Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh personal dan sosial remaja sebagai segmen konsumen yang potensial bagi pasar produk dengan merek mewah dengan mengadopsi model penelitian yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan oleh Gil et al. (2012). Data dari 370 responden berusia 14-19 tahun dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Studi ini memperlihatkan interdependent self construal, materialism dan social consumption motivation mempengaruhi sikap remaja terhadap merek mewah secara positif. Self-concept clarity dan independent self construal tidak terbukti mempengaruhi social consumption motivation secara negatif. Peer pressure terbukti mempengaruhi hubungan selfconcept clarity pada social consumption motivation.
This research discussed about the personal and social influences on teens as a potential consumer segment in luxury brand market by adopting the research model previously conducted by Gil et al. (2012). Data from 370 respondents consisted of teenagers between the age of 14-19 were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This study demonstrated that interdependent self construal, materialism, and social consumption motivation affect attitude toward luxury brands among teens positively. Self-concept clarity and independent self construal were not proved affected social consumption motivation negatively. Peer pressure was proved that it affected the relationship between self-concept clarity and social consumption motivation.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini menguji emosi (arousal dan valence) pengguna media sosial Twitter dalam menggunakan Twitter. Penelitian ini menggunakan TAM untuk menjelaskan pengaruh penggunaan media sosial Twitter sebagai media pemasaran acara Banyuwangi Festival terhadap sikap dalam menggunakan. Sikap yang ditunjukan akan mempengaruhi pengguna untuk menghadiri acara Banyuwangi Festival yang sesungguhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 responden, responden dari penelitian ini yaitu flower Twitter Banyuwangi Festival. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SEM dengan software LISREL.Hasil dari penelian ini menunjukan bahwa hanya Percieved Ease of Use yang dipengaruhi oleh emosi (Valence). Sikap pengguna media sosial Twitter dalam penelitian ini hanya dipengaruhi oleh Perceived Ease of Use dan Perceived Enjoyment, dan sikap yang tunjukan pengguna pada saat menggunakan Media Sosial Twitter mempengaruhi pengguna untuk menghadiri acara yang sesungguhnya.
ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the emotion (arousal and valence) of Twitter users when they use Twitter. This research uses TAM to explain the influence of Twitter as a marketing strategy for Banyuwangi Festival towards the attitude in using Twitter. The attitude shown will influence Twitter users to attend the event, Banyuwangi Festival. This research uses descriptive research design with the total samples of 135 respondents. The respondents in this research are the followers of Banyuwangi Festival Twitter. This research uses SEM analytical methodology by using LISREL as the software. This research found that only Perceived Ease of Use which is affected by valence. This research also found that the attitude of Twitter users is affected by the Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Enjoyment, and the attitude shown by Twitter users when they use Twitter affect them to attend the event, Banyuwangi Festival.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang cara mengukur loyalitas pelanggan terhadap gerai ritel The Goods Dept dilihat dari kepribadian merek ritel dan kesesuaian antara konsep diri konsumen The Goods Dept dengan konsumen The Goods Dept yang lain. Selain itu, variabel gender digunakan sebagai moderasi dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan apabila The Goods Dept ingin meningkatkan loyaitas terhadap gerainya, maka tim manajerial The Goods Dept sebaiknya membuat rencana pemasaran yang tidak membedakan gender pelanggannya dan untuk mempertahankan nilai keunikannya dengan lebih menyeleksi dengan baik produk-produk yang dijual.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah persepsi nutritional value, sensory appeal, price, dan health consciousness mempengaruhi attitude konsumen terhadap frozen chicken nugget dan purchase intention, dimana persepsi tersebut dimediasi oleh sikap konsumen terhadap frozen chicken nugget dan apakah hal tersebut mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli frozen chicken nugget di wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 348 responden yang merupakan pembeli dan pengambil keputusan dalam melakukan pembelian frozen chicken nugget yang berusia lebih dari 18 tahun di wilayah Jabodetabek. Dalam pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived nutritional content berpengaruh terhadap attitude toward frozen chicken nugget yang secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi purchase intention dan perceived sensory appeal berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap purchase intention konsumen terhadap frozen chicken nugget.
This study aims to determine whether perceptions of nutritional value, sensory appeal, price, and health consciousness affect consumer attitudes towards frozen chicken nuggets and purchase intentions, where these perceptions are mediated by consumer attitudes toward frozen chicken nuggets and whether these affect consumer decisions to buy frozen chicken nuggets in Jabodetabek area. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 348 respondents who are buyers and decision makers in purchasing frozen chicken nuggets aged over 18 years in Jabodetabek area. In processing the data of this study using the method of structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that perceived nutritional content affects attitudes toward frozen chicken nuggets which indirectly affect purchase intention and perceived sensory appeal directly affects consumer purchase intentions towards frozen chicken nuggets.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh motivasi belanja hedonis (gratification seeking, idea shopping, adventure shopping, social shopping, role play, dan value shopping) pada perilaku pembelian kompulsif produk fashion secara online selama pandemi COVID-19.Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 278 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gratification seeking, idea shopping, adventure shopping, dan social shopping berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku pembelian kompulsif produk fashion secara online selama pandemi COVID-19. Selanjutnya, value shopping memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku pembelian kompulsif produk fashion secara online selama pandemi COVID-19. Sedangkan role play tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian kompulsif produk fashion secara online selama pandemi COVID-19. ......This study aims to understand the effect of hedonic shopping motivation (gratification seeking, idea shopping, adventure shopping, social shopping, role play, and value shopping) on the compulsive buying behavior of online fashion products during the COVID-19 pandemic. This quantitative study uses the purposive sampling method with a sample of 278 respondents. The data was processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that gratification seeking, idea shopping, adventure shopping, and social shopping had a positive effect on the compulsive buying behavior of online fashion products during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, value shopping has a negative influence on the compulsive buying behavior of online fashion products during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, role play does not have a significant influence on the compulsive buying behavior of online fashion products during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pertumbuhan pasar di Indonesia yang meningkat setiap tahunnya membuat Indonesia menjadi pasar potensial dalam bisnis digital. E-commerce menjadi alternatif bagi banyak masyarakat Indonesia untuk mencari dan membeli produk. Salah satu e-commerce yang banyak memanjakan konsumennya adalah Gojek yang merupakan perusahaan teknologi atau startup kebanggaan Indonesia dalam melayani konsumen dengan sistem B2C (business to consumer) melalui jasa ojek. Salah satu fitur Gojek yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia adalah GoFood. Layanan ini memberikan jasa pemesanan makanan secara online melalui aplikasi Gojek. Untuk menunjang perkembangannya, merchant GoFood kerap memberikan diskon untuk promosi beberapa produk tertentu. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan berfokus pada pengaruh discount framing terhadap brand reputation dan brand image pada purchase intention dan actual behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan 154 pengguna layanan GoFood di Jabodetabek. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak LISREL. Peneliti menemukan bahwa discount framing berpengaruh secara signifikan baik terhadap purchase intention maupun actual behavior. ......The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, which increases every year, makes Indonesia a potential market for digital business. The sector is an alternative way for many Indonesians to find and buy products. One e-commerce that pampers its consumers a lot is Gojek, which is a technology company and a prided startup of Indonesia that serves consumers with a B2C (business to consumer) system through motorcycle taxi services. Among the most widely used Gojek features in Indonesia is GoFood. The service provides online food ordering services through the Gojek application. To support its development, GoFood merchants often provide discounts for the promotion of certain products. This study investigates the effects of discount framing on brand reputation and brand image on purchase intention and actual behavior. This study uses purposive sampling involving 154 GoFood service users in Jabodetabek analyzes the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software. This study finds that discount framing had a significant effect on both purchase intention and actual behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pembelian asuransi syari’ah oleh Generasi Z di Indonesia. Kuesioner online diedarkan menggunakan purposive sampling, dan 270 responden diproses dengan metode SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa trust dan perceived value berpengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention Generasi Z pada produk asuransi syari’ah. Namun, beberapa variabel tidak terlalu memengaruhi trust dan perceived value dari generasi z, dan variabel lainnya memengaruhi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemasar dari perusahaan asuransi syari’ah di Indonesia dalam merancang strategi untuk meningkatkan minat beli konsumen Generasi Z terhadap produk asuransi syari’ah. ......This study analysed the factors influencing the purchase intention of Sharia insurance by Generation Z in Indonesia. Using purposive sampling, An online questionnaire was circulated, and 270 responses were processed with the structural equation modelling method. Results showed that trust and perceived value significantly affect the purchase intention of generation z on Sharia insurance products. However, some variables don’t significantly affect the trust and perceived value of generation z, and others do. These findings will assist marketers from Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia in designing their strategies to increase the purchase intention of Generation Z consumers regarding Islamic insurance products

Abstrak :
Gojek dan Grab merupakan perusahaan online food delivery application dengan pangsa pasar terbesar di Indonesia. Dengan pelayanan mereka yang canggih dan kehadiran teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang revolusioner, keduanya telah berhasil mendominasi pangsa pasar terbesar di negara ini. Melalui penerapan AI, Gojek dan Grab mampu memberikan pengalaman pemesanan makanan online yang lebih nyaman dan efisien bagi pengguna mereka. Teknologi AI ini memungkinkan mereka untuk menyediakan rekomendasi makanan yang tepat, mempercepat proses pengiriman, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. AI memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam menyediakan pengalaman konsumen yang lebih baik, yang dapat memperkuat hubungan antara konsumen dan merek serta menjadi diferensiasi merek tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini yang didasarkan pada model stimulus-organisme-respons, penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh AI terhadap brand preference untuk layanan online food delivery di Indonesia. Metode Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square digunakan untuk menganalisis 320 responden yang diperoleh dari survei kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI marketing efforts memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap brand experience, brand preference, dan repurchase intention. Secara khusus, personalization, information, dan accessibility dalam upaya pemasaran AI terbukti berpengaruh terhadap brand experience. Temuan ini akan membantu perusahaan aplikasi online food delivery dalam merancang kegiatan pemasaran AI dan merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik. ......Gojek and Grab are online food delivery application companies with the largest market share in Indonesia. With their sophisticated services and the presence of revolutionary Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, both of them have succeeded in dominating the largest market share in this country. Through the implementation of AI, Gojek and Grab are able to provide a more convenient and efficient online food ordering experience for their users. This AI technology allows them to provide the right food recommendations, speed up the delivery process, and increase overall customer satisfaction. AI has a very important role in providing a better consumer experience, which can strengthen the relationship between consumers and brands and differentiate the brand. In this study, which is based on the stimulus-organism-response model, this study examines the effect of AI on brand preference for online food delivery services in Indonesia. The Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square method was used to analyze 320 respondents obtained from a questionnaire survey. The results of the study show that AI marketing efforts have a significant impact on brand experience, brand preference and repurchase intention. In particular, personalization, information, and accessibility in AI marketing efforts have proven to have an effect on brand experience. These findings will help online food delivery application companies design AI marketing activities and develop better marketing strategies.

Pada masa ini, brand lokal khususnya yang berfokus pada bidang fashion mengalami perkembangan pesat bahkan sampai tembus ke pasar global dan ini memacu industri kreatif lokal untuk meningkatkan brand mereka. Salah satu pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah endorsement pada selebritas. Konteks celebrity endorsement effects terdiri dari empat dimensi yaitu trustworthiness, expertise, congruence, dan familiarity. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis dampak positif yang diberikan oleh celebrity endorsement effects terhadap self-brand connection dan brand involvement pada produk serta bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap brand engagement yang berujung pada terciptanya brand loyalty pada produk Geoff Max. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan metode confirmatory factor analysis. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode PLS-SEM melalui software SmartPLS 3.2.9 dan SPSS 25. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 213 responden yang mengetahui endorser dari brand Geoff Max serta mempunyai pengalaman membeli produk Geoff Max. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling menggunakan self-administered questionnaire dengan jenis purposive sampling. Hasil pengolahan data membuktikan bahwa tiga dimensi celebrity endorsement effects memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap self-brand connection dan brand involvement dan terdapat satu dimensi yang tidak berpengaruh positif secara signifikan. Self-brand connection dan brand involvement berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap brand engagement serta brand engagement berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap brand loyalty. ......Currently, local brands, especially those focused on the field of fashion, are experiencing rapid development even to enter the global market and this drives local creative industries to enhance their brand. One of the approaches is endorsement on celebrities. The celebrity endorsement effects context consists of four dimensions: trustworthiness, expertise, congruence, and familiarity. The study focuses on analyzing the positive impact of celebrity endorsement effects on self-brand connection and brand involvement on products as well as how they affect brand engagement that ends in creating brand loyalty on Geoff Max products. The research is cross-sectional with confirmatory factor analysis. Data processing using the PLS-SEM method via SmartPLS 3.2.9 and SPSS 25 software. The total number of respondents in this study was 213 respondents who knew the endorser of the brand Geoff Max and had experience buying the product Geoff MAX. Sampling method is non-probability sampling using self-administered questionnaire with the type of purposive sampler. Data processing results showed that three dimensions of celebrity endorsement effects have a significant positive effect on self-brand connection and brand involvement and there is one dimension that has no significant positive impact. Self-brand connection and brand involvement have a significant positive impact on brand engagement and brand engagement has a significantly positive effect on brand loyalty.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh character image (symbolic representation dan self-image congruence) terhadap impulse buying, dan satisfaction dalam merekomendasikan secara word-of-mouth pada game Genshin Impact di Indonesia. Character image adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dan juga sebagai nilai jual pada perusahaan game, seperti yang terjadi di Genshin Impact yang penjualan utamanya terdapat pada karakter yang membuat pendapatan perusahaan meningkat. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan metode judgment sampling dengan jumlah sampel 514 responden gen Z di Indonesia. Hipotesis pada penelitian diuji dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Lisrel 8.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif antara symbolic representation dengan kategori narasi dan cerita terhadap satisfaction; self-image congruence dengan kategori kepribadian terhadap impulse buying, satisfaction, dan word-of-mouth; dan satisfaction dengan kategori gacha dan pengalaman bermain terhadap word-of-mouth pada game Genshin Impact. Sedangkan hubungan yang tidak memiliki pengaruh ditemukan pada symbolic representation dengan kategori narasi dan cerita terhadap impulse buying; dan impulse buying dengan kategori internal impulse dan external impulse terhadap satisfaction. ......This research aims to understand the influence of character image (symbolic representation and self-image congruence) on impulse buying and satisfaction in word-of-mouth recommendations for the game Genshin Impact in Indonesia. Character image is an important factor in increasing revenue and value for game companies, as seen in Genshin Impact, where the main sales come from in-game character, which increases the company’s revenue. This quantitative study used non-probability sampling with a judgment sampling method, with a sample size of 514 respondents gen Z in Indonesia. The hypotheses in this study were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.8. The results of this study show a positive influence between symbolic representation with categories of narrative and story to satisfaction; self-image congruence with categories of personality to impulse buying, satisfaction, and word-of-mouth; and satisfaction with categories of gacha and gameplay experience on word-of-mouth for the game Genshin Impact. While no significant influence was found between symbolic representation with categories of narrative and story to impulse buying; and between impulse buying with categories of internal impulse and external impulse to satisfaction.
