"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang jelas tentang bagaimana elemen pemasaran hijau mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian pelanggan. Untuk mendukung penelitian ini, akan digunakan metode penelitian survei untuk mengumpulkan data pada kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari penelitian sebelumnya. Kuesioner disebarkan secara online melalui berbagai platform sosial seperti grup WhatsApp dan Instagram. Sebanyak 195 responden yang telah terpapar unsur green marketing dan merupakan pembeli produk ramah lingkungan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan telah dianalisis dengan SmartPLS untuk menilai model pengukuran untuk reliabilitas dan validitas dan model struktural untuk pengujian hipotesis dan konfirmasi. Hasil penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pemasaran hijau, dan perilaku pembelian pelanggan. Mengingat bahwa, perilaku pembelian pelanggan sangat dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan lingkungan & konsumsi hijau dan pemasaran hijau perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to provide a clear understanding of how green marketing elements influence customers’ buying behavior. To support this study, a survey research method will be utilized to collect data on a questionnaire adapted from previous research. The questionnaire is distributed online through various social platforms such as WhatsApp groups and Instagram. A total of 195 respondents that have been exposed to green marketing elements and are green products buyer were collected using purposive sampling method. The data collected have been analyzed with SmartPLS to assess the measurement model for reliability and validity and structural model for hypothesis testing and confirmation. The results may show that there is a positive and significant relation between green marketing, and customer buying behavior. Given that, the customer buying behavior is highly influenced by the environmental knowledge & green consumption, and the company's green marketing."

"The purpose-driven strategy telah menjadi salah satu keunggulan kompetitif yang digunakan oleh bisnis untuk menarik pasar. Meningkatnya minat terhadap produk yang berkelanjutan dan ramah lingkungan terlihat dalam perilaku konsumen, menunjukkan kesadaran mereka yang semakin meningkat terhadap fenomena terkini. Studi saat ini meneliti pengaruh green marketing awareness, perceived innovation, dan perceived price terhadap niat beli pelanggan dengan mempertimbangkan perceived value dari produk sebagai mediator di industri peralatan rumah tangga. Hipotesis yang diajukan diuji dengan menggunakan pendekatan structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) terhadap total 282 responden yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan convenience sampling. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa green marketing awareness dan perceived innovation memiliki hubungan positif dengan niat beli konsumen melalui nilai yang dirasakan. Namun, hasilnya juga menyiratkan bahwa persepsi konsumen tentang harga produk peralatan rumah tangga hijau tidak memiliki hubungan dengan niat beli konsumen. Studi ini menawarkan wawasan praktis bisnis dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran hijau sebagai langkah strategis.

The purpose-driven strategy has become one of the competitive advantages employed by businesses to attract the market. The increasing interest in sustainability and eco-friendly products is perceptible in the behavior of consumers, indicating their growing awareness of recent phenomena. The current study examined the effect of green marketing awareness, perceived innovation, and perceived price towards customer's purchase intention by considering consumers' perceived value of a product as the mediator in the home appliances industry. The proposed hypothesis was tested using the structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) approach on a total of 282 respondents who were collected using both purposive and convenience sampling techniques. The findings indicated that the green marketing awareness and perceived innovation have a positive relationship with consumers purchase intention through perceived value. However, the result also implies that consumer's perception of green home appliances products' pricing has no relation to consumers purchase intention. This study offers businesses practical insights in developing a green marketing strategy as a strategic move."

"Kerusakan lingkungan terutama yang disebabkan oleh sampah dan limbah memang telah menjadi permasalahan klasik di Indonesia. Hal ini membuat isu sampah maupun limbah menjadi perhatian tidak hanya bagi komunitas, melainkan juga pelaku bisnis dan menciptakan permintaan baru di pasar. Permintaan terhadap produk ramah lingkungan mendorong perusahaan untuk menyusun strategi guna memasuki pasar ramah lingkungan melalui rencana green marketing mix. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green marketing terhadap minat beli produk-produk ramah lingkungan pada konsumen Zero Waste Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik pemilihan sampel purposive. Kuesioner penelitian ini disebarkan kepada responden melalui daring. Data kemudian dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan dengan melalui teknik regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan positif antara strategi green marketing dengan minat beli konsumen khususnya pada dimensi green promotion dan green place. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan strategi green promotion secara optimal dan sederhana agar informasi dapat mendorong minat beli konsumen pada produk ramah lingkungan.

Environmental damage, especially caused by rubbish and waste, has become a classic problem in Indonesia. This makes the problem of waste a concern not only for the community but also for businesses and creates new demand in the market. The demand for environmentally friendly products encourages companies to develop strategies to enter a "green" market through a green marketing mix strategies. This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing on purchasing intention in environmentally friendly products for Zero Waste Indonesia's consumers. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting primary data through the distribution of questionnaires with a purposive sample selection technique. The questionnaire was distributed to respondents through digital media. The data were analyzed and interpreted using multiple linear regression techniques. This study found a significant effect between green marketing strategies and consumer purchasing intention, especially in the dimensions of green promotion and green place. This study recommends the company maximize its green promotion strategy and make it easy for consumers to understand so that information can encourage consumers' purchasing intention in environmentally friendly products."

"[Kerusakan pada lingkungan memancing kekhawatiran dunia dan menjadi titik tolak munculnya green consumerism yang dimulai dengan kesadaran konsumen akan hak-haknya untuk memperoleh produk yang layak, aman, dan ramah lingkungan. Hal tersebut memicu perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi terhadap produk yang dihasilkannya dan melakukan pemasaran terhadap produk tersebut dengan menggunakan strategi green marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari green marketing dan perceived innovation terhadap intensi membeli green product dengan mengangkat lampu LED Panasonic. Dengan adanya perceived factors sebagai variabel mediator antara green marketing dan perceived innovation terhadap intensi membeli, yaitu perceived quality, perceived price, perceived risk, dan perceived value, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perceived innovation memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap perceived risk dan perceived risk secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi membeli green product. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan green marketing awareness memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap perceived quality, sedangkan perceived innovation memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perceived quality.

"Konsep green marketing tumbuh seiring dengan tuntutan masyarakat yang semakin sadar akan perlindungan terhadap lingkungan hidup. Sehingga mulai banyak perusahaan yang berlomba-lomba untuk menarik perhatian konsumen dengan mangangkat hal-hal yang terkait dengan lingkungan. Dengan demikian dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas pengaruh dari strategi green marketing yang digunakan oleh The Body Shop dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggannya dengan menggunakan metode survey. Peneliti berusaha untuk melihat persepsi pelanggan terhadap nilai-nilai yang dianut oleh The Body Shop . dengan hasil penelitian yaitu strategi green marketing mempengaruhi loyalitas dari pelanggan, terutama pada nilai protect our planet. Dengan demikian peneliti menyarankan untuk melakukan promosi dan penanaman kepada pelanggan terutama mahasiswa tentang kebijakan dan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh The Body Shop. Sehingga akan tertanam pada mahasiswa pentingnya penggunaan produk yang berbasis lingkungan.

The concept of green marketing growing with the demands of society is increasingly aware of environmental protection. So, began many companies are vying to attract consumers? attention by raising matters related to the environment. Thus researchers strategies used by The Body Shop in influencing customer loyalty by using the survey method. Researchers attempted to see the customer's perception of the values espoused by The Body Shop. With the results of green marketing strategies affect the loyalty of customers, especially on the value of protect our planet. Thus researches suggest to do the promotion and cultivation to the customers mainly students about policies and activities that have been done by The Body Shop. So, that will be embedded in the students the importance of using environmentally-based product."

"Kemasan ramah lingkungan adalah kemasan dengan fitur nilai berkelanjutan bagi lingkungan dan tidak membahayakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari beberapa variabel yaitu sikap, norma pribadi, kepedulian lingkungan, dan kesediaan membayar konsumen terhadap intensi pembelian produk berkemasan ramah lingkungan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah konsumen dan non-konsumen produk Starbucks Coffee yang mengetahui kemasan ramah lingkungan produk Starbucks Coffee. Diolah dengan menggunakan metode Multiple Regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap dan kepedulian lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian, sedangkan norma pribadi dan kesediaan membayar konsumen memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian.

Eco friendly packaging is defined as packaging with sustainable features for the environment and is not harmful towards it. This research analyses the significant influence of attitude, personal norms, environmental concern, and willingness to pay toward consumer rsquo s purchase intention of eco friendly packaged products. Research sample data includes consumer and non consumer of Starbucks Coffee who knows about Starbucks Coffee rsquo s eco friendly packaged products. The data were analyzed using Multiple Regression. The result of this research shows that attitude and environmental concern does not have significant effect on purhcase intention. However, personal norms and consumer rsquo s willingness to pay have significant effect on purchase intention.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengaruh green marketing terhadap green purchase behavior pada konsumen Fore Coffee di Jakarta. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk melihat dimensi yang paling berpengaruh dari green marketing terhadap green purchase behavior. Dimensi-dimensi yang terdapat dalam green marketing adalah eco-brand, eco-label, dan environmental advertisement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Pada penelitian ini sampel yng diambil sebanyak 100 responden yang berdomisili di Jakarta, pernah membeli Fore Coffee, dan mengetahui Fore Coffee sebagai produk yang ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa green marketing mempunyai pengaruh terhadap green purchase behavior sebesar 58.1% dan 41,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. Pada penelitian ini juga terlihat bahwa dimensi dari variabel green marketing yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap green purchase behavior adalah environmental advertisement.
This research discusses the influence of green marketing on green purchase behavior. This research also aims to look at the most influential dimensions of green marketing to consumers buying intention. The dimensions in green marketing consist of eco-brand, eco-label, and environmental advertisement. This research uses quantitative methods and purposive sampling techniques. In this study, samples were taken from 100 respondents who live in Jakarta and consumer of Fore Coffee. The results of this study prove that green marketing has an influence on green purchase behavior at 58.1% and 41.9 % are influenced by other factors. This research also shows that dimension of green marketing variables that have the greatest influence on the green purchase behavior is environmental advertisement."

"Saat ini pasar dunia terus berubah, pilar keberlanjutan seperti lingkungan, ekonomi dan keadilan sosial telah menjadi bagian dari pengambilan keputusan pemasaran. Mengembangkan strategi pemasaran di tengah-tengah masalah lingkungan dan ekonomi saat ini telah menyebabkan fokus pada pentingnya pemasaran hijau. Menggunakan theory of consumption values dan value-attitude-behavior model, penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk mengeksplorasi green consumer behavior untuk green product di Indonesia. Attitude toward green product dan consumer values seperti functional value (price and quality), social value, conditional value, epistemic value, emotional value, and environmental value digunakan untuk mempelajari green consumer behavior untuk green products. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model penelitian dan diuji secara empiris dengan mengumpulkan data dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan di Indonesia. Berdasarkan sampel 200 responden, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa hanya social value yang berdampak positif pada green consumer behavior, functional value (price), functional value (quality), environmental value, conditional value, epistemic value, dan emotional value tidak mempengaruhi green consumer behavior. Sebagai mediator, attitude toward green product memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap epistemic value, environmental value, dan emotional value. Ini menegaskan dan secara signifikan menambah literatur green consumer behavior di pasar yang berkembang.

At the moment the world market continues to change, sustainability pillars such as environment, economy and social justice have become part of marketing decision-making. Developing a marketing strategy in the midst of current environmental and economic issues has led to a focus on the importance of green marketing. Using the theory of consumption values and value-attitude-behavior model, this research proposes to explore the green consumer behavior for green products in Indonesia. Attitude toward green product and consumer values such as functional value (price and quality), social value, conditional value, epistemic value, emotional value, and environmental value were used to study the green consumer behavior for green products. This study developed a research model and empirically tested by collecting data from questionnaires that were distributed in Indonesia. Based on a sample of 200 respondents, the results indicate that only social value has a positive impact on green consumer behavior, functional value (price), functional value (quality), environmental value, conditional value, epistemic value, and emotional value do not influence green consumer behavior. As a mediator, attitude toward green product has a significant effect on epistemic value, environmental value, and emotional value. This confirms and significantly adds to the literature of green consumer behavior in a developing market.

Studi ini menggunakan Enviormental Theory of Planned Behavior dengan variabel Green Attitude, Green Subjective Norm, dan Green Behavioral Control sebagai variabel mediasi untuk menganalisa niat perilaku yang tercipta akibat pengaruh eksternal dari Green Campaignyang dimiliki oleh The Body Shop, penelitian ini akan membantu studi untuk lebih memahami bagaimana Green Campaign memengaruhi niat konsumen untuk mengubah perilaku mereka dengan cara yang lebih ramah lingkungan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk Google Form dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS. Dalam mengambil sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel pada penelitian ini adalah : (1) Berusia 18 tahun keatas yang berdomisili di JABODETABEK (2) Pernah membeli produk The Body Shop minimal satu kali (3) Mengetahui Green Campaign dari The Body Shop dengan judul Bring Back Our Bottle. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Green campaign memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Green Behavior Intention dengan variabel mediasi Green Attitude dan Green Behavioral Control, dimana dimensi Green Behavioral Control menjadi variabel mediasi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap pembentukan niat perilaku hijau / ramah lingkungan

This study aims to analyze the effect of the "Bring Back our Bottle" Green Campaign, The Body Shop's social marketing campaign in Jabodetabek as part of their contribution to participating in businesses that support zero waste, but also has the aim of increasing environmental awareness in individuals who will direct them to the intention to behave green or environmentally friendly. This study uses Environmental Theory of Planned Behavior with Green Attitude, Green Subjective Norm, and Green Behavioral Control as mediation variables to analyze behavioral intentions created by external influences from the Green Campaign owned by The Body Shop, this research will help the study to better understand how the Green Campaign influences consumers' intention to change their behavior in a more environmentally friendly way. This type of research is explanative with a quantitative approach using a questionnaire in the form of Google Form and analyzed using SEM-PLS analysis. In taking samples, researchers used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The sample criteria in this study are: (1) Aged 18 years and over who are domiciled in JABODETABEK (2) Have purchased The Body Shop products at least once (3) Knowing the Green Campaign from The Body Shop with the title Bring Back Our Bottle. The results showed the Green campaign had a significant influence on Green Behavior Intention with the Green Attitude and Green Behavioral Control mediating variables, where the Green Behavioral Control dimension became the mediating variable that had the greatest influence on the formation of green behavioral intentions."
