 11-14 tahun, berpartisipasi dalam
penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modelling
(SEM) yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS 22 dan AMOS 21. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-congruity tidak memengaruhi brand loyalty
secara signifikan. Sementara itu, self-congruity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap
brand relationship quality dan brand relationship quality berpengaruh signifikan
terhadap brand loyalty. Maka penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa self-congruity
dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty apabila dimediasi oleh brand
relationship quality.

"Perkembangan industri fashion di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang baik terutama dari segi inovasi yang menyebabkan adanya brand-brand baru bermunculan, dimana konsumen umumnya merupakan milenial. Hal ini menyebabkan peran milenial semakin mendominasi sektor tersebut, sehingga pada penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumen milenial dengan Fashion Innovativeness dan brand image dimensions(Cognitive, sensory, dan affective) pada brand fashion favorit,kontribusi brand image dimensions kepada lovemarks (brand love dan brand respect) dan pengaruhnya pada brand loyalty.
Penelitian ini mengembangkan model lanjutan dari brand equity(CBBE) dan brand image dimensions. Model yang dikembangkan kemudian divalidasi menggunakan Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui survey kepada konsumen yang memiliki brand fashion favorit kisaran usia 19-39 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini mengonfirmasi bahwa fashion innovativeness secara positif berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan brand image associations yang kemudian akan memengaruhi brand love dan brand respect serta terhadap brand loyalty. Implikasi manajerial serta saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya juga dibahas pada penelitian ini. 

The development of fashion industry in Indonesia experiences a positive surge fundamentally from the innovation factor, which causes new brands to emerge, in which the main consumers are millenials. This causes the role of millenial to be more dominant in the afformentioned sector, hence this research aims to understand the relationship between millenials consumers and Fashion Innovativenes and Brand Image Dimensions (Cognitive, Sensory, and Affective) on favorite fashion brands, the contribution of Brand Image Dimensions towards Lovemarks (Brand Love and Brand Respect), and the impact toward Brand Loyalty.
This research developed the model modified from Consumer-based Brand Equity (CBBE) and Brand Image dimensions. The developed model was then validated using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on data retreived from surveys on consumers, within the age of 19-39 years old, with favorite fashion brands. The findings confirmed that Fashion Innovativeness positively influenced the use of Brand Image Assosication which then further influenced Brand Love and Brand Respect, as well as Brand Loyalty. The managerial implications and recommendation of this reseatch will be further elaborated in this research.
