"[ABSTRAK
Isolasi sosial merupakan suatu pengalaman menyendiri dan kesepian dari seseorang dan perasaan segan terhadap orang lain sebagai sesuatu yang negatif atau keadaan yang mengancam. Tujuan Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini untuk memberikan gambaran tentang manajemen kasus spesialis keperawatan jiwa pada klien isolasi sosial terhadap penurunan tanda dan gejala isolasi sosial serta peningkatan kemampuan klien dalam ketrampilan sosial dengan pendekatan Model Hubungan Interpersonal Peplau dan Model Stres Adaptasi Stuart. Terapi spesialis keperawatan yang diberikan adalah Social Skill Training (SST), Cognitive Behavior Social Skill Training (CBSST) dan Family Psychoeducation (FPE). SST diberikan pada 21 klien, SST+CBSST diberikan pada 7 klien dan FPE diberikan pada 12 keluarga. Hasil yang ditemukan SST dan CBSST efektif dalam menurunkan tanda dan gejala isolasi sosial yang ditunjukkan melalui respon kognitif, afektif, fisiologis, perilaku dan sosial serta meningkatkan kemampuan klien dalam ketrampilan sosial. FPE terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat klien isolasi sosial. SST, CBSST, dan FPE direkomendasikan sebagai terapi spesialis keperawatan pada klien isolasi sosial.

ABSTRACT
Social isolation is an experience of solitude and loneliness of someone and feeling disinclined toward others as something negative or threatening circumstances. Final Scientific Paper aims to provide an overview of nursing case management specialist at the client's life social isolation of the signs and symptoms as well as the ability of clients to approach Peplau Model Theory of Interpersonal Relations and Stress Adaptation Model Stuart. "[ABSTRAK
Pikiran negative pada klien harga diri rendah kronik menyebabkan klien sulit berpikir jernih dan logis terhadap diri sendiri. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk memberikan gambaran pengaruh penerapan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien harga diri rendah kronik. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy dan model stres dan adaptasi Stuart. Tindakan keperawatan terapi pikiran perilaku diberikan pada 20 klien dimana 15 keluarga klien diberikan psikoedukasi keluarga. Hasil pelaksanaan terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi pada klien menunjukan adanya penurunan tanda gejala pada aspek social dan perilaku serta peningkatan kemampuan keluarga dalam pemberian terapi psikofarmaka dan mengunkapkan pikiran negative yang lebih besar dibanding klien dan yang hanya mendapatkan terapi pikiran dan perilaku, Kombinasi terapi pikiran perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga dapat dijadikan standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa.

Skizophrenia paranoid memperlihatkan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan yang berisiko cedera bagi klien dan lingkungan. Tujuan Karya Ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi generalis, latihan asertif, psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap tanda dan gejala, kemampuan klien, keluarga. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif analitik dengan memberikan terapi generalis, latihan asertif, pada 20 klien dan selanjutnya pada 7 klien diberikan psikoedukasi pada keluarga. Pemberian terapi generalis, latihan asertif pada 13 klien menunjukkan penurunan tanda, gejala, peningkatan kemampuan klien. Pemberian terapi generalis, latihan asertif, psikoedukasi keluarga pada 7 klien dan keluarganya menunjukkan penurunan tanda dan gejala, peningkatan kemampuan yang lebih besar daripada pemberian terapi generalis, latihan asertif. Direkomendasikan kombinasi terapi generalis, latihan asertif, psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien resiko perilaku kekerasan.

"Tahap perkembangan anak usia sekolah dikenal dengan industry vs inferiority berada pada rentang usia 6-12. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan menggambarkan hasil pelaksanaan terapi kelompok terapeutik TKT anak usia sekolah di komunitas dengan melibatkan 30 orang anak usia sekolah berusia 8-9 tahun, dibagi dalam dua kelompok besar. Metode yang digunakan adalah case study. Kelompok I dilakukan tindakan keperawatan ners dan tindakan keperawatan ners spesialis psikoedukasi keluarga dan terapi kelompok terapeutik. Kelompok II hanya dilakukan tindakan keperawatan ners dan terapi kelompok terapeutik.
Hasil tindakan keperawatan menunjukkan semua anak usia sekolah mengalami peningkatan dalam aspek perkembangan dan kemampuan industry serta kemampuan keluarga. TKT mempengaruhi perkembangan anak usia sekolah secara signifikan. Pelaksanaan TKT anak usia sekolah dengan melibatkan orang tua pada saat terapi sangat direkomendasikan pada tatanan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di masyarakat dengan memberdayakan KKJ sebagai mitra perawat dalam mencapai perkembangan fase industry.

Stage of school age development are known by the industry versus inferiority that are range in the 6 12 years. This paper aims to describe the results of the implementation of group therapy, therapeutic TKT school age in the community by involving 30 school age, children are range 8 9 years, were divided into two large groups. The method used is a case study. Group I action nursing nurses and specialist nurses nursing actions family psychoeducation group therapy and therapeutic to empower the role KKJ of the volunteer in the home visit. Group II only do nurses and nursing actions therapeutic group therapy.
The results of nursing actions show all school age has increased in the aspects of development and the ability of industry and the ability of the family. TKT implementation of school age by involving parents at the time therapy is highly recommended in order of mental health services in the community by empowering KKJ as nursing partners in achieving the development phase of industry.

"Isolasi Sosial merupakan salah satu gejala negatif skizofrenia. Isolasi sosial adalah kondisimenyendiri yang dialami seseorang dan perasaan segan terhadap orang lain sebagai sesuatuyang negatif atau keadaan yang mengancam. Masalah sosial seringkali merupakan sumberutama keprihatinan keluarga dan penyedia layanan kesehatan, karena efeknya lebih menonjodaripada gejala kognitif dan persepsi.
Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini untukmenggambarkan penerapan terapi generalis, terapi aktivitas kelompok sosialisasi, dan social skill training pada pasien isolasi sosial dengan pendekatan teori hubungan interpersonal Hildegard E. Peplau. Terapi diberikan dan dinalisa pada 35 pasien di ruang Bratasena.
Hasilpenerapan terapi generalis, terapi aktivitas kelompok dan social skill training dapatmenurunkan gejala isolasi sosial dan meningkatkan kemampuan bersosialisasi pada pasien.Berdasarkan hasil diatas perlu direkomendasikan integrasi tindakan keperawatan generalisindividu dan kelompok serta terapi spesialis social skill training pada pasien isolasi sosial.

Social isolation is one of negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Social isolation as a solitaryexperience of a person and shyness toward others as something negative or threateningcircumstances. Social problems are often a major source of concern families and health careproviders, because the effect is more pronounced than cognitive symptoms and perception.
The purpose of this final scientific paper was to describe the implementation of generaltherapy, socialization activity group therapy and social skill training toward social isolationclients using interpersonal relationship theory Hildegard E. Peplau rsquo s were conducted to 35selected clients at Bratasena rsquo s ward.
Results there were reductions in symptoms of socialisolation and increase in the client 39 s ability to socialize. Based on the result above, integratedtherapies as general therapy, socialization activity group therapy and social skill training onclients with social isolation is recommended.

"Depresi merupakan gangguan alam perasaan yang rentan terjadi pada lansia dengan penyakit kronis yang menganggap hidup terasa hampa dan tidak bermakna. Terapi kognitif, logoterapi dan psikoedukasi keluarga telah diberikan untuk membantu lansia yang depresi untuk melawan pikiran negatif dan menemukan makna hidup serta meningkatkan kemampuan keluarga untuk memberikan perawatan yang tepat terhadap klien depresi. Laporan Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini dibuat dalam bentuk case series dengan melibatkan 4 lansia depresi dengan penyakit kronis yang ada di komunitas yang telah diberikan terapi kognitif, logoterapi dan psikoedukasi keluarga selama15 ndash; 20 hari dalam 5 kali pertemuan. Hasil yang ditemukan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan memaknai hidup serta penurunan tanda dan gejala depresi pada keempat klien. Terapi kognitif, logoterapi dan psikoedukasi keluarga sangat efektif diberikan kepada lansia depresi dengan penyakit kronis terutama lansia yang berada di komunitas.

Depression is a common mood disorders that are vulnerable to elderly people with chronic diseases that perceive life as empty and meaningless. Cognitive therapy, logotherapy and family psychoeducation have been provided to help the elderly to counter negative thoughts and finding meaning of life by activities that can still be done supported with appropiate care of the caregiver to resolve the depression experienced. This case series report involves 4 elderly depression with chronic disease in the community who have been given cognitive therapy, logotherapy and family psychoeducation for 15 20 days in 5 meetings. The results were found to indicate an increase in the ability to find meaning of life and decreased signs and symptoms of depression in all clients. The combination of cognitive therapy, logotherapy and effective family psychoeducation is very effective to give to the elderly depression with chronic diseases, especially elderly who are in the community.

"ABSTRAK
Ansietas merupakan masalah kejiwaan yang sering dialami oleh seseorang dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan khususnya yang mengalami penyakit fisik seperti hipertensi. Tindakan keperawatan ners, Thought Stoping, psikoedukasi keluarga dan terapi suportif diberikan pada klien ansietas dengan tujuan untuk melihat tanda gejala, kemampuan klien mengontrol ansietas, dan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat. Tindakan keperawatan terhadap 5 klien ansietas dengan hipertensi yang dilaporkan dalam bentuk case series. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah terjadi hillagnya tanda gejala yaitu fokus pada kondisi sakit, takut pada konsekuensi tidak spesifik, adanya perubahan fisiologis, kurang mampu memecahkan masalah dan kurang konsentrasi. Sedangkan tanda gejala yang masih ditemukan diantaranya adalah adanya perubahan dalam kehidupan dan merepotkan kelurga. Kemampuan klien yang dimiliki mengalami peningkatan dalam mengontrol ansietas dan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat. Studi ini merupakan salah satu evidence based efektivitas dari tindakan keperawatan ners dan ners spesialis terhadap klien dengan ansietas yang memerlukan evaluasi lanjut dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar dan jumlah pertemuan yang lebih sering.

ABSTRACT
Anxiety is a psychiatric problem that is often experienced by a person in everyday life and especially those experiencing physical illnesses such as hypertension. Nursing care, Thought Stoping, family psychoeducation and supportive therapy are given to anxiety clients in order to see signs of symptom, the ability of the client to control anxiety, and the ability of the family to care for. Nursing action against 5 anxiety clients with hypertension reported in case series form. The results obtained are hillagnya signs of symptoms that focus on the condition of the pain, fear of non-specific consequences, the physiological changes, less able to solve problems and lack of concentration. While the signs of symptoms that are still found among them is a change in life and troublesome kelurga. The client's ability has improved in controlling anxiety and the ability of the family to care for. This study is one of the evidence-based effectiveness of nursing ners and specialist ners actions against clients with anxiety requiring further evaluation with larger sample quantities and more frequent meetings.

"Perilaku kekerasan merupakan respon maladaptif terhadap perasaan marah, sedangkan marah adalah perasaan yang tidak menyenangkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan menunjukkan manfaat terapi asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga terhadap peningkatan kemampuan klien dan keluarga serta penurunan tanda dan gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan pada lima klien laki-laki dewasa dengan pemberian terapi asertif yang dilakukan dalam tujuh pertemuan dan psikoedukasi keluarga yang dilakukan dalam tiga pertemuan.
Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengendalikan risiko perilaku kekerasan yang berdampak pada penurunan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan baik secara fisik maupun psikis, mampu mengungkapkan keinginan dan kebutuhan secara asertif. Keluarga mampu merawat klien dengan risiko perilaku kekerasan. Kedua terapi ini dilakukan bersamaan pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan dengan keluarganya yang menghasilkan kemampuan klien dalam mengendalikan perilaku kekerasan, dukungan keluarga memberikan kontribusi pada kemampuan klien mengatasi masalahnya. Penelitian merupakan tindak lanjut dari case series untuk melihat efektivitas terapi asertif dan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan.

Violent behavior is a maladaptive response to feelings of anger, while anger is an unpleasant feeling in everyday life. This case report aims to demonstrate the benefits of assertive therapy and family psychoeducation on improving client and family abilities and decreasing signs and symptoms of violent behavior risk in five adult male clients with assertive therapy performed in seven meetings and family psychoeducation conducted in three meetings.
The results show an increase in the ability to control the risk of violent behavior that affects the decrease of signs and symptoms of violent behavior both physically and psychologically, able to express desire and needs assertively. Families are able to care for clients at risk of violent behavior. Both of these therapies are performed simultaneously on the client's risk of violent behavior with his family that results in the client's ability to control violent behavior, family support contributes to the client's ability to resolve the problem. The study is a follow-up of the case series to see the effectiveness of assertive therapy and family psychoeducation therapy on clients' risk of violent behavior."

Manajemen perilaku kekerasan terdiri dari tiga strategi yaitu strategi pencegahan, strategi antisipasi, dan strategi pengekangan. Latihan asertif merupakan salah satu strategi pencegahan untuk mengantisipasi tindakan kekerasan yang berulang. Tujuan penanganan kasus ini adalah diketahui perubahan tanda gejala dan kemampuan klien risiko perilaku kekerasan setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners dan latihan asertif. Penulisan karya ilmiah ini menggunakan pendekatan metode case series. Responden berjumlah 26 orang yang dibagi dalam 2 kelompok sesuai kriteria inklusi. Kelompok pertama adalah klien yang mengalami risiko perilaku kekerasan karena halusinasi, kelompok kedua klien yang mengalami risiko perilaku kekerasan karena keinginan/kebutuhan tidak terpenuhi. Hasil penanganan kasus menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan tanda gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan terutama pada aspek perilaku, kognitif dan afektif setelah diberikan tindakan keperawatan ners dan ners spesialis latihan asertif. Rekomendasi dari penanganan kasus ini adalah tindakan keperawatan ners dan tindakan keperawatan ners spesialis latihan asertif dilakukan secara terus-menerus untuk menurunkan tanda gejala pada klien risiko perilaku kekerasan.

Assertive training is one prevention strategy to anticipate repeated acts of violence. The purpose of handling this case is to know the change of symptoms and the ability of the client's risk of violent behavior after being given nursing actions ners and assertive training. Writing this scientific paper using case series method approach. Respondents were 26 people divided into 2 groups according to inclusion criteria. The first group is the client who is experiencing the risk of violent behavior due to hallucinations, the second group of clients experiencing the risk of violent behavior due to desire/needs are not met. The results of case management showed that there was a decrease in signs of violent behavior risk behavior especially on behavioral, cognitive and affective aspects after being given nursing actions ners and assertive training. Recommendations from the handling of this case are nursing actions ners and nursing actions ners specialists assertive training are conducted continuously to reduce sign and symptoms on the client risk of violent behavior. "

Harga diri rendah merupakan gejala negatif yang ditemukan pada klien psikosis. Sampel berjumlah 32 orang dan dibagi 3 kelompok sesuai kriteria inklusi yaitu kelompok pertama untuk klien relapse dengan perlakuan terapi kognitif perilaku, kelompok dua klien early psychosis dengan perlakuan terapi kognitif perilaku dan kelompok tiga klien early psychosis dengan perlakuan terapi kognitif perilaku dan psikoedukasi kelurga.Alat ukur menggunakan lembar evaluasi tanda dan gejala serta kemampuan klien harga diri rendah. Analisa tampilan data berupa persentasi dalam bentuk tabulasi. Hasil menunjukkan tindakan keperawatan ners, terapi kognitif perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga pada klien early psychosis menurunkan tanda dan gejala serta meningkatkan kemampuan klien lebih besar dibandingkan dengan klien relapse dan early psychosis yang hanya mendapatkan tindakan keperawatan ners dan terapi kognitif perilaku. Rekomendasi penulisan ini adalah penerapan terapi kognitif perilaku dan psikoedukasi keluarga dapat meningkatkan harga diri klien dan dapat digunakan sebagai standar terapi spesialis keperawatan jiwa.

Psychosis is characterized by a change of thought processes, feelings and behaviors that deviate and create discomfort and security. Low self-esteem is a negative symptom found in clients of psychosis. The purpose of scientific work is to describe the application of cognitive behavior therapy and family psychoeducation to clients with low self-esteem. This study uses a case series method approach. The sample was 32 people and divided into 3 groups according to the inclusion criteria ie the first group for the relapse client with the treatment of cognitive behavior therapy, the second group clients early psychosis with cognitive behavior therapy treatment and the third group clients early psychosis with treatment of cognitive behavior and family psychoeducation therapy. Using evaluation sheets of signs and symptoms as well as low self esteem client ability. Analysis of data display in the form of percentage in tabulation form. The results show nursing actions, cognitive behavior therapy and family psychoeducation on early psychosis clients decrease signs and symptoms and increase client ability greater than with relapse and early psychosis clients who only get nursing actions and cognitive behavior therapy. Recommendation of this writing is the application of cognitive behavior therapy and family psychoeducation can increase the client's self-esteem and can be used as a standard therapy of mental nursing specialists."
