Abstrak :
Carrefour merupakan retailer kedua terbesar di dunia setelah Wallmart dan memiliki banyak produk private brand mulai dari produk elektronik, makanan, minuman sampai produk rumah tangga. Penelitian dengan desain riset eksploratori dan deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel store image dan store brand price image terhadap purchase intention. Responden penelitian ini adalah 185 orang yang tahu atau pernah membeli produk private brand Carrefour dalam tiga bulan terakhir. Model penelitian dengan tujuh hipotesis diuji menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa hanya variabel store image perception dan store brand perceived risk yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa store brand perceived risk memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap variabel store brand price images. ......Carrefour is the second largest retailer in the world after Wallmart and have many private brand products ranging from electronic products, food, beverages to household products. The purpose of this exploratory and descriptive research is to identify the effect of store image and store brand price image dimensions on store brand purchase intention. Research respondents are 185 persons who know or already bought Carrefour private brand for minimum three months. The seven hypotheses research model is then tested with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research shows only store image and store brand perception perceived risk that has an influence on purchase intention. The study also states that the store brand perceived risk has a negative effect on the variable price store brand images.

Window display sebuah toko pakaian adalah salah satu kunci peritel untuk menarik perhatian konsumen yang nantinya dapat berkembang menuju keinginan untuk masuk ke dalam toko dan melakukan pembelian. Oleh karena itu peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh promotion information, merchandise information, new fashion information, store image, dan product fit yang terdapat pada window display toko pakaian terhadap perilaku pembelian konsumen yaitu keputusan untuk masuk ke dalam toko dan keputusan melakukan pembelian dan peran variabel consumer knowledge sebagai moderasinya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promotion information, merchandise information dan store image memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap keputusan untuk masuk ke dalam toko sedangkan new fashion information serta product fit memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Sementara itu konsumen dengan tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup terpengaruh untuk masuk ke dalam toko. ......Window display of clothing store is key instrument of many retailers to capture consumers intention and draw them into a store and make a purchase. Therefore, researcher wanted to determine the effect of promotion information, merchandise information, new fashion information, store image, and product fit from window display on consumer entry decision and purchase decision and the role of consumers knowledge as a moderating variable. This research used Structural equation Modeling (SEM) as data analysis technique. The result showed that promotion information, merchandise information and store image has a positive effect on consumers entry decision while new fashion information and product fit has a positive effect on consumers purchasing decision. Meanwhile, consumers with a good level of clothing knowledge are more influenced by window display in their purchasing decision.

Skripsi ini membahas perilaku pembelian konsumen pria kepada skin care products khususnya pembersih wajah khusus pria, dimana perkembangan perawatan tubuh yang ditujukan khusus untuk pria pada saat ini telah sangat berkembang dengan pesat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan 180 responden. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa para produsen pembersih wajah khusus pria perlu memberi tahukan tentang apa manfaat kesehatan yang didapatkan oleh para konsumen pria, dan melakukan promosi yang bersifat mengatakan bahwa walaupun menggunakan skin care products khususnya pembersih wajah khusus pria, sifat kemaskulinan pria tidak akan hilang. ......The focus of this studi is finding, attitude of male consumer towards purchase intention for skin care products especially men facial wash, which we already know, that currently, grooming or skin care products that specially made for men are growing rapidly. This research is quantitative descriptive interpretive. The data collected from 180 respondent. This research result, showing that men are more concern about their health, so all the producers of men facial wash should inform what the benefits that they will get if they use the product, and also doing promotion that telling if a male using a skin care product especially men facial wash, will not effected on their masculinity.

[Kegiatan berbelanja online yang semakin marak membuat pelaku usaha e-commerce semakin bertambah. Dari sekian banyak e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia, e-commerce dalam bentuk online group buying masih berkembang di Indonesia. Salah satu e-commerce dalam bentuk online group buying yang memiliki market share terbesar adalah Groupon. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor yang membentuk repeat purchase intention pada Groupon. Model penelitian ini merupakan gabungan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh Hsu et al. (2015). Dengan metode SEM, didapatkan bahwa perceived value mempengaruhi repeat purchase intention pada Groupon secara positif dan habit mempengaruhi hubungan satisfaction pada repeat purchase intention.;The increase of online shopping activities create many e-commerce businesses. Minat pembelian ulang mampu dibangun oleh kepercayaan dan nilai yang dipersepsikan oleh konsumen. Terdapat juga didalamnya yaitu, hal-hal yang dapat membentuk kepercayaan seperti kualitas informasi dan persepsi keamanan dengan menggunakan konstruk seperti, segel jaminan pihak ketiga, kecenderungan terhadap pihak ketiga, kefamilieran dengan situs web, dan reputasi vendor. Melalui penelitian ini, situs Traveloka digunakan sebagai objek penelitian. Pengambilan sampel penelitian sebanyak 200 sampel yang terdiri dari usia 17-50 tahun dan pernah melakukan pembelian melalui situs Traveloka dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa minat pembelian ulang konsumen untuk membeli tiket pesawat atau memesan kamar hotel hanya dipengaruhi oleh perceived value. Kepercayaan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen untuk berbelanja online. Namun, dapat diduga bahwa kepercayaan konsumen harus menerima perceived value dari situs Traveloka terlebih dahulu untuk meningkatkan minat pembelian ulang konsumen. ......The intention to repurchase seemed capable to built by trust and the perceived by consumers. There are also the antecedents of trust such third party assurance seals, tendency towards a third party, familiarity with website, and vendor reputation. Through this research, Traveloka used as an object research.The sample as many as 200 sample research consisting of age 17-50 years and have bought through a Traveloka within 6 months. The results of the study finds that the interest of repeated consumers to buy airfare or order hotel room influenced by perceived value. Trust has no significant links to the interests of consumers to shop online. However, it can be predicted that consumer?s trust could be affecting repurchase intention if there is a perceived value presented by Traveloka.

Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor yang memengaruhi niat pembelian kembali pada Online Travel Agent OTA . Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 225 orang dan merupakan orang yang sudah pernah memesan hotel secara online melalui situs Traveloka dalam kurun waktu tiga bulan terakhir dengan wilayah cakupan Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan program LISREL 8,51. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa product related factors berpengaruh positif pada niat pembelian kembali, begitu juga dengan channel related factors yang terbukti berpengaruh positif pada niat pembelian kembali, serta channel related factors berpengaruh positif pada niat pencarian informasi, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa product related factors tidak berpengaruh pada niat pencarian informasi, dan niat pencarian informasi tidak berpengaruh pada niat pembelian kembali. ......This research studies the factors that affect repurchase intention on OTAs Online Travel Agent. This research sampled 225 respondents, which are people who have booked hotel stays through the website app Traveloka in the past three months, living in areas of Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi. The data was processed using the software LISREL 8.51. This research shows that Product Related Factors have positive effect on Repurchase Intention, and Channel Related Factors have positive effect on Repurchase Intention, also Channel Related Factors have positive effect on Information Search Intention. This research also shows that Product Related Factors has no positive effect on Information Search Intention and Information Search Intention has no positive effect on Repurchase Intention.

Laporan magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi business-to-business (B2B) pada Divisi Wholesale Service PT Telkom Indonesia. Data diperoleh menggunakan data kualitatif dengan mewawancarai beberapa karyawan yang terlibat dalam kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Wholesale Service dalam pencapaian target tahun 2016. Account Management berperan besar dalam pencapaian target tersebut dimana Account Management melakukan kegiatan penawaran produk kepada pelanggan dengan menggunakan strategi business-to-business. Pelanggan dari Divisi Wholesale Service adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi yang menawarkan produk kepada end user. Pelanggan tersebut disebut oleh Divisi Wholesale Service dengan OLO (Other Licensed Operator), yang terdiri dari Indosat, XL, Smartfren, Smart, STI (Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia), Hutchison 3 Indonesia, Btel (Bakrie Telecom) dan BBT (Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi).
The objective of this internship report is to analyze the business-to-business strategies in the Wholesale Service Division of PT Telkom Indonesia. Data was collected using qualitative techniques along with interviewing employees whom are involved in the activities of the Wholesale Service Division which are undertaken in order to achieve their targets in 2016. The Account Management team has a big role in achieving those targets, which is why they offer new products to existing customers using business-to-business strategies. Customers of the Wholesale Service Division are telecommunication companies called OLO (Other Licensed Operator). They are; Indosat, XL, Smartfren, Smart, STI (Sampoerna Telekomunikasi Indonesia), Hutchison 3 Indonesia, Btel (Bakrie Telecom) and BBT (Batam Bintan Telekomunikasi). They all offer different products to the end users.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh variabel internet advertising contact and attention, internet advertising content design, product involvement degree, internet advertising attitude terhadap variabel internet advertising effect pada industri pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian eksploratif dan deskriptif yang dilakukan satu kali dalam satu periode (cross sectional design). Peneliti menggunakan sampel 178 orang yang pernah menggunakan jasa agen pariwisata dan aktif menggunakan internet dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Pengumpulan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan structural equation model dengan perangkat lunak LISREL 8.51. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa internet advertising attitude berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap internet advertising effect. Selain itu juga ditemukan bahwa variabel internet advertising contact and attention, internet advertising content design, product involvement degree, tidak memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap internet advertising effect. ......This study aimed to investigate the impact of internet advertising contact and attention, internet advertising content design, product involvement degree, and Internet advertising Attitude to internet advertising effect in tourism industry. The type of research used was the exploratory and descriptive with cross sectional design. The respondents were 178 users of travel agent that use internet frequently. Data analysis method used were structural equation modelling with LISREL 8.51 software. The result of this research indicated that there were positive impacts of internet advertising attitude to internet advertising effect. However, researcher also found that internet advertising contact and attention, internet advertising content design, product involvement degree, do not have an impact on internet advertising effect.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang atribut-atribut yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta post dining behavioral intentions pelanggan restoran etnis Sunda di wilayah Jakarta, serta melihat apakah kepuasan pelanggan juga berpengaruh terhadap post dining behavioral intentions pelanggan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan untuk manajemen restoran etnis Sunda yang ada di wilayah Jakarta, apabila mereka ingin meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan juga post dining behavioral intentions pelanggan, maka atribut terkait masakan dan atmosfer perlu ditingkatkan (food related attributes dan atmospheric related attributes). Dalam penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh terhadap post dining behavioral intentions pelanggan.
The focus of this study is to examine about the attributes that influencing customer satisfactions and post dining behavioral intentions of Sundanesse ethnic restaurants customers in Jakarta, also to find the relationship between customer satisfaction towards post dining behavioral intention. This research is quantitative descriptive interpretive. The researcher suggests that if Sundanesse ethnic restaurants wants to increasing customers satisfaction and customers post dining behavioral intention, they have to increasing those attributes related to food anf atmospheric. This study also find that customer satisfaction influencing post dining behavioral intention of customers.

Keperayaan dan inovasi diidentifikasi sebagai predictor pada kinerja dalam hubungan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Trust dan Innovativeness terhadap Kinerja Supply Chain khususnya perusahaan manufaktur yang berada di sepanjangJalan Raya Bogor. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 49 perusahaan manufaktur yang berada di sepanjang Jalan Raya Bogor. Analisa yang digunakan adalah uji regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 19.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja supply chain dan innovativeness jua memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja supply chain.

Trust and innovativeness is identified as a significant predictor of positive performance in business relationships This study aims to determine the impact of the Trust and Trust and innovativeness is identified as a significant predictor of positive performance in business relationships.This study aims to determine the impact of the Trust and Innovativeness on Performance of Supply Chain particularly manufacturing companies located along Jalan Raya Bogor. Respondents in this study were 49 manufacturing companies located along Jalan Raya Bogor. The study states that the trust has no effect on the performance of the supply chain but innovativeness has an influence on supply chain performance.
