"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, citra perusahaan, dan nilai konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen dalam penerapan strategi green marketing. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus produk kosmetik The Body Shop. Data diambil dari 200 responden yang pernah menggunakan paling tidak 1 jenis produk The Body Shop. Analisis data menggunakan dengan metoda analisis structural equation model melalui perangkat lunak Lisrel. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 hipotesis Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai emosional, nilai sosial, dan nilai harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Sedangkan kualitas produk dan citra perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas produk dan citra perusahaan juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Implikasi manajerial diberikan untuk meningkatkan performa perusahaan.

"Skripsi ini mempelajari tentang pengaruh variabel yang tidak berwujud yang mempengaruhi persepsi kualitas konsumen dan intensi pembelian kembali. Menemukan bahwa citra toko, product signatureness, dan variasi kualitas terhadap intensi pembelian kembali. Tiga hal tersebut mempengaruhi intensi pembelian kembali yang merupakan bagian yang dimediasi oleh persepsi kualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh citra toko, product signatureness, dan variasi kualitas terhadap intensi pembelian kembali, menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh persepsi kualitas konsumen terhadap intensi pembelian kembali. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode survey melalui kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen ?Minimarket X? Jakarta dengan jumlah sampel 115 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan conventional dan judgemental sampling. Software yang digunakan adalah Statistical Process Social Science (SPSS) dan Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) citra toko dan variasi kualitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi kualitas, 2) citra toko memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian kembali, 3) persepsi kualitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian kembali.

"Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dan citra merek kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Eiger di wilayah Jabodetabek. Teknik yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data penelitian diambil berdasarkan kuesioner yang diisi oleh 135 responden dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena apabila merek dengan citra yang baik akan memberikan jaminan kualitas sehingga meskipun harga yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan tinggi, tidak menjadi suatu penghalang bagi konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian.
Kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena kualitas yang baik dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan penjualan dan peningkatan citra perusahaan di mata masyarakat. Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian karena harga dapat menunjukkan kualitas merek dari suatu kualitas produk. Dan perusahaan diharapkan tetap menjaga kcitra merek, kualitas produk, dan harga dengan baik agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan yang diharapkan konsumen.

The purpose of this study to determine whether there is influence and brand image of product quality and price to purchase decision of Eiger in Jabodetabek region. The technique used is purposive sampling. The research data was taken based on questionnaires filled by 135 respondents by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions because if a brand with a good image will provide quality assurance so that even if the price set by the company is high, it does not become a barrier for consumers in purchasing decisions.
Product quality significantly influences purchasing decision because good quality can lead to increase sales and improvement of corporate image in the eyes of society. Price has a significant effect on purchasing decision because the price can show the quality of the brand from a product quality. And the company is expected to keep the brand image, product quality, and price well to fit the needs and desires that consumers expect.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterlibatan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas merek pada kedai kopi lokal di Bandung. Bertambahnya jumlah kedai kopi lokal di Bandung menandakan meningkatnya persaingan di industri kopi, sehingga pengelola harus membuat strategi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan yang menjadi kunci keberlangsungan usahanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 214 responden yang diperoleh melalui metode random sampling dengan menggunakan metode analisis data Structural Equation Modeling. Hasilnya, ditemukan bahwa tingkat keterlibatan dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap merek berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merek.

This study aims to examine the effect of customer involvement on brand loyalty at a local coffee shop in Bandung. The increase in the number of local coffee shops in Bandung indicates increasing competition in the coffee industry, so managers must make strategies to increase customer loyalty which is the key to the continuity of their business. This research was conducted on 214 respondents who were obtained through random sampling method using data analysis method Structural Equation Modeling. The result, it was found that the level of consumer involvement and satisfaction with brands has a positive effect on brand loyalty."

"Skripsi ini membahas hubungan antara komponen servicescape, image perception dan behavioral intention pada studi kasus Warunk Upnormal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode conclusive descriptive dan cross-sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling yaitu convenience sampling, kemudian kuisioner disebar kepada 182 responden. Responden penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Warunk Upnormal yang digolongkan sebagai generasi milenial, yaitu yang berusia 18-37 di tahun 2018 dengan syarat pernah menongkrong di Warunk Upnormal pada tahun 2018 sebanyak minimal dua kali dengan waktu singgah minimal 30 menit. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa substantive staging of servicescape dan communicative staging of servicescape memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perceived overall image. Kemudian perceived overall image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction. Dan di sisi lain, customer satisfaction juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap revisiting intention dan word-of-mouth intention.

This study discusses the relationship between servicescape, image perception and behavioral intention components in the Warunk Upnormal case study. This study uses descriptive and cross-sectional conclusive methods. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely convenience sampling, then the questionnaire was distributed to 182 respondents. Respondents of this study are customers of Warunk Upnormal who are classified as millennials, namely those aged 18-37 in 2018 on the condition that they have to hang out at Warunk Upnormal in 2018 at least twice with a minimum of 30 minutes stop time. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of this study indicate that substantive staging of servicescape and communicative staging of servicescape has a positive influence on the perceived overall image. Then the perceived overall image has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. And on the other hand, customer satisfaction also has a positive influence on revisiting intention and word-of-mouth intention."

"ABSTRAK
Pertumbuhan internet yang pesat mendorong pasar m-payment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang berperan dalam behavioral intention konsumen dalam mengadopsi m-payment, dengan studi kasus GO-PAY di Indonesia. GO-PAY sendiri adalah dompet virtual yang dapat digunakan untuk pembayaran transaksi dalam aplikasi GO-JEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan model konseptual yang mencakup unsur-unsur Technology Acceptance Model TAM dan teori difusi inovasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 167 responden yang telah menggunakan layanan yang disediakan oleh aplikasi GO-JEK tetapi belum pernah menggunakan GO-PAY dalam enam bulan terakhir, dan dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kompatibilitas dan persepsi kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention konsumen untuk mengadopsi m-payment, namun dua komponen TAM ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

ABSTRACT
The rapid growth of internet help drives the mobile payment market. This research aims to understand the factors that play roles in consumer rsquo s behavioral intention in adopting mobile payment, with the case of GO PAY in Indonesia. GO PAY itself is a virtual wallet that can be used for payment of all transactions within the GO JEK mobile app. This research uses a conceptual model that includes elements of technology acceptance model TAM and innovation diffusion theory. Judgmental sampling was used with 167 respondents that have used services provided by the GO JEK application but never used GO PAY in the past six months and were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results indicate that compatibility and perceived trust have positive effects towards consumer 39 s behavioral intention to adopt mobile payment GO PAY in Indonesia, but surprisingly two components of TAM found to be having no significant effect. Managerial implications are discussed as well as further research recommendations. "

"Pesatnya pertumbuhan industri kuliner di Kota Depok membuat para pengusaha berlomba-lomba untuk mendirikan restoran dan kafe yang inovatif guna menarik konsumen yang potensial. Perilaku remaja yang cenderung konsumtif menjadikan remaja sebagai target utama pemasar dalam memasarkan produknya. Skripsi ini membahas tentang pentingnya lingkungan jasa (servicescape dan human service), kualitas makanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan serta loyalitas konsumen remaja. Sebanyak 106 responden berpartisipasi dalam penelitian yang menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kunci dari kepuasan remaja ialah lingkungan jasa (servicescape dan human service). Sedangkan servicescape, kualitas makanan, harga, dan kepuasan berpengaruh pada loyalitas konsumen remaja.

The rapid growth of the culinary industry in Depok creates entrepreneur vying in establishing innovative restaurants and cafés to attract potential customers. Youth behaviour that tends to be consumptive is the primary target for markerters in marketing their products. This thesis discusses about the importance of service environment (servicescape and human services), food quality, and price to youth satisfaction and loyalty. A total of 106 respondents participated in this study that use multiple regression analysis method. The result indicates that youth satisfaction is the key of service environments (servicescape and human services). While servicescape, food quality, price, and satisfaction influence to youth loyalty."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap repurchase intention restoran Marco Padang Street Gallery Pondok Indah Mall. Penelitian ini menggunakan Non-Probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling, penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari Marco Padang Street Gallery Pondok Indah Mall.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara experiential marketing terhadap repurchase intention.

Experiential marketing is a form of advertising that focuses primarily on helping consumers experience recognise towards a brand. The experience may take a long lasting memory if it influences positively to the consumers. Consumers usually use the positive experiences in order to repurchase in the future.
This research examine the influence of experiential marketing that Marco Padang provide on consumers repurchase intention. The method of approach of study uses non probability samplings with convenience technique, and conducted on 100 respondesnts.
The result of this study demonstrate that there is a correlation between Experiential Marketing to the Repurchase Intention.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan tingkat
satisfaction dari customer di specialty store dan di conventional store, serta
variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat satisfaction di kedua jenis store tersebut.
Kasus yang diteliti adalah pemasaran daging ayam di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini
merupakan replikasi dari penelitian Huddleston et al (2008). Metode analisis data
yang digunakan adalah distribusi frekuensi, uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, analisis
korelasi dan analisis regresi. IBM SPSS Statistics 20 digunakan sebagai alat bantu
penelitian. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa variabel product quality,
employee service dan loyalty building service berhubungan positif secara
signifikan dengan satisfaction pada specialty store. Sedangkan pada conventional
store variabel yang berhubungan positif secara signifikan adalah employee service
dan loyalty building service

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to determine and compare the level of
customer satisfaction from specialty store and conventional store, also the
variables that influence the level of satisfaction in both stores. This research takes
on the case study of marketing chicken meat in DKI Jakarta. This study is a
replication of Huddleston et al (2008). Data analysis methods used were
frequency distribution, reliability test, validity test, correlation analysis and
regression analysis. IBM SPSS Statistics 20 is used as a research tool. The results
indicates that the product quality, employee service and loyalty building service
are positively and significantly related with satisfaction on specialty stores. While
in conventional stores satisfaction related positively and significantly with
employee service and loyalty-building service."

"ABSTRAK
Switching intention merupakan factor yang menyebabkan konsumen dapat kehilangan loyalitasnya terhadap suatu produk atau jasa. Dalam tesis ini dilakukan penelitian mengenai factor-faktor apa sajakah yang dapat mempengaruhi switching intention pada produk Microsoft Windows ke Apple Mac OS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh customer satisfaction yang dipengaruhi oleh product quality dan perceived price dan switching barriers yang dipengaruhi oleh switching cost dan customer lock-in terhadap switching intention, juga pengaruh moderasi switching barriers terhadap hubungan customer satisfaction dan switching intention Microsoft Windows ke Apple Mac OS. Hasil penelitian tesis ini menunjukkan bahwa customer satisfaction dan switching barriers dapat mempengaruhi switching intention dan juga switching barriers dapat memoderasi hubungan antara customer satisfaction dan switching intention. Sehingga para marketers disarankan menggunakan strategi customer satisfaction dan switching barriers untuk mencegah terjadinya switching intention pada konsumennya.

ABSTRACT
Switching intention is one factor that cause a costumer leaves a product or services. This thesis apply a research about what factors that effect switching intention Microsoft windows to Apple Mac Os. The goal of this research is to examine the effect of customer satisfaction effected by product quality and perceived price and switching barriers effected by switching cost and customer lock in to switching intention, also the effect of switching barriers moderate the relationship between customer satisfaction and switching intention Microsoft Windows to Apple Mac Os. The result of this thesis concludes that customer satisfaction and switching barriers have significant effect to switching intention, also switching barriers can moderate relationship between customer satisfaction and switching intention. Therefore marketers are advised to use the customer satisfaction and switching barriers strategy to avoid switching intention in their customers. "
